L'Air & L'Eros 31.1

* the angelic * First of all, not get fooled by the white chocalate note it's not that typical heavy or thick edible chocalate gourmand fragrance. But it's gorgeous! A gorgeous second skin fragrance! ( the sillage is very intimate, but it lasts close to the skin.) It' a truly delicate, lactonic and airy, balmy floral fragrance. And in this composition this soft & balmy floral accord are wrapped around with this tenderly sweet and light lotion like creaminess of cocabutter ( but beside this cosmetically creaminess it is also slightly gourmand-ish and definetly lactonic at the same time.) and the almond milk facet of tonka bean. This scent is pure, fragile and sweetish innocence, nurturing kindness and harmony with touch of softly blurred luminous mystery cosed into a glass. It's powderiness isn't sharp, talc like or strong at all, it's powdery on the most smooth and etheteal way, just like that light, creamy-powdery scent on skin after using a bodylotion. It's a beautiful and mellow silky-milky lotion like cloud, an ethereal balsamic embrace, an angelic touch. 🧴☁️🥛🌸🤍💭🧚🏻♀️

PG's novelty, premiered for Esxence 2023, is really an outstanding tonka bean perfume. Although the cherry side of tonka in this perfume is not really prominent or even existing, the almond and tobacco side is quite well twisted. In terms of tonality it is close to the latest Shalimar limited edition, but a little less powdery and almondy. After spraying, it is a white lilac with a handful of powder, but the floral then fades with the opening and the balsamic and coumarin sides of tonka opens in all their glory and sits perfectly dense cocoon with a slight powderiness and without excessive sweetness. The base is rather balsamic with a pinch of dry tobacco. I don't find any cocoa or chocolate on me. For me, it doesn't smell like its big brother from the same series, Tonka Bodykon 31. In addition, I like this new "cloud" much more than the previous one. Beautiful unisex, but on a man (especially with hot skin), it's just perfect.

this is flippin' beautiful. the perfect mix of airy, soft, sweet, floral. as goes with these kinds of scents, it's not a screamer but that makes it perfectly appropriate for office, close quarters, etc. i got a 5ml decant of this from scent split and i'm breaking my neck to get a full bottle because this is what i want my entire life to smell like.

I bought it in 2023, looking for something more comfy but not cloying for winter. But it really truly shines in the spring for me, when the sun warms the skin but the air's still crisp. In my job, I can't wear some of those beast mode or sweet bombs. This one is just perfect because it's not too powdery, not too sweet, not too lactic, but still like a tender creamy sent. It dries for sure to an intimate sent but for me that's the beauty of a lot of PG's creation ! Only the ones who deserve a hug can smell this dreamy cloud!

Sweet and powdery. Not a whole lot more. Opening was animalic and sharp but thankfully it disappeared. Just like the scent itself though.. there’s barely anything left in the spritz on my arm, and it’s been less than 10 mins. I then sprayed myself with it and barely smell myself, either. It’s pleasant enough, but not worth the $125 for 50ml for me.

I have a sample of this fragrance, and after a few generous sprays I could barely smell anything. I did get kind of a pretty floral and powdery scent for the first couple of minute, but it vanished into thin air almost immediately - I guess when they said L'Air, they really meant it! Furthermore, I sadly did not detect any trace of white chocolate, cacao or any such decadent goodness. I am not one for skin scents and intimate sillage, so I will not be getting a full bottle.

I got this as gift from a friend so it’s kinda a blind buy. I like this scent: it’s powdery, soft, delicate, and a little bit vintage-y. However, it’s very weak, literally disappears from my skin within an hour🥲 There’s also an alcohol-like scent right after spraying so I presume this might be a new bottle. Finger crossed I hope the longevity will get better after maturation.

Meehh I was really excited to try this one since combination of this notes seems really interesting to me but I was instantly reminded of Putain des Palaces. Honestly I don't get any of these notes expect that it's defiantly a powdery fragrance. It's ok but not at all what I imagined this would be.

Almost identical to Garnier Avene Shampoo. Chocolate it's not detectable. Edit: also similar to Blanche Bete.
