Vine

Vine is fresh, stemmy tomato leaf, dewy water lily, and ripe, green fig all in the base of soft, lush oak moss. I do get an aquatic floral element, in addition to all the greenery, which lends itself to the perfumer’s copy of it representing a Monet painting. To me, this scent is verdant- it’s a perfect summer scent to cut through a heatwave or suffocating humidity. I wish this perfume lasted longer (I get about an hour of wear before it disappears) but that’s pretty standard for green freshies like this. I’ve tried a bunch, and I think Vine is one of the best tomato leaf forward scents on the market right now! I will definitely be upgrading to a full size and hope it becomes part of Piper & Perro’s permanent lineup.

Ok based on reviews I was not sure I’d like it but wow. What a unique scent! I agree with the person below me, this is the best tomato leaf I have smelled. It’s not veggie-like but rather adds some great freshness. This is so fresh and nice! I think it would also be amazing on a guy. I’m going to buy a 10ml to start.

Bright, zippy, lovely. The dry down is a nice bright fruity floral. Love the burst of green tomato leaf. Not savory but not sweet. A little dewy.

such a photorealistic take on all these ingredients. opens with a clear zesty and pleasantly bitter grapefruit rind note before the tomato leaf starts to come through. very fresh and green opening! it quickly mellows out into something ever so slightly softer and sweeter - you can smell a bit more of the whole grapefruit now and a bit of the hyacinth but still fresh and green. And I would say that's how the drydown remains: a fresh green floral. very beautiful.

It's not as realistic of a scent as I was expecting, In fact the tomato leaf doesn't smell like the plant at all. It opens with a scent I can only describe as green pepper and then dries down to a more floral but still peppery scent. It is very fresh and reminds me of a garden, but definitely not a tomato garden.

I have it, and it’s a meh. I love the concept of piper and perro but I find most of the scent, especially the non permanent one, not very well blended, they tend to have a harsh side. P Sadly I when I or my boyfriends wear it I get a toilet freshener vibe However I want empathise on the originality of his creations

This comes off very floral for me. The tomato leaf eventually shows up and I wish it dominated, but those florals stick around. If you like fresh florals over green scents, this might be a good fit.
