Rose au Sucre

Mmm, this was love at first sniff! Yes it is *reminiscent* of Pink Sugar. However, Rose au Sucre has no burnt sugar smell or licorice note. This is white sugar, infused with a tiny bit of lemon rind, with -some- talc/baby powder and makeup powder (violet+rose is giving makeup powder to me). Match made in heaven imo. "Sugar cubes and rose water" is a nice comparison made by another reviewer. The rose in here is subtle, therefore I like the rose water comparison. Additionally, unlike Pink Sugar, Rose au Sucre lasts a good amount of time. I could smell it on me all day, through subtle wafts here and there, it's not beast mode with insane projection, but it does last. "Classier" version of Pink Sugar in my humble opinion. I think it's suitable for year round. It makes me really happy smelling this scent. <3 Innocent and coquettish

This is quickly rising to the top on my list of my favorite and most reached for fragrances. This is powdery but not elderly, sweet but not juvenile. It reminds me of a rose petals dusted in sugar and baby powder, it feels really fresh and clean. It’s definitely inoffensive and office friendly, I get compliments on this a lot especially at work. I’m typically a gourmand lover and prefer to smell like a bottle of vanilla abstract 99% of the time but this, this is really good. This isn’t what I put on when I’m looking for a boost of confidence or an in a femme fatale/ boss b*th, kind of mood. I feel very girly and very dainty wearing this.

This is a very tender scent. Sweet, delicate rose with powdery, dusty sugared notes...it feels innocent and somewhat nostalgic. But also comforting. It is similar to a scent I wore in my childhood. So, yeah, a little bit baby powder there, but overall a very delicate, gourmand rose. I love this. Also, a couple of hours into the drydown it starts giving a very light turkish delight rose that is reminiscent of Oud Satin Mood and Nina Ricci L'Extase Rose Absolue (both twin scents made by Kurdijan) but in a very light, transparent way, very much diluted and sanitized ...imagine a super light... feather like... Oud Satin Mood. Fantastic!

Love love this! A bright powdery rose without smelling like straight up talc/baby powder. Sweet without being over powering. I feel the fruit notes in this aren’t distinguishable separately, but together that just make this perfume lighter and brighter. Without them, this would’ve been heavy with the rose, vanilla, powder and musk. I see the comparison of the keiko loukoum, and i only have the poudre version, but these two or only similar in the sweet powdery feel to the nose. The keiko does literally smell like baby powder though. TLDR: bright powdery rose but not literal baby powder

This was a recent purchase for me. It's very nice! I do get the Pink Sugar vibes from it, though it's a more grown-up, mature Pink Sugar. On my skin, it's not very powdery; I do get the vanilla, rose, raspberry, and hints of violet. It's very long-lasting; it lasted well over 8 hours on my skin, but it's not overbearing. I was left in a cozy scent bubble and got wafts of this nice aroma. I think if Pink Sugar was too sweet for you, perhaps try this one. It's more balanced with its notes and sweetness. As for seasons, I think it would be fine for all temps.

Instant love. Rose au Sucre is VERY sweet, of course, so stay away if that's not your thing. This is a rather simple and linear scent, but it's absolutely addictive to me. Rose with a ton of sugar. Not caramel, not the gooey drippy kind of sweet, just pure rosy sugar. There is a powdery aspect as well. So simple but so effective. Strong projection and very good longevity. Great for layering too!

Love this! This is a soft, yet FUN scent. I get a beautiful powdered sugar rose scent. I think the raspberry adds a cotton-candy tone to this, which I love. But, it's not cloying at all! I'm not a powdery scent girlie, but the powder here helps to add texture and an overall soft tone to the fragrance. This is a unique rose fragrance - love, love, love!

Rose au Sucre is ultra feminine, very inviting. It's sweet first, powdery second and the rose here is soft and sweet. Makes me feel like I have a warm, inviting aura around me whenever I wear it.

Wow ♥ This is up there with Blance Bete with the feels for this one. First spray is vanilla and Talc, and then dries down to a Violet Vanilla/Rosey musk. mmmmm

Since I've finished my sample I keep thinking about it, I crave to wear it.

At first sniff, the familiar scent of baby powder, but wait...there’s vanilla, violets, creamy rose, and old-fashioned hard candy, covered with powdered sugar. To me, this perfume tells a beautiful story of ageless sweetness. Not young at heart, not carefree, but it still brings us back to something we don’t want to let go of. She’s quiet, maybe bland to some, but don’t be misled. The violets and roses shine through and tell you there’s something more.

Candied roses & violets drenched in baby powder. It’s light, sweet & feminine. It’s one of the only perfumes I’ve tried with rose in it that I don’t find unpleasant. So there’s that.

This is simple and sweet. Trying to decide if I want a full bottle..

The lemon is the strongest note, followed by a little bit of the talc and musk, and it stays pretty linear. I don't pick up on rose, vanilla or violet, which are the notes that attracted me to buying a sample of this. To my nose, it comes off a little pledge cleaner. It did not smell at all like I was expecting. This is identical to Chia by Farmacia SS Annunziata which I decluttered because of the harsh citrus note.

Just got a sample of this and it definitely reminds me of Pink Sugar. Won’t be getting a FB as I already own Pink Sugar and I can barely tell the difference between the two.

i enjoyed the initial spray, but almost immediately i lost all of the rose and sweetness. It only smells like salty powder on me :(

This is soooooo beautiful. A little similar to pink sugar without the burnt spun sugar facet. It also smells like al rehab soft but this is just better blended. Love her!

Opening a glass jar of rose scented (a whisper of rose if you will) dusting powder in the most feminine, dainty, subtle way. Pretty but that’s about it.

This is a lovely sugary rose. Very powdery and incredibly soft. It's something I would wear for bedtime.
