Nocturnal Oud

Tested a sample of Nocturnal Oud and I was overwhelmed with the use of Turkish rose . This is one hell of a frag. Stays on skin for forever and projects like a beast. You can get whiffs of this from many yards away. That sweet Turkish rose is the main player here. Rose and Oud are so well blended that you will never get the feel of a skanky oud. However one should go light on sprayer as with many of the Oriental frags. This is strictly a winter frag. The House of Perfumologist looks promising and I'm eagerly awaiting their new releases.

Beast mode Devils Juice from Perfumologist Professor MK In India we have Paan, This reminds me of Iced Mitha Paan, Added with Jarda. Thats Its .( Turkish Rose ) Does the trick with amber. Thats the opening blast. Its Amazing! Its Beautiful. Its Addictive.Its Yum. Fredrick Malle : The Night Inspiration Which season? Not Summer. Definitely Winter , or as Well Rainy condition, not humid, temp low, evening wear. Spray- Only 1 & you are good to go. MK makes delicious Perfumes, but this one is my favorite.

As mentioned on website notes are turkish rose, oud and amber(inspired by fredrick malle the night)but its way more complicated fragrance than that. dark rose with a hint of citrus on opening(maybe from rose)with strong oud note its a beast mode fragrance from the house of projeckt perfumery and my favourite from this house. lonegivty : 10+ hours on skin projection: bomb projection value for money : 11/10

I love how this perfume smells. I am a big fan of rose+oud perfumes and this frag is bang on! I saw a video review of Nocturnal Oud on Youtube, so I decided that I want to try it right away. It has the sweetness of rose and the woodiness of oud. It also has spiciness that balances the perfume. I totally enjoy wearing it.

It opens with a very sweet rose note but it fades away within 10-15min of application giving way to oudy/woody/ambery notes. The rose,oud, and amber notes stay prominent throughout. Also, it's a very approachable oud. *2-3 sprays and your done for the day.

one hell of a creation by perfumologist. beast mode projection with 12+hours longevity its not a normal oud rose combo. as per website notes are oud rose amber but its much more complex than that. spring and winter frag max 2 sprays and ur good to go.

This is a wonderful fragrance that starts off with the very soft and natural smelling rose. The base is very subtle and easy to like oud.

So far the best perfume at this price range. It gives amazing lasting and inoffensive fragrance. Oud is sweet from opening.

This is a beast mode fragrance, opens with very strong rose note (very natural smelling), with some citrus on top. As it evolves Oud becomes more prominent. This is not a typical oud rose combo. Performance on clothes is 12 hours+. Definitely worth trying. For the price this is a steal

This is a good winter scent . Unisex with a masculine bias. moderate sillage of around 2 to 3 feet . Opening sillage is 6 to 8 feet. longetivity is almost 8 hours. oud haters , pls try it . There is a chance you will like this . oud is not too skanky and it is covered by many others.

How can this be possible? Simply put- MOST definitely, while it is close in terms of the overall profile (with FM Promise), it lacks the complexity within the notes. Also it is more sugary sweet. Clone or not, "Its absolutely worth a purchase, for the price."

One of the best rose and oud based fragrance. Opening is extremely beautiful like gulkand or pan...2~3 sprays and good to go. Do not change much with time. Good for parties and club nights. Close to FM the night.

Very long lasting fragrance with heavy sillage. Go light on the sprayer. 2-3 sprays at sunset and you are done till sunrise. Unisex leaning towards masculine. Women seem to love it.

This is truly mid-eastern fragrance. Nice longevity and silage. Can smell after 8+ hours. -Niraj

Wow!!! Jammy Rose with Gulkand opening that's what you get from this.

This is a joke :D Just received my package, and when I opened a box I couldnt stop laughing. Got to admit, I was sold by a nice webpage and photos etc. But well, the bottle itself is something else :D it looks like it was made by a 5 year old, the sticker is just put there, barely fitting the size of the bottle. The cap is in the wrong position all the time. The quality of the bottle is a neverending series of failures. Then there is the juice. I have been testing it for a couple of hours now. So far it smells like my grandmas rose parfume. Not sure I will ever update about the drydown etc. Basically it just smells like an old fashioned rose bomb, nothing more. Overall I think this is a nice prank :D a good choice as a present for someone if you really feel like laughing about the mediocrity of a shot of making a perfume.

Absolute Trash: Perfumologist AKA mohit khatri's Stench of a Scam Oh, where do I even start with this steaming pile of sh*t masquerading as a perfume seller? The self-proclaimed "Perfumologist" - because apparently, "ologist" means "expert in ripping off desperate suckers." This clown runs a so-called business that's less about fragrances and more about leaving a foul odor of betrayal in your wallet. You order what is promised as a premium scent, and what arrives? A bottle of what smells like an expired cat piss mixed with desperation. But wait, it gets better (or worse, depending on how much you enjoy being financially violated). Half the time, your order doesn't even ship! It's like he plays a sadistic game of "Perfume Roulette" - will you get the wrong item, like a dusty old sock instead of a Chanel? Or nothing at all, just radio silence and a lighter bank account? And refunds? Ha! This guy's refund policy is about as real as his "genuine" products. Cancel an order? He'll ghost you faster than a bad date after you pay the bill. Return something? Good luck – he'll stop responding on every platform, leaving you high and dry, smelling like regret. mohit preys on vulnerability like a vulture on roadkill. He lures you in with lucrative ads, then loots your cash and vanishes into the ether. This isn't entrepreneurship; it's low-rent thievery wrapped in a bow of bullshit. If scamming were an Olympic sport, this guy would win gold – but only because he'd cheat his way there by swapping the medals with tin foil fakes. Do yourself a favor: Avoid Perfumologist / Project Perfumery / perfumery[dot]co[dot]in / like the plague it is. mohit isn't a businessman; he's a bottom-feeding parasite who couldn't sell an honest scent if his life depended on it. His "empire" reeks of failure, and the only thing authentic about him is the scam. Burn your money instead; at least that'll smell better than dealing with this fraudster.

I picked up bottle back in 2019 when it was launched, I finished it in Lockdown and then bought the cheaper version MI2 , Which was like 30 bucks and while other one i picked for 99 bucks .. so yeah the review is for original version as shown above with Cube bottle and not Paper Sticker one which in my opinion is like stripped down version. If you want to get closest to the beast ليل Layl or the Night in Arabic. I got to sniff The night only once during time it was launched for stupid price of 1500 bucks . are you kidding me i can buy a used car for that price. but some of amazing things dont come cheap , then i pulled trigger on Nocturnal Oud and Dammnnn.. This is Beauty and the Beast.. The Rose is so addictive and dark , Oud here is not like Real oud but really high quality. Buy the cube version which is sold out currently and you wont regret... this is must experience for Oud , Rose and Amber lovers. -Salah

Nocturnal Oud is created by noted Indian perfumer Mohit Khatri (Perfumologist) and is quite popular in Indian fragrance enthusiasts' circuit! This starts as a dominant mystic, jammy Indian rose (which gives off the sweet Indian "Gulkand paan masala/sheesha" vibe) with a hint of a rather synthetic citrus, slowly giving in to the non-animalic, understated oud background. Fantastic performance and huge sillage - 2 sprays and you'll be noticed inside a room for the first thirty minutes and then slowly it will turn to a powdery, amber sweet skin scent with +/- 1 metre sillage trail. A linear scent and does not offer complexity. This is a perfume with loud grandeur - wear at office at own risk. I see the straight appeal of this on cold northern evenings of Indian wedding, worn with an opulent Kurta/Sherwani. Recommended for such occasions for 30+ men.

I write from Spain and I would like to make a complaint: Recently this Indian company opened a branch in England, PROJEKT ALTERNATIVE, to ship perfumes to Europe. Well, I had already tried the quality of the perfumes, which is very good at extraordinary prices, very successful inspirations of great perfumes. They were sent to me from India. Well, from this headquarters in England they ensure a fast shipment and in case of not receiving them within the indicated period, they guarantee the refund. And made a purchase of approximately €400 what is my surprise that two months have already passed And they do not respond to my messages and of course I have not received any refund. Let this warning be recorded for new navigators. Someone has been the same?

This is a heavy hitter authentic oud at this price point is not just difficult but almost impossible. In my country getting a sample of FM The Night is quite tough but this one is supposed to imitate the above. This is hands down one of most handsome rose oud vanilla combo which makes its presence felt with large projection and sillage for almost entirety of its life. If anyone is familiar with pan masala (which many in south asia eat) would get that instant opening which dries down to jammy rose and vanilla at deep dry down. If you can assume a Dubai Royal wearing something expensive, this is one such fragrance.

I bought this one when it was release for the first time and it wasn't that challenging in my opinion. There's some oud in the background but it's mostly rose and some citruses. Good quality for the price. Now, I would like to warn everyone to buy from this company. I had many troubles with them and fortunately I never lost money. However, they sent me incomplete orders and it was a pain in the ass to get what i bought. Good quality vs price, horrible service.

I have not smelled this, but based on how many people are saying this smells "amazing" AND like The Night by FM, I can guarantee you it DOESN'T smell like The Night! This is described as a "crowd pleaser", which The Night definitely isn't. I love and own the Dominique Ropion creation and I can see why it's described as "challenging" by many people. To say that this, something with minimal synthetic oud, smells like an authentic oud heavy perfume is a JOKE!!!

Nocturnal oud by perfumologist is one hell if a creation The smell of turkish rose with oud is so fascinating, the oud in this is not animalic at all It performs like a beast and its projection is astonishing It will announce your entry anywhere you go and you will get noticed and you will get compliments. Longevity- 10 to 12 hrs easily Projects for 5-6 hrs easily

Tried a sample of nocturnal oud by perfumologist. This one is said to be inspired from Frederic melle THE NIGHT. I haven't tried that one but as far as this Fragrance is concerned. Thi reminds me of PAAN MASALA. It has that vibe and that too really strong. It has great sillage as it projects really good It stayed 6-7 hrs on my skin which is really good.

Based on Sample I ordered. This is too potent stuff dominated by Turkish Rose and Oud. Opening is very strong be careful while spraying. I have not smelled the inspiration but this is very well done based on notes I had expected.Those who are into oud fragrance definitely buy this. Projection : 9.5 Longevity : 8 Overall : 9

The opening starts off like a mitha paan and gradually more of rose comes into play.To me this perfume is an absolute delight,it's a potent juice needing just 2 sprays and you are good to go.Nocturnal oud is a definite cold weather fragrance and would be a head turner wherever you go.Awesome job done by MK.

An amazing rose and oud combination perfume.. excellant quality. The materials that's are used are of great quality... It's a bit of harsh oud rush in the opening but settles down after 20 min and the its magic after 25 min.. performance is extremely good. I get 6 to 8 hours easily. Worth the money u pay..

Perfumes from Perfumologist are pretty much average. More importantly services that you get from Perfumologist is really very poor. Delays in shipment, wrong products send, no response on made communication are few common experience that you can expect with them.

This is a Bomb frgrance amazing Mindblowing . Ingridients are definatly high class with jammy Rose with beatifull oud and spices it gives feel of very expensive Paan or Hukka Bar. .. no cant deny this fact that this is instant love on first sniff

Avoid this business, if you don't want a terrible experience. I'm a customer that lost a lot of money to Mohit who promised me in WhatsApp chats that he would handle my order completely and take care of me. All lies. Beware.

Nocturnal oud. A very nice pungent fragrance that really surprised me. A Very sweet, ambery combination of oud, rose & musk. It's a little sweet, but overall pretty good. Great value & decent quality. Cool bottle also.

dont buy from this brand, they never answer, they owe me more than 100 dollars and 9 perfumes, Customer support is none and they ignore you . This is bordeline a scam
