Irizia Pearl truly is a contemplative fragrance. Right after spraying it on my skin, what I get is a note of slightly sweetened, aromatic milk tea. It took me a minute to detect, what else it reminds me of, and when I read the note list, I knew immediately what I missed: The rice note! Yes, Irizia Pearl smells like a mixture of milk tea and fragrant rice. Or rather, it smells like the steam of both of these delicious edibles mixing in the air! To make things more diffusive and "perfumey", Mr. Guillaume adds some kind of clean musk, that seamlessly integrates its slightly woody, pure aroma into the flavorful mist emanating from the steaming foods. What strikes me as a bit odd: While the illusion of steaming rice and hot milk tea is almost perfect, the scent itself does not convey the hot temperature at all. Instead, it smells as though the room that was previously filled with all the mentioned smells did cool down to a pleasant chill. So, Irizia Pearl is more like a "cold vapors" kind of perfume. What I am sure of: It's one of a kind, and an extremely pleasant experience!
