Uomo Police

This may not be a wow scent but it does have some character by being unique enough for one to know what it is if they've smelled it before.. Considering the price, not bad at all, fits into the nautica blue/ bogart silver scent category. Not bad for a cheap fragrance, I must admit. This has very strong floral notes coming through with strong amber, to my nose this turns into quite a warm floral after a while, this is the part I really enjoy, not a fragrance for everyone, and I am looking forward to seeing which other fragrances this reminds people of, this is really helping my mood.. 7 out of 10, would be much better if the notes weren't synthetic..

Police Uomo is by no means a good masculine fragrance, rather it smells like female cosmetics. To my way of thinking Police tried to make a sweet fragrance for younger population, but unfortunately this is a perfect miss. This one was a first ever blind buy for me and i was totally disappointed. It is sweet aromatic fragrance but least character. Bottle is unimpressive too! Although Silage and longevity is good! I give it 4.5 out of 10.

I got this cologne as a gift and i am happy that i did not bought it with my own money lol... This is very ordinary nothing special fragrance with no uniqueness/attractive smell or whatsoever. It starts with aromatic and spice but the dry down is very powdery and gives a cosmetic kind of touch. Longevity is moderate but with soft silage. Some girls like it because of its powdery dry down.

Uomo is another modern composition by Police Perfumes. In my opinion, the fragrances designed by the house of Police are easily comparable with various expensive offerings by any other renowned designer. Combination of spices, floral, wood & musk makes Police Uomo a quite dynamic, powerful, seductive & passionate fragrance that possesses nice lasting power with great silage. Not for over-aged group, mostly suitable for 20’s 30’s category. I strongly disagree with those who specify the fragrance is for “metrosexual – who has an association with interests similar to a woman or homosexual men” but yes it has a touch of “narcissist – one who admires oneself”. However, for the sake of simplest verdict; it is purely a masculine fragrance and gives one the identity of a “young gentleman”!
