First note is sweet and then immediately hits you with caramel popcorn (caramel note is missing!) After around 15min of drydown a vanilla + tonka bean sweetness comes out in addition to the caramel popcorn. This one is for sure a gourmand! Definitely sweet and needs a gourmand lover to like. I don't get the last two reviews because this is definitely not masculine and not oudy. Maybe it's the skin chemistry. I've smelt another caramel popcorn perfume, which is LOVE 6567 from perfume sucks and i like this one way more. While this one is sweeter and way more realistic, LOVE 6567 smells more of a synthetic caramel which i dislike.

To me it smells like a juicy apple pie and someone made dry popcorn in the background. Its a very dry fragrance but its very sweet smelling the first 30 minutes and the dry down is actually really nice and "fluffy". Best way to explain it. Someone below mentioned they smell oud in this??? You have probably never smelled oud to think theres anything in this that smells like oud.

funny, i really wasn`t swayed by this perfume when I sampled it a few times in summer, I found the "popcorn" note a bit too burnt/starchy, smth was off for me but now when it`s cold this perfume is absolute delight, it really shines in cold weather I am walking in my own scent bubble and it`s yummy

Very unusual gourmand. Smell like caramel and popcorn (I don't get apple pie) and remind me of inside a movie theater, film strip and a little bit of darkness to it. It's a good fragrance to go watch a new movie. I might be the only one who have this vibe but it definitely leans masculine.

It's a very gourmet flavor. Moderately sweet and appealing. In the middle notes there is hazelnut which gives earthiness to the aroma. Wonderful trail, and a wonderful vanilla and musk base

Such a gem! Gourmand with a twist, not a sticky candy but a great salty sweet fragrant treat. Very unique to my nose, I definitely plan a full bottle.

Lately, and more and more as I try more and more perfumes, it is more difficult to surprise me and that is where the problem with this perfume lies. First of all I have to say that it smells great, if you want something that “smells good” this can be perfect for you, no doubt. However, from an “artistic” point of view and taking into account the cost of the fragrance, I think it falls a bit short. Based on the notes, and taking into account that it is an extract, I was expecting to find a gourmand bomb that, having a base of apple pie and cinnamon, would bring something different to the market, but no, for me it remains just that. And I feel very sorry for it. The best part of the perfume for me is the opening, where the apple pie scent meets the popcorn, which gives it a very original touch. But that phase is short-lived and after a few minutes the central part of the fragrance enters, which for me is basically a tonka bean fragrance. It does have a certain touch of nuts, a balsamic part and woods in the background but, at least for my nose, what comes first and as the protagonist is the tonka bean. And of course, with so many niche perfumes based on this note (tonka fever, Velvet tonka, tonka imperiale...), and so many commercial perfumes that follow this line, like Armani code Profumo for example, in my case I do not see the sense to spend this amount of money on something that I have already smelled so many times before and that I have already repeated several time. Now, for someone who is looking for a perfume like this and does not have anything similar, it can be a nice option, because as I said at the beginning, it smells very good and you can feel a high quality in the product. As for the duration I agree with other colleagues like Taurien. The duration is medium low, with about 5-6 hours on skin, and a very moderate projection that lasts about an hour to then stay at skin level.

100% a gourmand. It starts off with a very sweet and buttery caramel popcorn, that over the next few hours sheds its sweetness and, to my nose, becomes more of a caramel brittle, before fading out into some vanillic woods. Personally, it has way too much sweetness and vanilla for me to enjoy, but its an interesting and complex gourmand.

This is an ok offering from Pernoire. Very mass appealing. The opening popcorn caramel isn't for me but I do enjoy the dry down but it's just a bit boring. Extremely pleasant on the nose and a safe blind buy for the winter months

Incredible longevity. the sweetnes last 12+ hours with a pretty consisten sillage. If you like a sweet gourmand this one could be a good choice. a little to strong/sweet for me

When I first smelled this I thought snickerdoodle. My wonderful Mexican mother says, "huele a churros." I don't like overly gourmand fragrances so I will leave it at that.

Popcorn note for a minute then linear angels share killian cinnamon/boogy. If you habe AS you don’t need it. Buy a sample first!

I think I got popcorn in the opening but then it faded to a sweet vanilla scent. I am really tired of vanilla...

I got a sample of this. Not sure if it's really it or not, because I do not get anything very pleasant. The first spray, I think I smelt the popcorn. Then it went straight smoky! And when I say smoky, I mean cigarette smoke! It leans more masculine. Too masculine for me to be able to enjoy through the day unfortunately.

I never wanted to be a fragrantica hater, but why I'm getting just OUD with a hint of apples??????????? I hate oud!!! Don't bling buy! I was expecting a gourmand fragrance from what the girlies have been saying! Nah, not this!

I found this to be a very interesting perfume. It smells like a composition with decidedly masculine aspects with a really original twist towards the edible, and even with certain smoky aspects. The result seemed unisex to me, somewhat masculine and really pleasant. At the start I smell the popcorn. Then it settles as a warm and sweet fragrance that mixes notes of cinnamon, apple, dried apricots and hazelnuts with a background of cedar, vanilla, labdanum and tonka. I think it is cedar and labdanum, strong notes and very used in men's perfumery, which makes me think that I am wearing a kind of classic men's perfume that could have been in my father's collection mixed with a gourmand fragrance. When about 4 hours have passed since it was applied, the drydown leaves us with a spicy vanilla that will accompany us until the end of the life of the perfume. It has a moderate-noticeable sillage and lasts 6-7 hours on my skin. Personally, I find it propositive, elegant and interesting, although somewhat modest in its duration considering its price. Because unfortunately it is a very expensive perfume. But, who would resist buying a decant? Scent 7.5/10 Longevity 6.5/10 Sillage 710 Quality/price 3/10 Versatility 6/10 Packaging 4/10 Would I buy it again? Yes

This was really bad... I thought this would be similar to Jany or angels share and have a sweet apple pie vibe and it does not at all... it leans masculine and is very woody and not sweet at all ... all I get is the cedar wood and labdanum

very realistic candle perfume?? i cant describe this other then that it smells like a candle, which isnt a bad thing tho, but its very candle-y
