Vanile

Oh, this is quite interesting. I read reviews a lot, and sometimes a reviewer says that a perfume stinks like cat pee or even fecal matter, or something equally gross, and my reaction usually is "oh, come on, you might not like it, but it can't be that bad, you're making this up". Well... for the first time after spraying it happened to me too, I was immediately hit with strong ammonia stench of unclean cat litter box! It was very powerful but very short lived (20 seconds?), thankfully. After that initial blast the scent immediately settles and doesn't change. As other reviewer here I do not get any fruit, but I do think I smell oud on the background of gorgeous, lightly roasted vanilla pods. It's quite lovely. This is definitely a skin scent with no projection at all, I can't smell my wrist 5 inches away from my nose. So it's a no to the full bottle, unfortunately.

has a vintage quality to the scent. smells like a slightly green and powdery vanilla. a little bit metallic or rubbery? i don’t smell any strawberry, maybe a slight citrus.

This is very similar to String of Lights in a Forest by Sorce! I enjoy them both, but since I already have Sorce, I won’t be getting a FB of this.

Strong vanilla-based scents. I barely smell the fruit. It is good but I am underwhelmed.

Despite the notes and accords that are listed, this is definitely not a sweet or fruity vanilla. The wood note is the most dominant, followed by a hint of vanilla. I don't smell any fruit whatsoever. I agree with another reviewer who stated this has a smoky/charred vibe to it. I think there might be a tobacco and/or oud note that is not listed. The dry down has a tiny hint of sweetness, but not enough to classify this as a sweet vanilla. As for the perfume itself, eh. It’s okay. It’s very light, has little projection and is gone within minutes.

the listed accords are a little misleading compared to what i’m smelling. this fragrance is first, vanilla, and second, woody. i don’t get much of the citrus or fruitiness. the wood gives the vanilla a strongly charred/smoky vibe, and the initial inhales caught in my throat because of it. the melon eventually starts to creep through a tad, but it made my stomach turn a bit. and after 5-10 minutes, i cannot smell this at all.

Fruity vanilla with a light woody drydown, I agree it has Oud or something similar to it. I would say an "inky Oud" It is a skin scent with very little longevity. I am glad I just got a little decant.

lemon is the strongest note to my nose in here second to vanilla. i wanted to love it so bad, but it just smelled plasticky and artificial :(

Can’t smell it after 2 minutes. It’s very light. A skinscent for sure
