360° Red

Now, I know that many of you wrinkle your noses when you see Perry Ellis before any perfume's name (especially the 360 lines). Sure, they are mainstream (and everywhere) and synthetic...BUT this is one that really deserves a sniff! It opens with a nice juicy plum note surrounded by lovely greens and a fair amount of cyclamen (persian violet) resulting in a slightly dusty fruity-floral wrapped in bittersweet greens. How lovely! The heart is subtly floral with some bright jasmine and powdery orange blossoms (and I would swear some muguet; though none is listed!). Orchids add an exotic whisper and mimosa seems to smooth it all over with a fuzzy sunlit warmth. How very nice! The drydown is rather simplistic, with a slight nod to the orientals; as it nestles to the skin and remains warm and musky, though not animalic or overly cloying. The breath of the flowers cling to the skin and a rich trail follows whomever wears this...what is not to like? NB: This is not "RED" like Hugo Deep Red is, or even Burberry Brit Red is (and nowhere near GBH Red!) but if it had to be assigned a color: I would say it is more like a Tuscan Red (vermillion meets salmon) or else an ochre-ish orange, myself! Late summery, almost autumnal...with some green around the edges!! Sillage: above average Longevity: impressive Overall: 3.5/5 Everyone laughs at PE scents...but let me tell you something: just because something litters the shelves of Discount Stores...does not mean it is not nice!! I've been seeing many Gucci, PRADA and Burberry scents more and more there...and sometimes even an occasional Guerlain!! 'Nuff said? ;)

This is a soapy floral with hints of sweet citrus from the mimosa. Smells like fancy shampoo :) I would classify this as a fragrance best suited for spring and summer , but something about it evokes a feeling of a crisp and breezy autumn morning; feeling the cold air travel through your nostrils and into your lungs and smelling the sweet and slightly spicy smell of leaves fallen. Definite feelings of nostalgia and comfort.

I love this...for me is very fresh and feminine. At first, is very citrusy...then it dries into a musky, flowery, velvety scent that stays with you for a long while. It's a casual scent for me, but I like strong scents.

Love this perfume. It last more than 8 hours in my body. It is good for people who live in tropical area. Do not spray too much, and enjoy your day. I've got under $25 for 100 ml

This is the only Perri Ellis perfume I like, actually I like it very much. Too bad I was told at the store that it is discontinued :(

This is actually quite pleasant! Nothing crazy, unexpected or particularly unfamiliar, but absolutely nice. The bottle makes me think of red fruits, but there are none. I don't smell the plum within this.That's fine though, because this is still a decidedly warm fragrance with a full floral heart. I truly cannot pick out anything specifically within this. It's quite a shampoo-y malange of components that work so well, that it merely smells smooth, clean, warm, and autumnal. Something in Clinique's Happy bothers me, but this doesn't, though they do have similarities. Immediately when smelling this my very first thought was - 'This is so 2000s!'. You don't always realize how time passes, but things just don't smell like this anymore. I'm not sure if it's the sort of amber, the musk, or the shampoo-y nature (some combo probably), but it absolutely smells like it's release year of 2003. This is no criticism though, rather, it makes me wistful and nostalgic. I also happened to test this at precisely the most correct time of year for it. It smells like early fall...not October, definitely not chilly November, but September. It's warm, but not hefty.

This smells like Barbasol shaving cream. Not in a bad way. It truly makes you smell freshly showered and shaved. I vote it unisex. I've smelled it on others and they smelled great. I have no issues when wearing it, it's not cloying or distracting. Would I repurchase? Probably not or not right away.

This smells amazing, it reminds me of shampoo but in such a good and sensual way. It is very fresh and light. My only complaint is that it literally lasts 2 minutes on my skin and even on cloithes. The longevity is very bad but still a nice scent. I mostly wear it to bed

The bad I can't enjoy this floral, it's the epitome of everything I don't like on women scents. The ugly I walked around in public with a partial wearing of this one and people actually moved away from me. The first 1 star perfume I've found, I wouldn't even spray my toilet with it. Does anyone know what's its inspiration (Perry Ellis makes knockoffs of sorts).

Bought this blind, and just wasn't a fan. It does have that Clinique "Happy" vibe, but something was a little off on me. Maybe the cyclamen note. It also smelled a little masculine on me. This was confirmed when my 13-year old (who has the 360 Red for men) sprayed himself with mine & said, "Mmm, I love this, can I have it?" So now it's his.

I regretted making this purchase. Attracted to the tall red bottle and the bargain price, I bought the 4-piece gift set. It was too strong at the outset. It mellowed a little after a while, but it still smelled cheap and repulsive.

Very nice and modern. On my skin I can smell mostly Musk, Mimose and Amber. A nice every-day-scent. Trevlig och modern doft. På mig kan jag urskilja mest Musk, Mimosa och Amber. Trevlig varje-dag-doft.

Originally I thought this was a soft easy to wear day scent. But as I wore it I realized it h@s no staying power at all. I’m donating it to Savers.

Bottled water. Nothing more. Bought from reputable store so I know it was not a fake. I have many fragrances in my collection and this is one of the most memorable for the worst reason. It lasted minutes on my skin! Beyond disappointing seeing how much I love 360 and Reserve! Both are beautiful, well blended, crisp, timeless, ageless classics that I refuse to be without!

smells like typical cheap perfume, gross and unattractive

Got this at Burlington for under 10 dollars. I’m not a fan of the original but for some reason every time I wore it I garnered compliments! My husband even liked it, if you knew him you’d be surprised too lol. Anyway, Red is really nice! It still carries the original dna but doesn’t have that grinding 90’s aquatic melon that SO many of the perfumes of that decade did; ie cool water (barf). This lasts about 30 minutes tops on my skin and not much longer on clothing. Bummer really. I find it quite enjoyable, especially in the dog days of summer here in MI. Goes well with humidity so high it’s dense enough to mingle in the “soupyness” of 98 degrees IYKYK.

Being a Canadian, every summer before my children go back to school, my mother and I take my school aged daughters into the U.S. for back to school shopping! It's so so so much cheaper! So summer just passed (2014) while in the duty free I noticed they had a sale/clearance table!' This was on it! $9.99 for 100ml bottle. It's not terrible its not magica, it's nice though. I coulsnt figure out why it seemed like I recognized this scent! Come to find out, it is my aunts signature! So it's ok if ya get it cheap
