To Be Super[Natural]

Backstory: Rock crystal skulls have been a 'spooky' (sub-)cultural meme and accessory for decades now. Originally attributed to ancient Meso-American cultures (See example: opening credits of Nimoy-hosted 'In Search Of'). But now, it turns out these gorgeous object d'art were likely carved in Germany in the 19th Century,. Doesn't matter, sttill way groovy. Today, anyone can get a rmodern rock crystal quartz skull (or any other semi-precious mineral) anytime he wants on ebay. So yeah, ...sometimes I buy perfume because of the bottle, which is the primary reason I have a bottle of Police Super(natural). The juice insde is actually pale green, making the skull more the color of prasiolite, than rock crystal. There is another flanker, Super (Pure), that is completely clear, but I got this one because the perfume inside sounded slightly more interesting. So again, yeah, I didn't get it only for the bottle. The bottle isn't completely perfect. the skull is wearing a silver mouth grill logo, and worse, just like with Jean-Paul Gaultier, Police thinks a clip is a worthy substitute for a cap... It is not. This clip actually comes with a detachable skull charm, perhaps for a charm bracelet, but it isn't much. Still, it is a good idea to put the clip in your jewelry box Before you lose it. The fragrance itself is an eau de cologne strength fresh scent,. It reminded me first of Acqua di Gio, However, after comparing them side by side, I smell that is Super(Natural) is distinctly more peppery, so not that close. By the way, I'm neither an obsessed dupe-lover, nor a bitter dupe-hater, I just find that comparison is a good way to communicate the esoterics of scent with language. Anyway, this cologne is unremarkable, but fully decent and wearable. I didn't expect any more than that, so I'm fully satisified. Totally cool bottle though.
