Lime Cola

First wearing of one of Pineward Perfumes’ most recent releases, Lima Cola, and it’s a bold, light-meets-dark sort of cola blend, mixing in fresh, effervescent lime with cola, rum, and sugar, playing against a hearty underpinning of ginger root, spices, and what almost smells like oud. The brighter, lighter elements feel very much harmony with the heavier, darker elements, and there’s this interesting balance throughout that makes the perfume feel complete and thoroughly considered, a real testament to Nicholas Nilsson’s skill as perfumer/owner of the brand. It’s frankly an instant favorite from the line, and somewhat unique within the current catalogue. I enjoy cola both as a beverage and in perfumery and revel whenever a perfumer attempts to capture a different side of it, and in Lima Cola, something special as achieved, as this sort lime/ginger/resin expression is a different twist form other perfumes that emphasize the caramelization, effervescence, or other qualities. This lands for me as rum-cola-sugar meets ginger-oud-spices, elegantly put together. I’m not certain of its concentration but I imagine it’s EDP or extrait, with pricing that largely matches most of the catalogue, albeit with slight tweaks to bottle sizes from the last time I looked $130/80/20/6 for 52/32/4/2ml, so a nice variety and reasonable pricing for high-performing, high-quality juice. I’m long overdue to buy some bottles from this brand, which was launched in 2020, and I’m confident that Lime Cola is one of the first bottles I should buy. 8 out of 10

I have to say I absolutely love this scent. I can kind of see where people can't really pick up the cola scent and smell some other components, but overall, I think this nails that scent of a syrupy fizzy drink topped off with deep cherry and yummy lime. It does seem strange that this does comes from a Pineward fragrance of all houses but I think it actually works really well. It's a fresher spin on the overall cloying sweetness of a cola drink by adding a citrus that'll perk up every now and then, retreat into the sweet caramel/cinnamon/rummy drink that is this fragrance. As the fizz dies down it kind of melts into a sugary, spicy, woody, and strangely incense scent profile with a lingering citrus, almost like the ghost of the lime in the opening still hides within it. I love cola, and that might be a very strong reason as to why I love this scent. I also absolutely love Pineward fragrances, so when I saw this, I NEEDED it.

off the opening the bitter orange, lime, and ginger mash together and create this kind of.. toilet cleaner smell.. but it doesn’t take long before it settles into that lime cola smell it’s supposed to be. the lime in it is really loud and i actually love it, really unique. part of me wishes it was a bit less spicy, but i do understand what they are going for, and the spice does make it more a year rounder than just a summer fragrance. i do think that the whole cola aspect dies off a couple hours in, but it’s still nice and citrusy all the way through. edit: my sister said it smells like Haribo Cola gummies and now i can’t unsmell it

Pineward's most recent addition to their summer collection, Lime Cola smells like a photorealistic homemade cola with a lot of lime juice and zest, it also reminds me of gourmet sour cola gummies. It’s mouthwatering sour, citrusy, effervescent and just sweet enough. I’m normally not too keen gourmand fragrances but this one in particular holds a special place in my heart. Longevity and sillage is amazing, perfectly unisex scent, price is reasonable for the quality ($130 for 52ml bottle) Just like the rest of Pineward's summer collection scents, this is usually only in stock for purchase June-August, so get yours while you can.

This fragrance is amazing! Just got a 32ml, blind bought it, and another successful blind buy! I’ve never been familiar with pineward as a niche collector, I’ve always heard of it but never tried it. Until I tried lime cola. This fragrance is an amazing amount of Coca Cola, lime, and cinnamon, such a great scent! Perfect for all seasons day and night! Would recommend, 10/10 scent and is beautiful Longevity and silage is excellent great 10-12 hours with 3-4 ft projection, 3-4 sprays max!

I got a sample of this three years ago and used it up immediately. It’s just joyful! I’d reached out about buying some, but at that time it wasn’t available, just a test formula. Very excited to see it for sale again. I bought myself two tiny bottles this summer and love it more than I remembered. This morning I realized I was being a fool and NEED big bottle before it disappears, so I ordered. Fresh and sweet and bubbly. People always ask me what I’m wearing.

Smells just like an ice cold glass of coca cola. Has a slight hint of woods but it is really well blended so you cannot pick it out. Not really that versatile, however, wear this to a club and you will be the rave, it is amazing. Great release from a hidden gem of a brand. $130 for a 52ml isn't bad at all for something this original. Definitely worth checking out. 8.4/10

Tried the Summer ‘25 discovery and Lime Cola and Noki are my top two. Ordered a full bottle of Lime Cola. It’s much more sophisticated than the name suggests! The aromatic spices soak in the skin and smell so deliciously sensual. This will smell great on both men and women and especially in the heat but it will be a terrific four season fragrance.

Smells like you mixed coke vanilla with a lime. It's so on the nose I can't help but love the honesty of it. There's no fluff, no bull, it's just a sophisticated lime coke. Honestly warms my heart in a way that's hard to explain given my mother's love of diet coke, almost homely to me because of that.

Out of the 12 Pineward samples I picked up, Lime Cola literally had me smiling and laughing with happiness. Smells very soda-like as suggested by the name, but if it has a vintage smell to it. I’ll for sure be picking up a bottle ASAP. 10/10 fragrance, and the house of Pineward is a masterpiece

I wanted a coca-cola scent, and this gave me more. The lime is bright and zesty. The coca-cola gives that syrupy spicy vibe as well. This leans masculine and “vintage”, but in a totally modern way. If that makes any sense. Lovely performance. Dry down is a syrupy coca-cola cherry lime.

i'm a coke zero stan. it is probably one of the more boring parts of my personality, but i love that stuff, man. so when i say this smells exactly like coca cola, i mean it as the highest compliment possible! it honestly reminds me of both actual coke and those coca cola gummy candies. sweet, fizzy, a little syrupy, and weirdly addictive to keep smelling i thought this would end up being more of a gimmick fragrance for me, something fun to sample once and move on from. instead, i am sitting here seriously considering a full bottle every time i catch a whiff of it on myself i think it smells SO good. it is such a happy fragrance to me! it's kind of incredible how the citrus aspects emulate carbonation so well. my brain is fizzy right now. i have no idea how other people would feel about smelling someone who apparently reeks of soda, buuuuuut this one is for me. and i think that is all that matters.

When I smelled this I imagine a very rustic and niche small batch cola. The scent is bright, green, and smooth. I never thought this would smell so edible..but it definitely does. I love cola scents. I have soda snob from snif, god bless cola from versatile, and Tonka cola. This one is different from all the rest. It avoids being overly sweet, by the crafters balancing the green and citrus notes with the sweet cola. Full bottle worthy.

Really opens up with lime and a little bit of the cola, on me I really pull a mixture of the orange and lime, but a lot of the ginger. I was looking for maybe an interesting summer scent, that was a bit more spicy and gourmand, not exactly what I was looking for, but still really like, the spicy, gingery, slightly citrus scent. Happy I got just the sampler, excited to wear it out and see how it wears.

Very well done cola accord, made from citrus oils, spices and, of course, aldehyde C12 MNA, which gives the same fizzy effect on the nose as sniffing carbonated beverage. It comes with a caveat though, as I don't like stale, incense'y smell it leaves later. Addition of rum gives cuba libre vibes. The deep drydown is almost exclusively ethyl maltol, pure sugar smell, which is a little boring and disappointing. The fragrance feels more like a big accord rather than perfume. A damn good one, though.

I honestly haven't been able to notice the cherry or cola TOO much after about 2 hours of wearing, but that's not necessarily bad. At first it reminded me of a cola that had black cherry and lime juice on top, and turned the cola semi flat. But it fades into a warm-spicy mix of ginger, neroli, coriander, orange, and cinnamon. Almost reminds me of Christmas candles throughout the day, again not in a bad way. The orange is definitely not strong, and blends with the lime + rum (all 3 stick around). None of these are my favorite part though, it's very, very woody to me. I thought it had olibanum/frankincense, Pineward confirmed there's no olibanum, they instead use a small amount of myyrh. This alone makes the whole perfume worth buying IMO, everything about the perfume smells high quality, and I'd say every listed note is distinguishable, just not very much vanilla. On their website it says "cold pressed lime" which makes sense, the rind is noticeable. I wonder what else might not be listed considering the myyrh.

My nose might be broken, and I MAY be stupid, but I don't get any cola out of this. Don't get me wrong, it smells super nice - like a bougie candle you might see in a VRBO log cabin. Admittedly, I am unfamiliar with this house and its DNA, but overall, it did not really capture what I was looking for. It smells piney and slightly sweet for the first 30 minutes, and it's also surprisingly dark for a summer release. On dry down, it has a somewhat generic male cologne scent.

Smells like laundry detergent with a lot coca-cola at first, then it starts to dry down and smells like a cherry coke. At the way dry down smells like cherry coke with a little citrus sitting in the back. Not the easiest grab, but still wearable. Scent: 8.2/10 Longevity: 7.5/10 Projection: 8.5/10

Don't get me wrong. I'm a pineward truther. But this one really misses the mark. I get 0 cola. I get cinnamon, i get rum, i get medicinal. It smells like Christmas to me. after 4-5 hours it just smells like a band-aid. Like a REALLY GOOD bandaid you poured bitters on.
