Pure Grace Eau de Parfum

I rarely get compliments even when I spend $200+ on certain fragrances— this $77 fragrance has gotten me 3 compliments the first time I wore it. It lasted through a hot day and into the evening as well. I still got a compliment even though I was sweaty and feeling less than fabulous so I know this lasts and adds a feeling of being clean and smelling “put together” , if you know - you know. Reminds me of people who travel for holiday - i don’t know why I thought of that but it just does .. kind of smells like something you’d smell while passing by a tourist who’s staying in some luxury resort and yeah I do kind of pick up a sunscreen type of scent but its not unpleasant. Glad to have this in my collection, I layer this fragrance over Chanel No.5 Body Cream and it’s so so so nice . I Love this combo it smells so freaking amazing. 🫠

I love this perfume. It smells like fresh linen sheets at a vintage cottage in the prairies. It is the cleanest smell I’ve ever sniffed and I will definitely be repurchasing it. My only issue is that this fragrance doesn’t last. It’s usually gone within 2 hours which is common with fresh scents. I especially find the lavender and lilies of the valley tones to be the most prominent but overall this is a versatile perfume that can be worn with other fragrances or on its own!

This has been my favorite perfume for several years now because it smells divine on me and it's perfect for work. However, my love affair with this scent is now over. I don't know what Philosophy has done to the formula but they've destroyed it because the perfume barely lasts 2 hours now and the toilette version only lasts 30 minutes! Philosophy can go kick rocks! Sadly, I'm searching for it's replacement.

Like milled-Soap; understated; somewhat powdery; not sweet; subtle but moderate fragrance & sillage; my go-to fragrance.

the smell of a soapy little bath mixed w abandoned 2000s anime hospital hallways and small touches of clean dishes. i hold this scent really close to my heart because i wore it religiously back in late winter 22' anywhere and everywhere but especially at college so it may be a little biased since my nose got so used to this scent. It starts off really fresh and almost icy-like on me, howeveeeeeer the rush you get from that first spray quickly transitions to something drastically different. the freshness of the perfume kinda dies off and just become acid in the weirdest way possible and doesn't last AT ALL, i'd it re-apply it like every 2 hours for the smell consistant good perfume overall tho, it's very good for the price if you're looking for a clean smelling scent but that's about it, bew!

First blast of cloyingly sweet peach, lily of the valley, and orange blossom. After the minute, the over sweetness dies down and the florals left behind are wet and clean, just like a sidewalk florist's morning-fresh bouquets on your way to work. The scent stays pretty linear, staying strong on the lily of the valley on my skin anyway. Young, uncomplicated, sweet, pretty. Projection stays close to the skin. Feminine and best for spring and warmer weather. 6+ hours later: The scent stayed linear and soft on the florals and eventually faded by the 4th hour.

This is one of my favorite clean scents. I have a very old bottle so it may be different than the current formulation, but the opening is a beautiful blend of soapy florals and green notes. I get a hint of citrus, but it's only in the background. It lasts OK and projects soft and close to the skin.

I wanted to like Soleil Blanc, but I hate coconut and ylang ylang. This is the PERFECT alternative for me. Clean, chic and sunny. This is class in a bottle.

To me, the edp leans ever so slightly more citrusy and almost masculine compared to the edt version. I like both but will get the edt next time.

It would be nice but I can't get past the smell of Desitin.

This one was a blind buy for me. Its has almost all my favorites notes so I was expecting to love it but to my surprise I don't like it at all. I agree with everyone saying it smells like clean linen sheets/ crisp white shirt. I would spray it on my clothes or bed sheets but not wear it.

One of the first I ever bought. Wish I’d tried it before purchasing because I did not like this one. Smells flat, like musty sunscreen and with zero nuance. Not sure why this one is so popular, but to each their own.

the mother of a childhood friend of mine kept a full set of “pure grace” toiletries in the bathroom during the late 2000s/early 2010s. seeking a soapy, shower-fresh scent for workwear (or other environments where my love of fragrance can't be obvious), i figured i would return to this scent and purchased the EDP. i’m sad to say it missed the mark for me. for one, the longevity is pitiful, even when misted on clothing or in the hair. the description on the bottle states definitively that “nothing smells better than soap-and water clean”. just as the scent of most soaps evaporates from skin immediately upon exiting steamy shower doorways, this perfume performs the same, and i would expect more from an EDP. it’s possible the formulation has changed in the 15-odd years since i first smelled it. the scent is not bad by any means. it’s very lavender-heavy and soap-like, yet i remembered it having more softness and a brighter, slightly green quality. for the roughly 10 minutes that it is perceptible, it is so clean that it just crosses the line into harsh astringency. if that’s your taste, this may be for you. i prefer a soft, blanket-like, and comforting element to clean fragrances. almost like the scent of a beloved blanket that has been washed in the comfort of your home, versus a batch fresh from the steely interior of a dry cleaner’s. or even like the original dove, as opposed to irish spring. my search for the perfect, neutral and simple-yet-lovely soapy frag continues!

powdery, soapy, with a warm undercurrent of lavender! :) I received this perfume in December from one of my best friends and the packaging was a beautiful winter edition with frosted snowflakes on the bottle. I wore it religiously from December - February and would actually recommend it as a winter/spring scent! The lavender is very calming, and it gives the impression of warm bed sheets - which is what I would also spray this perfume on at night. This is very LIGHT and even COOLING in a sense - the scent is faint enough to be comforting so in terms of sillage I would rank it quite low. However over time once it settles in with the body heat, the musk really comes out and makes you feel like you are wearing a plush cashmere sweater. Would DEFINITELY recommend this as a starting scent!

Love at first sniff! I really get quite a bit of lavender and musk on my skin. The florals are well blended - Can't really pick out any that stand out the most. Pure Grace was a blind buy, and it turned out really impressing me - I've been searching for a scent like this for a while. It certainly reminds me of laundry detergent in the best way, and will be perfect to wear on days where I just don't really know what to wear. I see myself keeping this in my collection.

this is probably the most beautiful classy perfume i’ve ever smelt. it’s fresh, soapy, bright, clean and chic. smells like sunscreen to me in the best possible way, perfect for right out of the shower. i’m so upset to hear that they changed the formula, was about to buy my second bottle :(

i think i like this so much because my mom probably wore something similar when i was a kid. soapy clean and almost sunscreen-y i wear to work and smell it on myself the whole day
