Sheer happiness in a bottle. This is all yellow florals to me, with beautiful ylang-ylang at the centre, a note I deeply appreciate when it is done this well. It makes the perfume feel cheerful, radiant and alive. For me, this is a great way to start any weekday. I love wearing it in spring and summer, when its soft, smooth and subtly sexy character really comes through. It is not overly powdery, nor heavy on the vanilla, which keeps it light and joyful. What I love most is the sparkling sense of joy it gives: vivid, sunny and full of movement. Which is btw rather welcome in these stressed times. Sometimes you don’t need another complex 'perfume journey' full of deep, intense, complicated smells. Sometimes a perfume can simply be bright, kind and joyful. And that is exactly what makes this one so appealing to me. Just a very happy perfume :)

Hapyang is a bright and joyful perfume, a colored powder, and everything around becomes magical. It is an evocative perfume, it gives serenity and tranquility, it is delicate and with a French imprint. Beautiful! Sillage: 6.5/10 Longevity: 7.5/10 Scent: 8.5/10 Overall: 8.5/10

I find this surprisingly easy to wear on a very hot day, It becomes even lighter with less powder and more yellow in the heat. There is no heavier base like sandalwood or muscle that makes it too heavy or woody to wear on summer day.

A creamy yellow powdery floral

Originally, I opened this sample and smelt nothing. I had to get rather close to my sample bottle to get any scent, to which unraveled as the following: The scent can be described as yellow. It is as though a bottle of sunshine was released, but without the citrus that people typically tie to these photorealistic scents. It’s essentially spring in a bottle. I primarily smelt ylang ylang on the opening, and during the dry down process. But it was soften by what I assumed was hedonia. However, all of that disappears into a warm skinlike vanilla. it’s not intimidating or overbearing, especially since it has a close range sillage. the scent may just come across as ylang-ylang and vanilla to the untrained, due to how simple and airy it is. I’d rank it a 7/10 for smell, but a 4/10 due to the lack of projection and how it disappears unless you’re actively smelling your skin.

This is a perfect 'covid' fragrance. It's more on the light, carefree and feminine side so you can sit in the house with it and not get offended by your own company. It's a 'tangerine' color to me, i.e., soft and energetic. I really like the aldehydic notes and the florals. People who pass you will think to themselves, 'Ive smelled that before'. In other words, this is a recognizable genre that is probably more popular with the 'over 30' crowd, of which I'm a member. Although a sophisticated 20 year something could certainly pull this off. An enjoyable, modern scent.

I don't normally didn't go for women's scents But the notes on this seem pretty interesting so I gave it a shot. The top notes kind of get drowned out by the aldehydes, But the dry down is awesome. There's a resinous base that really elevates everything. Performance was all right, it's a bit of a subtle scent.

Really sour on opening, reminds me a bit of (artificial) lychee. So it’s like.. a sour fruity wood. After settling it’s giving me J’adore feel, just woodier.

Beautiful vibrant opening. Mild aldehydes and ylang-ylang. It calms down to pearwood, but it becomes a skin scent. There's also some musk in drydown. Average longevity.

bananas anyone? it's not something i'd like but i do kinda enjoy it! first impressions: bananas, which makes me wonder if there's ylang in this, and then tuberose + jasmin + white flowers but not indolic, a bit creamy but just the littlest amount, and then there's something peachy. i know it might sound vintage when u read it in that order but no, it's quite powdery too, maybe there's iris somewhere in the composition? this is a cute scent. is it memorable? no, not really. i'm also for some reason getting similar vibes as serge lutens datura noir, not that they smell similar, but something in both emits a similar aura, though i still prefer datura noir.

I was excited to try this one and maybe get it as a summer scent since the creaminess and lemony notes triggered me on paper. Unfortunately these enjoyable notes last less than 10 min. The performance is relatively weak, knowing powdery notes and white flowers/fruits are often light & soft but I wish the longevity of these notes could last longer.

It is not particularly powdery. I get some aldehydes, but mostly it is a fresh and a little bit woody pear mixed with ylang on a musky base. The base is very similar to the one in Le Musc et la Peau. Even though it is not what I thought it would be, I like it. It is very versatile.

A beautiful, creamy, happy, yellow floral. The ylang-ylang gives it a touch of "candy banana" in the mid, but it's neither sugary nor childish. Instead it's just cheerful , a soft and beautifully blended floral that sits close to the skin. Really lovely.

While the longevity of this fragrance is not great & the ad copy insulting (including gratuitous use of the "O" word), it is in my opinion a gorgeous floral & the aldehydes are well done. Projection seems quite reasonable to me.
