I recently received a decant of this and OMG it's gorgeous! The powdery note isn't too much in this fragrance. It's like the softest, most thinly milled powder on top of a bed of sweet and creamy vanilla. The iris gives off a violet scent and the tea note gives it just a touch of freshness. The incense and woodsy notes add some depth. This is such a soft, gentle, ethereal, warm, cozy and comforting scent. It's sweet but not cloying. I will absolutely be purchasing a full bottle. This has quickly become a top 10 favorite. Edit/ I purchased a fb the day after I received my decant. It smells like a very expensive face/body cream. Pure elegance. I literally can't stop smelling my arm. It is very soft and sits very close to the skin. I wish it projected more bc this is so beautiful. This is my perfect bedtime fragrance. Somehow it takes my anxiety from a 100 to a 2 in a matter of seconds. This is one that I'll repurchase time and time again. I can't stop reaching for it!

Another truly gem from PG. The most mellow iris what i ever smell in a perfume with a gorgeous fantom violet note on a silky, almost milky, lactonic vanillary base which got a softly mysterious & enchanting vibe from the faint incese and the light woody notes while the the tea note just gives enough freshness to the composition to makes it a 'milk-warm' scent instead of a truly warming one. It's a sweet and fluffy light pink cloud coverd with a pale, white-ish silver-lilac -ish powdery veil. It's soo soo round. The perfect second skin fragrance. This is a really fragile, calming, cuddly, intimate, ethereal & delicate fragrance. The softness of femininity in a bottle!

This house seems to produce nothing but gems!! Another amazingly sexy scent that can be worn all year round. In the beginning I get something like cacao that softens into chocolate milk. After a couple of hours it gets an almost candy like quality in the trail, but when sniffed from a close distance there's more depth to it - white woods. A very interesting and non-linear scent that has a gourmand quality.

Tender and pleasant powdery floral scent. Light, very elegant, iris (as a flower, not root) and light vanilla. Very feminine and soft. The projection decreases quickly and it then sits close to the skin. Not sure why the smoke note is mentioned, it has none of it. It`s very discreet and the projection is more towards an expensive skin lotion.

I love this perfume, so nice. I can smell tea, iris, powder and vanilla. Very feminine, versatile, easy to wear for all occasions. Fresh and warm. Clean scent. Elegant, delicate, I strongly recommend. Due to the base, you really need to like vanilla for your information. It is my case. Office compatible. 10/10

Update: pairs also magicaly on top of Glossier's You Doux!!! An entirely addictive, mellow, powdery vanillic perfume with a whisper of incense. Instant love from me and I cannot get enough of my sample. I don't know what Pierre put in this but I keep being amazed by this house. Incredible.

it smells like an embrace from someone you want to kiss, it's vulnerable and sad and sweet yet still ever so slightly sensual from the anticipation. the tea note pulls more like henna on my skin but the drydown is so beautiful, just a beautiful experience. i can't love this enough <3

Absolutely amazing soft, fresh and sweet scent with subtle powdry, nutty and smoky notes. It’s a perfect balance of everything I love in the perfumes. Can’t say anything else about this perfume, except that it’s on top of my wishlist right now :) Follow me on IG: scent.guide

This is a very gently sweet scent. Its subtlety works best on a brisk winter day- body warmth makes it bloom. It radiates a comforting scent bubble off the skin, but remains polite. I would describe this scent as delicate, powdery snowfall.

received a sample of this and then received a ton of compliments when i wore it out! reminds me of a more powdery bubble bath by margiela, very fresh and clean scent with around a 4-6 hour longevity on me

Feminine, powdery, sweet iris-infused tea. Also has a clean aspect that's perfect for anytime. OMG I love it! Definitely will get a full bottle of this fragrance!

#1651 in my “Tour de Fragrance” Got this decant from scentsplit.com. I’ve been mostly positive about the Pierre Guillaume fragrances I’ve encountered thus far, and I like this one as well. It’s a light, comfortable, feminine-leaning unisex, iris-focused scent, nice tea note, like you’d get from a better quality bath powder. Reminds me of Gritti “Aqua Incanta”, which is basically this with some rose tossed in for a more floral and feminine effect, though this scent is even milder and more unobtrusive than Aqua Incanta. Silage-wise this is intimate range. So safe for any environment. Stays inside arm’s length. Longevity on the skin: two, three hours at most. So it would last through a dinner date, but not all day at the office, and not an hour doing anything really physical. This is something you’d wear to bed for the enjoyment of an intimate partner. Not really going to be noticed otherwise. I would certainly enjoy smelling this on a woman’s skin. I judge heavily toward the attention-getting quality of a scent. I look for something that lasts at least to lunchtime, preferably all day. I look for better than arm’s length silage. It’s why I focus on incense, myyrh, olibanum as they extend a scent’s longevity. It’s why I buy nothing of less than EDP concentration. But there is a woman I am close to that has very sensitive sinuses for whom this scent would be inoffensive, so worth considering for me. But otherwise, especially for women looking for something more long-lasting and attention getting, you might give a decant of the Gritti “Aqua Incanta” and a decant of this a side-by-side try. The rose note ruins Incanta for me, but you might feel differently. A decant of either from scentsplit.com runs $4.99. Fragrancenet.com sells 100ml bottles of Aqua Incanta at $97, and this Pierre Guillaume can run $125 for 50ml. Anything $100 and up you should really try before you buy. This one smells candy-sweet and a little fruity. It is too sweet for me, however, there are quite a few positives from this scent. Firstly, the vanilla is NOT overdone, sappy sweet or even that basey-resinous (they sometimes come across that way). Secondly, it projects quite well, so, if it is something you're a fan of, you'll get some decent coverage from it. Lastly, it is powdery, but not chokingly so. I read a lot of reviews of powdery-iris/orris scents, and one of the common criticisms is that the powder aspects are either too high or they choke out the other components. Not so in this one... All that said, it is not at all for me, but I feel others would get something out of this...

This is really pretty It reminds me of Sylveanne Delacourt's florentina. It has that Iris powder mixed with vanilla powder smell. Light easy you could wear this to the office You could wear this around most people and no one would be offended. Very feminine. A nice fragrance for bedtime Very powdery slightly sweet. Smells like a nice soft blanket.

A soft, delicate scent that feels light and airy. Over time, the creaminess and powderiness develop, while white tea balances sweetness. It becomes slightly woodier in the base, but this isn't a heavy wood—it's blonde and fresh. Vanilla and [powdery] iris remain the star components throughout.

This smells so soft and comforting. It doesn't project a lot, it is definitely for close contact. The powder and woody notes almost mimic a white musk smell. You don't really smell the vanilla until it dries down.

I absolutely loved this on paper and out of the bottle, where I get a warm, soft vanilla. On my skin, though, it turns to a light but dominant sandalwood smell somehow. It fades very quickly, too.

Wow! Sweet and powdery but the greenness from the tea is detectable and perfectly offsetted by the dryness of the iris. Well blended. Somewhat familiar but not similar to anything i can think of.

Beautiful comforting scent- I get an even blend of iris and vanilla and woods- when I can smell it. I sprayed a huge amount below my neck and really can’t smell it 10 minutes later.

This is the infant lovechild of Rehab and Tihota. Creamy, soft, clean, just enough sweetness. A vanilla skin scent.
