Amazing Grace Eau de Parfum Intense

I’ve been a long time on and off user of the regular Amazing Grace perfume, which usually gives off a more floral, baby powder type scent to me. However I tried this for the first time a few years ago and fell in love with it, I got many compliments on it. It just has this femininity to it, you don’t exactly get the regular amazing grace scent in this one. I will say I don’t pick up the fruity vibes as much as the fragrance notes includes, however I faintly smell the wild strawberries. I definitely pick up the floral musk, the rose comes through, and overall it smells very elegant. My favorite thing about this perfume is that a little goes a long way, and it lasts me all day long, it even sticks on my clothes! It’s hard to find perfumes that do that. The regular Amazing Grace perfume I find I have to consistently re-apply. I love love loveeee this scent! I feel like an elegant girly girl! Lol!

THIS is now my signature fragrance. When I started this search for the perfect scent for me, I would have told you I hate raspberry AND rose scents, but this is just beautiful. It's got a very clean, fresh scent to it. My body has trouble holding onto fragrance and I can still smell this on me the next day. That's unheard of even for pricier and stronger perfumes. Most last about an hour on me. At first, I was searching for the perfect vanilla gourmand which is so different from this, but my hunt is over. I blind bought this and I'm so glad I did. I've bought a ton of perfume over the past couple of years and this was my best decision. No, I'm not as refined as some, but I really don't strive to smell complex or heady. Mugler, Dior, Killian, etc. don't really work on me. For my chemistry and taste, this is so perfect. 10/10

i usually dont like strong perfumes or ones with any floral notes.. but this is my favourite perfume! it lasts all day with just one/two sprays and it dries down really nice to a simple rose. the strawberry note is very strong my bf always tells me i smell like strawberries (even though i dont really smell it, i smell more floral than fruity) i wear this everyday, and it isnt one of the perfumes that gives me a headache and lingers in your nose. beautiful.

it’s so good its a clean and modern sweet fruity rose. this is not a overly powdery rose it actually has some depth, the musk makes the dry down beautiful. way better than og amazing grace. don’t listen to people who say it smells too chemically or sharp until you try it for yourself. philsophy has never disappointed me this is for those who just want to smell good without worrying about how complex they want their scent to be,

This is such an ethereal scent. So feminine and soft. Ideal daytime wear/office. I'm not a fan of rose in fragrance but this is very subtly done. It Doesn't last long on my skin maybe 2/3 hrs. A little longer on clothes. Doesn't leave much of a scent trail. Its more an intimate scent

I am pleasantly surprised by this..a light, fruity (not too sweet) rose that is office friendly. There are no sharp edges to this...it must be the creaminess of the musk. I could wear this for comfort or a confidence boost. I just wish that it lasted a bit longer on skin.

This smell reminds me of a plastic strawberry-scented doll that's been sitting in a warm car for a few hours. It's a really nostalgic, comforting scent. Also kind of smells like the Lush "Sex Bomb" bath bomb; it's got that almost candy rose smell.

I got this Free to try from Influenster. It was my first perfume from Philosophy. It's amazing, I love the fruitiness and the fact that it's long lasting. Ever since I got it, I wear it everyday. Strawberry/Raspberry/Rose and Little Vanilla :)

Just received this as a gift. It has become a favorite. Starts out fruity and finishes with a lovely powdery rose. I sometimes mix it with the original Amazing Grace. It's lovely together.

One of my favorite clean musky scents! Just smells darn good and lasts!!! I detect a little rose but not fruits🤷♀️

mmmm, a nice, basic, fruity shampoo. nothing wrong with that, i quite enjoy it! rediscovered the test paper i sprayed it on a few weeks later in my room, and i remember having warm feelings towards this scent, but i was pleasantly surprised at how much i liked it. was always wary of sweeter smells, but this isn't too cloying nor nauseating. a nice and simple sweet rose with a hint of musk; a kind smile with an airiness of youth. couldn't pin point exactly what this reminded me of until i looked at the reviews: herbal essences rose hip!! it's exactly that. maybe nostalgia is playing with my rating, but this is fine, nothing memorable nor complex, but not the worst sweet scent i've encountered

I smelled this today and to my surprise I really liked it! I was surprised because I don't like the original version which is more of a musky, warm, skin scent. But the intense version is more floral, fruity, fresh and that's what I like. I almost bought it until I realized that after testing it out on myself it quickly disappeared, like within minutes. So, for that reason I just couldn't justify getting it. Bummer. edit: tried it out again, and it lasted a little longer on my skin but I couldn't smell it on fabric. also, I noticed some spicy nuances the second time I tried it.

Youthful and pleasant. Juicy, slightly ambery berries (possibly from the rose) with a dash of musk. Simple, easy on the nose, feminine, and soapy clean. This smells like love is in the air, Valentine's Day kind of scent. I actually like this one more than the og! And for the price, it's pretty solid. My only problem is the silage on my skin being way too weak, longevity is even weaker. It can also be a bit forgettable, but I find most perfumes with similar price point to be like that. I won't get a fb because this isn't my aesthetic, but it's a pleasant scent.

I usually don't like fragrances from this brand but Amazing Grace Intense is pretty good. It has an earthy vibe that I didn't expect. Strawberry, raspberry, rose combined w/ a very dirty earthy patchouli and musk. There was something in here that didn't agree w/ my husband and it gave him a headache, but I thought it was a nice perfume. Very linear throughout. If you want an earthy strawberry scent, which is something I haven't smelled before, this is a bit different, at least to me, give this a try. I would describe this as strawberry earth.

When I bought this they didn't have a tester so I tried the tester of the original. They are nothing alike however I much prefer the intense version that I bought. It reminds me of YSL Mon Paris, like a simplified version of it. Juicy berries with a base of floral and musk. It's fresh and bright, great for spring and summer daytime wear. It's fairly basic in nature so good for layering too. This is also one I had to let settle. I liked it more as it dried down.

This is much better than the original. Tart, sweet fruity with powdery rose. It smells like red popsicles in the summer but the drydown of powdery mature rose balances it out. The scent is giving me flashbacks of childhood, I can't figure out quite which childhood treat the fruity notes in this remind me of but its def a fruity popsicle or candy vibe.

I do prefer the original better but this is very nice. Agree with comments that it is fruitier, maybe sweeter than the original. Aside from my “amazing grace” expectations I do really like this and would definitely buy it if I saw it on sale or somewhere like Tjmax etc. It is fruity, floral, gentle, fresh.

It's nice but nothing at all like the original. They need to change the name as it is deceiving to leave it named as is... I expected it to smell like the original but stronger and that's not even close. This one smells too fruity and juvenile. It's still nice but wow, what a let down.

Got the sample version in my Philosophy order. I prefer it to the original. Such a yummy, sweet, fruity floral. Typical rose scent, that is stereotypically feminine, but is a people pleaser. It’s very sweet, if a bit soapy.

So I am in LOVE with the original Amazing Grace perfume so I thought why not try the intense. But the two are very different. I love the soft feminine light fresh airy smell the original gives but this one comes off as more fruity and sweet. As soon as I sprayed the perfume on my skin, I get a strong blast of the raspberries and strawberries, which I’m not really a fan of then after about 30 minutes the rose begins to be more evident. My favorite part is after an hour or two, when the musk is the most prevalent. If I could get the middle and base note all the time than this perfume would be perfect but the initial strawberry and raspberry note threw me off. I’ll keep the bottle but I won’t purchase again. Will stick to the original scent. If you don’t mind sweet then you’d love it!

I'm underwhelmed here, this isn't bad whatsoever, but it is a decidedly linear and slightly sharp musk. The only things I smell in this composition beside rose and lots of musk is a vague fruit accord, and what I thought was bergamot, but I suppose I was mistaken as it's not contained in the nite pyramid. Still, it smells citrusy in it's opening. The rose is exceptionally clean, but the musk is a bit prickly leading the wearer to nearly assume the rose is responsible. It's difficult to pluck apart which notes are which, but I do think the musk is a bit brash. I don't dislike this, but I'd need to be in the mood to wear something of this pitch to reach for it. I did hope to enjoy it more than I am though, and I don't find this particularly impressive. It has nice longevity however!

It smells fruity like berries. To me it's the same trend as other "intense" fragrances like YSL or Burberry. Just very fruity and jammy. They always make it fruity lol. It's not something that I gravitate towards. But this one is tolerable. But maybe that's because it hardly has a sillage, so it doesn't give me a headache as badly as those others do. Not a very highly performing perfume, so I wouldn't spend my money on it. And nothing super spectacular either. It smells good and nice, flowery and fruity and sweet and girly. But just not something that I smell and go "wow! this is so unique I am saving this." typical ulta vibes.

I like the opening here. It smells like sweet, floral shampoo and Swedish Berries candy. The sugary fruit accord rounds out any crisp edges the rose might have had, giving it a kind of plastic-y jelly-candy vibe. It's a clear, buoyant, girlish scent. I usually like a prominent musk note, but I don't care for it in this. I find it a bit too filmy and synthetic as the fragrance dries down—the sweet, pretty shampoo scent of the opening transitioning into something closer to hairspray, chemical-y and a bit cloying. Then after a couple of hours it just smells like plastic and a whiff of lotion.

If you want soapy citrus, buy the original. If you want soapy bubblegum-like citrus, raspberry, syrupy rose pie, this is reminiscent of the Lush rose body wash (name idk). The original is far more natural to me. I think the raspberry and strawberry is possibly causing a synthetic marriage to the rose. Still as powdery as the former. As they say, "the original is better." applies here.

Smells like very synthetic strawberry and strong sunscreen on me. I don’t smell any raspberry or rose. When it dries down the strawberry note disappears and it just smells like sunscreen. It lasts forever, so the longevity is very good. I was disappointed because the notes made it look like something I would enjoy but instead it is a screechy sunscreen on me.

This smells like a really fruity wine to me for some reason. Full-bodied, not crazily sweet; intense for sure. The dry down becomes more rose-centric. Screams "sexy date night" to me.

Soap bar that’s powdery and floral.. similar to my mom’s Herbal Essences shampoo in the early 2000s.

I was intrigued and excited by the fruity notes, which do come out to make a juicy, almost candy-like scent on the dry down but that rose note is still the most prominent and I just couldn’t get past it. Instant headache. Had to scrub off. Fellow rose haters stay away

I'm not getting any of the listed notes. It's straight lemon powder on my skin. Someone said it reminds them of Comet cleanser and now I can't stop smelling that.

It smells like slightly floral glass cleaner to me. Hopefully I can find someone who likes it better than me to gift it to.

on the first seconds of spraying it smells very sterile like an anti-bacterial flower. but it dries down kind of strange. it still has this sterile alcohol quality but it has a slightly grandma floral note to it. but! from a far /smelling it while passing it does smell very very good. it sort of reminds me of hairspray or like a kids perfume but just slightly more mature, slightly. but yes I get hairspray, it's a lovely hairspray but yeah I do prefer only smelling this as it lingers in the air since smelling it directly on the spot you sprayed it does get this grandma-y vintage powdery quality to it. but it's nice I like it it's super fresh, slightly floral and.. sterile hairspray smelling. its weird but weird good? 6.75/10 EDIT: I keep going in to smell this and the more and more I smell it the more it keeps reminding me of a certain perfume, especially me saying that note about a kids perfume so if you want a more financially conscious choice I would say this smells eerily similar to Jafra's Double Nature 'Crazy'. with this one having a slight bit more depth but nonetheless both are very similar and at very different price points.

I received a sample of this from Philosophy with my last order. This is giving me Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir vibes, in the way that there is a mashup going on with the most predominant note being Christmas trees. I’m searching for strawberry or rose but sadly can’t find them (I love both). It’s like a cacophony of indistinguishable smells. The drydown is powdery. This is nothing like Amazing Grace. This will confuse people. Update: I just compared them side by side and Pom Noir is more pleasant and like actual trees while this is more like Pine-sol cleaner. (I have nothing against Philosophy, I’ve worn Pure Grace for years and am currently in a Fresh Cream phase.)

Just a little review to share that, in my opinion, "AMAZING GRACE Eau de Parfum Intense" has the same base and background and DNA as the original AMAZING GRACE by Philosophy. The main difference to me is that AMAZING GRACE Eau de Parfum Intense has an added strong raspberry note on top. So if you can imagine layering the original AMAZING GRACE with a strong raspberry note, that is what "AMAZING GRACE Eau de Parfum Intense" smells like to me!

This is such a surprising fragrance! When I sprayed it on in the store I smelled absolutely nothing but hours later I kept getting this lovely warm,berry laden aroma! I don’t detect a distinct rose note but it must be there along with the musk and berries because it’s not just fruity!! I am not much for layering but I do believe this lovely perfume just might add a bit of fruit punch to an otherwise so so fragrance!

A very dewy, non-powdery, non-sharp rose. I don't smell much fruit. Very surprising, did not expect to like this at all. Very fresh, dewy garden. A bit sunscreeny this first wear, will update. I wouldn't have tried this based on the rose note because I typically dislike rose, but this is great! Very uplifting and happy! Brings me back to good memories :)

This is a soft rose fragrance. I don’t get much of the raspberry or strawberry like I was hoping for. It’s more rose than anything else and pretty much zero sweetness. I’m not the biggest rose fan so this probably isn’t for me. If you like rose then you’d probably like this. Would work well for the office or as an everyday scent.

Agree with the alcohol comment folks make on this one. It has a nice depth to it after it dries though, the raspberry and musk balance it so it's not too sweet. A bit too girly for me on it's own, but I layer with a clove essential oil and it's really nice. Good everyday wear and an overall favorite of mine.

Love it. Once the Rose fades (the only part I dont like) you get something that resembles good ol unconditional love, or Falling in Love. NICE! Love the berries, they could have left the rose out tho, but it's not too terribly prominent. This is pretty much a skin scent as well.

Super pretty! Upon first spray I immediately recognized the raspberry, kind of reminded me of angel nova. After a few hours the fruitiness goes away and leaves a shampooy floral. One spray and I could smell it for hours!

Strawberry champagne🍓 🍾 💣 smells so beautiful and sexy I mix it with thr new burberry her Elixir and it's just stunning, it's missing pear and ambroxan notes 📝 very effervescent and it's gorgeous

Philosophy mixed a bit of Amazing Grace with a lot of their Unconditional Love. It’s a nice compromise for someone who may feel that AG is too mature, while UL is too youthful. I like it.
