I'm surprised no one has mentioned the obvious based on the name itself. This fragrance feels like slipping beneath the surface of an Olympic-sized pool, where chlorine tang, humid air, and mineral freshness swirl together in a comforting embrace. It's youthful and smooth after that harsh alcohol opening — it's borderline intolerable the first few minutes. Pierre Guillaume [who incidentally looked good in a white dress shirt and black leather harness at Esxence 2022] manages to weave in a soft musk and a faintly sweet transparency, keeping it from smelling overly chemical or harsh. The result is oddly nostalgic and very seductive for me, evoking long hours spent in competition pools back in the 90s and early 00s, with the mix of chlorinated water, warm skin, and humid air. It’s more abstract than wearable for most, but for lovers of conceptual scents, Swim SX is a fascinating study in atmosphere. This is FB worth for me.

This perfume to me perfectly captures a snapshot of salty crashing waves and sun-warmed sands. What’s unusual about this perfume is that on first spritz, for around five minutes or so, it does have a harsh alcoholic note - but please give it time! Around 20 minutes in the most beautiful, sunny aquatic notes come through. It really does give the impression of a bather emerging from the ocean; swimsuits and salty skin. Whilst it may not have a huge sillage, you will get hints of this all day and it really does have staying power. The fragrance truly does evolve, and towards the end you do pick up the driftwood notes. Overall I really enjoy this perfume and it really does capture a facet of summer for me which makes me smile every time I smell it.

Swim Sx is an ethereal, clean and airy perfume. A beautiful musk I feel here, which gives comfort and caresses you, the rosewood gives timid accents. It is a beautiful evocative, unusual perfume that stands out from the others. A perfume for those who love to stand out, I like it a lot, and I'll wear it on summer days! Sillage: 6./10 Longevity: 7./10 Scent: 9./10 Overall: 9./10

I was given a sample of this and I remember always liking the brand even when it was on different bottles called HUITIÈME ART if I'm not mistaken. I wasn't really sure what to expect with the same swim, but when I sprayed it on and let it work I fell in love immediately!

amazing intimate salty scent. everything is blended beautifully together. elegant, inoffensive, the texture is smooth like in all PG perfumes i’ve tried so far.

nostalgic fresh oceanic, perfectly unisex, great to wear anytime but truly shines on a hot summer day

This is a lightly aquatic woody musk to my nose. Not the choke-you-out aquatics of the 90s, a modern clean younger high-end reimagining. I received a mini spray with my purchase of Le musc & la peau. This smells similar to that, though a bit more aquatic/woody/masculine. Both of these scents are extremely faint yet powerful skin scents that lean a bit masculine but are unisex and neutral enough for women, especially if the woman has other scented lotions or floral perfumes to layer with this. Each time I smell either of these scents however, I picture a successful, gorgeous, clean, freshly shaved man in a nice suit going to the office in the perfect scent you want to keep smelling closer and closer, but a scent that would never choke out the receptionist or announce itself in a loud obnoxious way. Neither of these scents project much but will last on your skin for hours, maybe all day. They’re also some of the hardest to describe in terms of notes. The florals in Swim SX start coming out later after you’ve worn this for 20 min or so, but they’re so gentle I feel like this is truly unisex. I can’t detect the cannabis note, though I do smoke and grow my own, and maybe have become nose blind to the note? Though I did recently try a “hemp” facial oil that straight up smelled like rubbing a joint on my face, even though it wasn’t supposed to be scented, so I think I can pick up that note sometimes in other products. Here it is extremely gentle, don’t worry about smelling like a dispensary, it isn’t distinct or obvious at all. If anything, it adds to the woody profile of this fragrance. I feel like this is a great high end office/retail/working in a small space type scent. I wasn’t super into this scent when I first sampled it, but on the 2nd wear, it grew on me more. It seems like a great daytime/base layer for white flower scents. I thought the Carnal Flower from last night had worn off my skin but spraying this woke it up, now I mostly smell this with occasional hits of green tuberose, pretty nice! As I already have a bottle of Le musc & la peau, and I live in a climate that demands stronger beast mode scents, I’m not sure I need a fb of this, though it is nice enough that I will consider it at a later date. It does fade fast or I become nose blind to it after a few hours.

Swim S/X is a minimalists dream- a gauzy, almost transparent fragrance that is a light mist of wood and musk. It’s a mist that envelops, but stays very close to the skin, and lasts there forever. I was still able to smell it the next day, if I put my nose to my skin. The overall impression is of a slightly masculine very restrained woody musk infused with something a little bit tangy and marine. There are florals too but they are so hidden in the woods they keep you guessing as to what they are and indeed even if they are really there. This is something that smells good but has no need to call attention to itself. Perfect for hot weather, and any situation where you need to keep your fragrance on the down low, or anytime you want a little mystery.

Easy-going, sweet, musky, summer fragrance. It stays pretty much linear, even though I also do get this alcoholic feeling at the opening, for the first few minutes. To me, the most prominent notes are the ylang-ylang and musk combo with a rosewood dertone. This inevitably kinda makes it a but tii feminine fore me. I would imagine a wooman wearing easier, and my partner actually liked it more than I did. Nice one overall, but nothing special and I wouldn't pay a niche price for that smell.

Wow. This smells like hairspray, salt and not much else. Too bad as I though this would be a new take on the average summer freshie. Thank heaven sit was gone in literally an hour. Avoid. Sunsuality from the same collection is way more interesting
