Beachy, tropical, exotic, radiant, sweet, creamy, warm, floral, bright, citrusy, fruity, fresh, woody, powdery, musky, feminine, sensual, flirty, chic, lush, uplifting, transportive, nostalgic On me this is a beautiful, beachy, sweet, floral, and radiant scent. The tropical coconut with the sweet and exotic Tiare flower bring a lovely monoi oil touch, while the vanilla gives a warm and sensual feel. The bergamot note lends a bright, sweet, and refreshing feel, while the creamy and woody scent of sandalwood, and the powdery musk help to balance out the sweetness, ground the fragrance very nicely. I also get a soft salty ozonic scent that makes me think of a warm ocean breeze. There is somewhat of a luxe sun tan lotion scent (which I love!) to this, but I don’t find it overwhelming, or too much. More like just the right amount for a coconut vanilla fragrance. Very beautifully done, Phlur nailed it again! I’m a huge fan of beachy/coconut fragrances, so as soon as I heard about this one I knew I absolutely had to have it. I blind bought it, and it definitely doesn’t disappoint. I have quite a collection of these types of fragrances, so I wanted to mention how I thought some of them compared... 🌴Ellis Brooklyn Sand - I find this to be the most similar as well as SDJ Flor Mística. Sand is another warm, sweet, coconut vanilla that also has bergamot, white florals, sandalwood, and musk too. 🦩SDJ Flor Mística - The most similar along with Sand imo. I’ve always thought this was very similar to Sand even though the notes are fairly different (for a beachy/coconut scent at least). However, they do share coconut, white florals, and musk. 🐚SDJ Rio Radiance/87 - I can see a slight similarity to Beach Skin mainly because of its warm and sweet coconut vanilla scent. I get a decent amount of tuberose in this one, which is one of its major differences. ☀️SDJ Beijos de Sol - I don’t find this one particularly similar to Beach Skin because it’s a much more tropical and fruity coconut scent as opposed to coconut vanilla. 🌊JHAG Vanilla Vibes - I don’t think this one is very similar mainly because it doesn’t have a coconut note, and is more of a salty marine vanilla. However, I’m curious if it would become similar if it had a coconut note because I do get an ocean breeze scent as part of Beach Skin, and because they both share vanilla, musk, and sandalwood notes. I’ve become a pretty big fan of these Phlur mists over the past year, and this is definitely one of my favorites. I also own Vanilla Skin, Heavy Cream, Caramel Skin, and Coconut Skin. In comparison to Coconut Skin, I don’t find them very similar. Coconut Skin is much more gourmand with caramel and sorbet notes, more green with a palm leaf note, more floral with Tiare flower, jasmine sambac, and frangipani, and warmer with an amber note. While I really enjoy both, I definitely prefer Beach Skin. For some reference, some of my other favorite beachy/coconut fragrances include Tom Ford Soleil Blanc, Nest Sunkissed Hibiscus, Kilian Sunkissed Goddess, Replica At The Beach, Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess, Yves Rocher Monoi Eau des Vahines, JHAG Lust For Sun, JHAG Vanilla Vibes, Bobbi Brown Beach, Kayali Maui in a Bottle, Kayali Maldives in a Bottle I get really good performance with Beach Skin. It lasts for about 7-8 hours on me, and projects about an arm’s length.

Beachy, sweet, white floral, exotic, vanilla, coconut, tropical, warm, powdery, musky, salty, woody, lactonic, bright, fresh, softly spicy, slightly fruity, feminine, sensual, alluring, inviting, lush, transportive, nostalgic On me this opens fresh and bright with a burst of bright bergamot, spicy pink pepper, a sprinkle of salt, and the exotic floral sweetness of Tiare flower. As it starts to dry down the pink pepper fades and the tropical and creamy coconut milk comes through with some additional sweetness, and just a whisper of Lily-of-the-valley. Once it’s dried down the Tiare flower and coconut milk remain nicely intertwined, and the sensual and powdery vanilla, soft musk, and a gentle woodiness from the sandalwood join beautifully. The notes that are the most prominent on me are the Tiare flower, coconut milk, and vanilla followed by the salt, musk, sandalwood, and bergamot. This is such a beautiful, beachy, and suntan lotion-esqu scent. It has a lovely monoi oil like scent to it too, a scent that I particularly enjoy. I’ve always been drawn to these types of fragrances, so when I saw Phlur releasing this one I absolutely had to get it! It’s definitely another successful blind buy for me! They really did an excellent job with this! I own several of their other mists too, and really enjoy them as well... Heavy Cream (my favorite!), Cashmere Skin, Vanilla Nectar, Vanilla Blackberry, Vanilla Skin, Caramel Skin, Coconut Skin, and Vanilla Smoke. For some reference, some of my other favorite beachy/coconut fragrances include Tom Ford Soleil Blanc, Nest Sunkissed Hibiscus, Kilian Sunkissed Goddess, Replica Beach Walk, Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess, Bobbi Brown Beach, Alien Goddess, Kayali Maui in a Bottle, Maldives in a Bottle, Utopia Vanilla Coco, Ellis Brooklyn Miami Nectar, Sand, JHAG Lust For Sun, Vanilla Vibes, SDJ 39, BBW Coco Paradise, At the Beach, Oahu Coconut Sunset, Beach Nights I do see some similarities between this and JHAG Vanilla Vibes, Lust For Sun, Replica Beach Walk, Alien Goddess, Ellis Brooklyn Sand, SDJ Flor Mística, BBW Coco Paradise. I also have Phlur’s Coconut Skin, but definitely prefer Beach Skin over Coconut Skin. It leans much more towards monoi oil, vanilla, and coconut as opposed to a somewhat gourmand and green leaning tropical white floral coconut. I agree with what another reviewer mentioned about this having a really nice salty accord, but without the marine notes like in Vanilla Vibes. It’s rather complex, especially for a body mist which is nice. The longevity is really nice, lasts at least 6-7 hours on my skin. The projection is also good for a mist, it radiates out a couple feet from me.

Damn this is so good, I’ve been wearing it more often than my $$$ niche perfumes these days. It’s a second skin fragrance that lasts 6-8 hours and creates a scent bubble that makes me feel like a relaxed goddess. For me this was a surprising standout of the island escape trio - I returned the travel trio and got a big bottle of beach skin. It’s not particularly sunscreen-like or coconut sweet like most “beach” fragrances. Love the melon note in this, and pairs beautifully with Missing Person body oil.

To me it's an amazing summer beachy fragance, all I like it's here. It's similar to Vanilla Powder but without the marine masculine notes, so I love it even more... What I get from it is salty coconut with a hint of flower from Tiare, a liiiiittle bit of Vanilla. Doesn't smell like sun cream. I don't smell the bergamote note. Easy like. Good lasting for a Mist.

This is lovely. I doing get the screechy pepperiness others are getting. It’s a nice beach coconut vanilla, not overly sweet but not sunscreeny either. Has good longevity for a body mist. Will be a great summer fragrance but I also love using scents like this as bedtime perfumes.

Beach Skin is such a fun and radiant summer fragrance it actually smells just like the description. Sexy beachy fragrance, I love layering this with Coco Shimmy by Snif. This is easily my favorite summer fragrance form Phlur. Very easy to wear and well balanced.

It's giving in it's own way Maison Margelias Beach Walk and I love it for that because it's the cheaper version. Not a exact dupe don't get me wrong but if you like one you'll like the other. Notes are on the point in my opinion, great spring/summer mist.

This is good! A bit similar to coconut skin, but more salty and less sweet! It reminds me of a less sweet, less strong version of Miami glow. I love it!

Good but very light. Lacks a heavy white floral note which I love - that seems hard to find in beachy scents. Warm, creamy beach scent. Nice!

This smells like if sunscreen had a really cool, hot older sister. Perfect for hot summer days.

The correct notes listed on the bottle: Top: Bergamot, Ozonic accord, Pink pepper Heart: Solar accord, Coconut, Melon Base: Vanilla, Sandalwood, Musk I was very excited to try this but it smells so different from what i expected. First off all its way sweeter than i thought, i smell the vanilla, coconut and melon the most on my skin. Its delicious! But to sweet for very warm weather. It’s to thick and warm, like coconut syrup, not light and airy like i expected. I don’t think of the beach with this fragrance. Maybe if there were florals in this it would be better. I’m gonna wear it in spring and early summer.

this body mist starts off with the pink pepper these mists have, will make u sneeze. smells like salty black-pepper at first, then the notes of melon appear, coconut + lily of the valley come out. it does really smell like oaui st barts, with less fruit and cloying sweetness, leaning more photorealistic beach and salty and room spray like. this is so good to layer with other scents too and also lasts decently moderate on clothes compared to the weak longevity on skin ^^

I can't be the only person that gets 0 vanilla from this. This smells like mango coconut to me but specially MANGO- it's very strange. Maybe it's the bergamot and pepper that gives off that vibe but I can swear it smells like mango or some other tropical fruit. The dry down smells nearly identical to OUAI St Barts. I personally prefer this over St Barts because this is more light and fruity.

there’s something incredibly comforting about this scent. it’s fairly complex, considering it’s a body spray, and i find myself picking up various notes throughout the day. the prominent note on my skin is a woodsy musk, but there are occasional glimpses of coconut and soft florals. it’s a lovely body spray, but i think it really shines as a home scent (bed linens, towels, etc.).

i had the intention to buy peach skin, but for some reason bought this instead. my first initial spray was VERY peppery but it's dried down to a beachy, sun vibe. do i love it? maybe. would i buy a big bottle? probably. it's almost more unisex and musk then i thought but honestly it does smell amazing. next time i will buy peach skin tho

OUAI St. Barts + Johnson & Johnson's Baby Oil. I'll drop 100s on a fragrance, but $40 bucks on a 50% of the fragrance being baby oil? Nah. It's not a bad scent, just apply baby oil on your arm, spray any beachy mist and that's it. Skin scent because it's baby oil, so yeah. Hope this helps ツ

reminds me a lot of Vanilla Vibes from JHAG. an amazing pairing!! I see lots of people wish Phlur released a EDP version of this body mist, but if you have Vanilla Vibes I feel like it’s about 85-90% similar just with a bit more coconut.

Second best after Cashmere Skin for the Phlur mists. Beachy, not too much coconut or anything. Just right. I love it and will be using this all summer when it finally comes around ⛱️

this smells really similar to coconut skin for me, with a touch more of that tropical "beach" scent and less of a soapy smell.. but still very coconut forward, fresh and light

This reminds me of: if the best smelling suntan oil and Versace crystal noir had a baby. I like this a lot, Versace crystal noir was my signature fragrance in my 20s.

I really enjoy wearing this scent, but in the heatwave I think it's a bit cloying for me. A normal not roasting summers day though? All over it

What a wonderful fragrance. It’s soft, a bit salty, airy white floral coconut. Slight sun screen scent but I think it’s highly enjoyable.

Just what i needed for the summer. A bit too similar to vanilla skin, but i immediately got compliments first time wearing it out so...

Slightly grown-up beach scent; a little sunscreeny, yes, but still enjoyable for warm weather. Great for summer layering.

Opening reminds me of a sunscreen scent but then it develops into a more complex, sweeter, feminine, white floral scent. Solid staple for a summer fragrance, and phlur does not dissapoint again with their beast mode body sprays that have longevity equivalent to edp.

Smells like a nice, expensive sunscreen. Kind of reminds me of SDJ scents. Super super strong

This smells nothing like beach or sunscreen to me personally, It’s very sweet, thick, and creamy coconut and vanilla dominate, and the salt makes it feel almost like salted caramel to me. The florals are barely there, and the sandalwood + musk make it super dense, not airy, there is no lift in the notes to make it airy in my opinion. It’s actually got a syrupy vibe to me. There’s a tiny hint of something there that doesn’t exactly smell like sunscreen but reminds me of someone who is wearing a vanilla and coconut lotion that has been outside in the sun. It does have a fair silage, you’d have to be pretty close to smell it but I did smell it on my skin for hours after applying. I like skin like, airy scents, so for me this is too sticky and indulgent, but if you love warm, sweet, gourmand adjacent fragrances, this could be right up your alley.

I think I’m not a Phlur person. Most of their scents have a peppery “stink” to it that I can’t overlook because it is very sharp and offensive.. or it smells completely cheap. This one is no different and isn’t something I’d ever consider wearing to a beach

Absolutely bright beautiful opening. I love the synthetic sunscreen scent, it feels very purposeful to me. Smells like a bottle of sunscreen that’s been in the beach bag for hours in the sun, when the lotion is melty and maybe a little leaky and the plastic is hot. Unfortunately for me, sandalwood and pink pepper always stand out very strongly on my skin and the pink pepper specifically is a little stronger than I’d prefer after an hour or two. However, it’s not as bad as other perfumes with pink pepper notes and it has more to do with my own skin chemistry than the perfume itself. Even then, the bright sunny notes are still stronger than the pink pepper. I think it’s more meant to be an immersive beach experience than a perfume that just smells good.

As I searched for a beachy/vacation scent, Beach Skin seemed like it would be a promising option. From the initial spray, it reminded me of the Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen, but with less coconut and florals. It reminded me of a hot day at the beach after being doused in sunscreen. After the initial beach sunscreen scent fades away, it turns into a warmer vanilla skin scent. Overall I found the top and middle notes quite screechy and harsh, and not very harmonious. The dry down to the basenotes was when I really liked it (sandalwood, vanilla and musk). Though I believe in liking perfumes through all of the notes, so I will not be keeping the scent. If you like Hawaiian Tropics, and warm beachy scents, it is not a bad option.

For me its a tropical non gourmand vanilla with slight beach like accords, its highly similar to jhag vanilla vibes. I was looking for smth more casual and sunscreen like, similar to mm beach walk but its sweeter than i imagined (it was a blind buy, i asked my friend to get it for me while she was in states). I like it a lot, its just not smth i was necesarily looking for it to be but thats okay. the projection and lasting is nice if u spray it well but not smth out of ordinary by any means (which is fine for me since i wanted it to be my casual, not very upfront option). It's not overpowering or irritating like other vanilla body mists tend to be. I get complimented for it quite bit, thats for sure!

I’m a Long Island girl, I live for the beach and love to collect beachy scents. I have JHAG Vanilla Vibes, Arquiste Vacation, MM Beach Day, Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess and now Phlur Beach Skin. I can’t get over how much I love this one. It is a big plus that it is a body spray (cheaper than a perfume) that has pretty great lasting power. It’s creamy and sweet but not cloying, pink pepper and salt to give a little bit of surf and sand, sunscreeny but not overly so. It’s a little bit clean and a little bit dirty (a little bit like a post beach shower) but it’s mostly delicious in a way that isn’t childish. Just the perfect balance of it all. Mixes beautifully with Bronze Goddess. This stuff is bomb.

Apparently my olfactory sense turns anomalous when it comes to Phlur’s line. Tested Beach Skin in-store twice. Amongst all white-floral-coconut fragrances I’ve come across, this one might be my least favourite. The opening is too sharp and peppery. More like a tanning or hair spray. Tiaré is not done properly here – does not blend with coconut and vanilla but only makes the citrus and salt notes even more pungent and almost screechy. Nothing sweet or lactonic about it. You should still try it yourself cos based on most reviews here it has mass appeal and is one of Phlur's top sellers.

I adore this. Obsessed. Wish they would make it and EDP for extra power and projection. What I love is that it's salty but with ZERO marine notes, which I hate. Most salty fragrances combine salt with marine notes, so I've never found one that I loved. This is 10/10 for me. It smells the closest to Matiere Premiere Vanilla Powder to me, but without the screechy musk. It is also close to Vanilla Vibes but I find that one to be more cheerful and minimalist as far as salty vanillas go.

I love Beach Skin for summer, pool days and beach days. I mix it sometimes with “SNIF spray tan” body spray to up the vacation feels and together they transport me from wilting in my cold, dry, air conditioned office to sand and pool vacation vibes. It lasts pretty long for a a body spray. Definite 9 9.5/10.

This is like if hawaiian tropic sunscreen was a fragrance LOL. It has some strength to it, i sprayed it onto my wrist and it really lasted. I understand the concept of this fragrance and it does have a beachy vibe, I just don't understand why I would want to smell like I'm wearing a bunch of sunscreen.

Up close I get a lot of the salt that makes it smell almost savoury and very scratchy. I tried this on with heavy cream and thought in the air heavy cream was what I was smelling but it was actually this. It’s actually very creamy and pleasant in the air. Lasted longer on clothes than heavy cream did.

Really beautiful summer scent, it starts off very sweet then fades into tropical florals, it reminds a lot of a vacation to somewhere like Thailand or Bali ( specifically the busier areas though like Kuta and Canggu ) . I would recommend it if you’re looking for a nice summer spray or perfume.

This was a blind buy and I’m obsessed! This smells like OUAI St Barts but less sweet and fruity and with more coconut. It also reminds me a bit of Viva La Juicy Bowdacious. This is also a really great scent to layer with so many perfumes if you want to give it a coconut tropical touch.

This is not sunscreeny as others have mentioned. It is definitely beachy but it is a light, airy and salty coconut scent which leans unisex. Warm and peppery. Very little sweetness. And not dense at all. Think heat. Ocean. Wet glistening skin. Pretty dang sexy.

Simple, sunscreen-y scent that's an easy reach for the summer. More coconut-y than floral. Performance is a lot better compared to the Peach Skin. Edit: I bought and then returned this as something about it became a bit too cloying for me.

Ouai St. Barts, but with sandalwood and more depth with the coconut in the base. The opening smells exactly like St Barts with a fruity dragonfruit-like note. Overall longevity very weak as expected.

Got it in a set and to me it is practically a Juliette Has a Gun Vanilla Vibes in mist form. Go-to summer scent that is great on its own by day and layers phenomenally for night
