So first of all, i have never smelled Aventus I'm only about 8 months into fragrance journey and learned to not get too hyped where i buy too much and enjoy scents and experience what mixes best with my skin. Now back to Perry Ellis America. This opening and mid is fantastic to my nose. It's FRUITY/ CREAMY/ FRESH/ FLORAL very mass appealing in my experience and great at getting compliments from anyone. If you over spray as in minimum 6 sprays (half on clothes) you will get a decent scent bubble that pushes a smidge past arms length for first hour and half then between 2-3.5 hour is within arms length before becoming more of a intimate scent. I have smelled at least 7-8 Perry Ellis fragrances for men and this is the best one in terms of scent and versatile hence why I got it. As of now you can start to find more testers of this available for $20 ish dollar range and even sometimes on sale for $30 or less on Perry Ellis website for full presentation. For that price it's really nice pick up, not a beast but does well for normal encounters around people. Unisex??? Not really since if it were more for female i would try to imagine some woman out there using as signature scent and i honestly couldn't see that happening as much as a guy would. Every now and then for female? Sure. Scent 8.5/10 Longevity 7/10 Projection 7/10 Value 9/10

I love this fragrance. Very pleasant smell right from the opening. I get pineapple, rose, and lavender from initial spray. Don't pickup any pepper though. As it dries down, I pick up the amber and myrrh. Blends really well. First time wearing and projects on my skin for at least 2 1/2 hours. I've had it on for at least 4 1/2 hours and I can still smell it off my skin pretty good. Paid $38 for 100 Mil bottle. Definitely worth it. Overall, I give it 8.5/10. Update: I think this will be my signature scent. I wore it to the office a few days ago and two female co-workers said I smell really good. This fragrance is a compliment puller. It projects off my skin really good for about 2.5 maybe 3 hours, but even after that there's a nice scent bubble around me. It gets close to the skin around that 5-6 hour range. I get about 7, almost 8 hours longevity. I bump my overall rating up to 9/10. Great Affordable Fragrance!

This was inspired by the Aventus DNA, opens similar and to me that is where it ends, it become more creamy not Smokey and has more of a fresh vibe through the middle with a slight hint of rose, just enough for a man not over powering. As it settles the amber shines but still a hint of rose, birch and patchouli . Anyway this is its own thing, if you want a clone this is not, since the opening is similar and that is it, it’s about 33% of Aventus DNA. If you are looking for a clone go CDNIM or Explorer. If you want some thing inspired by Adventus this is your baby. I like this and it is very versatile. Perry Ellis is known for their goofy bottle designs but this one is real nice. The glass is heavy and is framed out and a decent cap, the colors are very patriotic. And the juice is real nice; anytime, anywhere! Blind buy? Sure as long as you know it it not a clone.

This is an excellent cheapie in the realm of cedrat boise, with which it shares more similarities than aventus. I can actually smell the rose, which is a great addition to the scent profile. Performance for me was above average as well, which was a surprise given the price point. If you're looking for something in the CB/Aventus domain but don't have much to spend, this is an excellent alternative.

This fragrance here is so good omg!!️🔥🔥🔥This one here is a banger. It has the sweetest pineapple 🍍 taste be ever smelled in a fragrance I do believe. The opener is gas ⛽️ and so is the dry down & the way this one smells on your skin throughout the day. This one you know you smell good, because it’s pumping off of your skin and it smells so good.

I just got this for $28. Best deal ever. I really like this scent. The Pineapple and Myrrh make for an interesting and welcoming smell. You can overspray if you want. A gotta have if you like warm pineapple scents. Good for summer and spring or really anytime. 8 out of 10 on my scale. Can't beat the price for the big bottle quantity.

What a nice surprise! This is very pleasant scent. Nothing offensive in this bottle. I am definitely NOT a fan of rose, so I was worried. But it turns out, this is done in an very laid back way. This not juvenile in the least. It is not a clubbi g fragrance but its not an old man fragrance either. Bravo, Perry Ellis..... Bravo!!!

Closer to Cedrat Boise than Aventus. It's more creamy than woodsy but the pineapple is the main attraction. Longevity is obviously poor but for the price I just reapply. Great budget friendly designer scent.

Really surprised and loving this one !!! This gets hated on for being yet another Aventus clone and at the top it’s very evident but after that first 5 minutes it becomes it’s own thing (while maintaining that Aventus vibe) Once this starts to dry down that juicy(although synthetic) pineapple goes to the background and I get a lot of Rose,Myrrh and birch making this a smooth,rich and slightly creamy smell that’s very attractive and alluring!! My wife said it’s a sexier more mature smell due to the rose but really nice and she likes this better than Aventus!! I’ve always wanted a masculine rose fragrance so this checks the box in that category!! Also I’m surprised the frag snobs don’t like this more as it also has some beautiful transitions throughout the life of the fragrance!! Performance on this is above average as it projects moderately but not beastly and lasts 6-10 hours !! This also leaves a nice silage trail without being overpowering Overall rating -7.5 out of 10!! Really enjoying the uniqueness and overall smell but for some reason it’s still not a top favorite

I think this is a great release from Perry Ellis. It is clearly inspired by Creed Aventus, but it does its own thing. The first thing that has struck me while wearing it for a full day is that it is not a projecting monster.. not at all. I would say it sits close to you even shortly after spraying. It is a soft fragrance. I would call it a mix of bright citrus (Aventus like) paired with a soft rose note... not a strong rose note but definitely noticeable. The rose note is what makes it different from Aventus. As far as longevity goes... not bad, not great.. average. It lasts several hours on skin but that’s it. It doesn’t last forever on clothes either, unlike many fragrances. But considering you can get it for a great price online, re-applying is no big deal.

WOW! That's the first impression I got when I sprayed this on. I had little expectations for it since it is a Perry Ellis release but damn this thing hits. The opening gives some Aventus pineapple vibes but then it quickly goes it's own way being sweeter, creamier, and fruitier with hints of myrrh/pepper/rose in the background. It is extremely pleasant and can be used in almost any setting but especially during warmer weather. I would say it's a better Aventus inspired frag than even Explorer. It's not a clone at all though. The longevity is moderate at around 6-7 hours and the projection is also moderate. Overall: 9/10

100% got the Aventus memo but the opening is sweeter and reminds me of the soft drink Cactus Cooler. It's deceptive enough to lure you into thinking Aventus but the notes play a pretty clever trick and it goes into a strange direction that, to me, smells like Lolita Lempicka Green Lover. The duration/projection could both use some work so spray away. With how cheap it is, I don't think buying it would be a negative unless you just really don't have room on your shelf for such a boxy frame. Good enough for anytime you want to smell like a citrus soda sipped with sophistication near a rose bush.

Creamy pineapple, vanilla and rose. I was looking for something just like this, a daily driver that is also a cheapie and I can carry on my backpack, maybe have a few backup bottles. Poor performance though, and it does come across as pretty unisex for me leaning more male-ish, I wouldn't mind my girl smelling like this, I would even ask what she is wearing in that moment. This will NOT cut thru the cold of winter, it would be cool for a classroom or office, it's also pretty safe and inoffensive. Scent 9/10 Longevity 4/10 Projection 4/10 Value 7/10 (a 9 if you can get it for under 25 USD)

The pineapple in the opening is cartoonishly juicy (not unlike Qaed Al-Fursan, though I much prefer this). The rose works well here, and everything comes together in a way that is reminiscent of Aventus and its numerous descendants, but different because of how the constituent elements arrive there. This one would be easy to ignore, but every time I wear it I’m surprised by how much I like it.

Would be a Great scent if you can overlook the myrrh. To my nose, this annoys my senses. For anyone reading this and wanting to pull the trigger, you have to know the way myrrh smells. Its too spicy/incensy for me and i'm not a fan of these types of notes. Update: I got used to the spiciness. Its a great scent and lasts all day.

A nice fragrance. Does have an Aventus vibe, but wouldn't call it a clone. Nicely blended. Inoffensive yet interesting. Not ground breaking, but not bad. Longevity quite good. Sillage good. Good performance overall.

Nothing offensive and better than their last few releases.

This is more of Nishane Hacivat inspiration than Creed Aventus, as it leans heavy on pineapple. Smells nice, but unfortunately it doesn't last long at all! There are better options for the price point, not worth it. 5.5/10

It's a sweet Aventus clone. Doesn't have the power or longevity of creed or even cdni, but if you want something in that range, it's okay, just okay.

There's something about this combination of notes that just doesn't work for me. The fruity notes of Aventus have been amped up to cartoonish, garish levels. My first impression was that this smelled like a Strawberry Shortcake. But now, to my nose, it smells more like someone has eaten pineapple chunks out of a can, then thrown them back up 30 minutes later. It's a sickeningly-sweet, but also sharp and biting odor that borders on being headache-inducing. Not a fan of this fragrance
