Pomellato Nudo Amber

Nudo Amber is a soft (but deliciously noticeable), skin kind of scent. I find the amber a tad synthetic, but once it dries down it leaves a very warm, modern and sexy trail of amber behind you. As I said, the opening is synthetic and you need to wait for the drydown, but it is worth it ;) What makes it so pretty is the orange blossom and powdery vanilla - making it youthfull and interesting. It's the best one out of the three, that's for sure. I'd suggest smelling the nozzle to get an idea about the drydown and the trail that you'd leave behind, (if it works with your skin). Verry pretty scent in any case!

@mz96: -Yes, you can always buy Tocade, it smells quite the same, I bought a 50ml bottle of Tocade way back in the -90ths, and I loved it dearly, and I still do, this Nudo Amber is defently in the same road as Tocade, but because of my allergy and astma I don't dare to buy it, it's notes are the green stuff - which is a no-no for me. So, I'm very happy to have found a lovely "look-a-like" of my so much belowed Tocade :D And, another + Nudo Amber is Tocade on budget, it's so cheap - you can buy three bottles for the price of one Tocade :)) For sure, I will rebuy Nudo Amber !!! 10/10

Blind buy and love at first wear, how could it not be? When this 2013 juice resembles so much my beloved 2005 Maurice Roucel creation - L'Instant de Guerlain EDT? I stocked up on the old bottles of the fullest size possible, each for the price of Pomellato set of small amenities and the tiny 25ml ambery perfume bottle, cute as it is. Well, I suppose this miniature will work as a travel version of L'instant EDT, being a lesser version in all senses. It is good, though, but not enough.

As usually I buy this fragrance based on rewiews on fragrantica without trying it before and... What a surprise! Is beautiful wonderful elegant I like it a lot! First sniff is a bit too strong, but when it dries down...love love love. I can't describe top middle and basenotes because it is so different to my usually powdery perfumes but it is floral and powdery and sweet very sweet but in a delicate way... Try it is very beautiful and has a very good longevity

I bought this one online without knowing how it would end.It was a huge surprise.It is a warm, sweet and kind of powdery scent. It reminds me of DSQUARED Potion for her ,but softer. The silage is moderate ,not invasive and the longevity up to 4-5 hrs.I like it a lot.

WoW and WoW - this perfume is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I love the expencive smell of it, it's amber and rose, and the orange blossoms with jasmin - oh so very well done - and I have got a new favourite among my other gems :) I giv it 10/10 :D

I love them but they discon , very warm vanilla .feel like get hug 24 h. they not look closed as tocade at all , it another level this ones mega warm in love , tocade too old and too cold vanilla

Blind buy for me, and a very successful one! I got this as a gift set (with body lotion and shower gel) from an online pharmacy (UK based, absolutely brilliant site for fragrance bargains, testers and sample sizes for silly money). I put this in my basket just to get free postage. It's absolutely stunning-firstly, the bottle is gorgeous. It looks way, way more expensive than it is, really solid and elegant glass and rich amber. I am generally quite wary of anything labelled as 'white floral' as I find jasmine overpowering and tuberose as migraine-inducing but in this the amber is so prominent it kind of masks the sharper floral notes-they disappear very quickly anyway. It's a skin scent really, doesn't project well but settles down to a lovely gentle warmth which is powdery slightly sweet rose. Longevity is non-existent, it lasted about 2 hours on me, but its cosy and beautiful. I know fragrance doesn't really have seasons, but to me this is Autumn in a bottle.

I wonder how much we are influenced by the packaging and the name when judging a fragrance. I find Nudo Amber to be light and clean (the nudo part) but also warm and luxurious (the amber part). It's sexy, but not in your face sexy, it's a fragrance of understated elegance. I think the scent itself is more suitable for night time, but not exactly for going out and wanting to be noticed, but for something more along the lines of a cosy romantic date with your long time loved one.

This is a lovely warm amber scent with some flowers. Sometimes amber can make perfumes too strong or old-ladylike. Not in this one, it's quite youthful. It's also deliciously sweet. Really really good.

A creamy, sweet rose scent, drying down to a vanilla base. Performance is average—I consider that a good thing since I absorb scent. Nudo Amber is more about pretty florals, and much less about Amber. Amber Nudo reminds me of Annick Goutal’s Vanille Exquise and Guerlain L’instant, but I’m liking both of those scents better.

Smells nice, but a bit old-fashioned. It definitely reminds me of some generic fragrances from 90s. It’s a simple white floral fragrance with a sweet and musky base. Follow me on IG: scent.guide

The quality of the fragrance is really good, with a good longevity. And the fragrance is soft understated and warm. Quite honestly though, I'm really not a fan of amber and I'm all about fresh green sent. This is too sweet for my taste.

The rose is not prominent on my skin at all, it is more the orange blossom and jasmine. The name fits the scent, I would recommend this as a gift.

Classic amber floral fragrance. Can't really go wrong unless it smells too dated - this one doesn't in my opinion. Not too much rose or jasmine, florals just give it an oriental fragrant charm. Heaviest on the amber but not really resinous overall more of a soft oriental floral amber. Not too sweet, and doesn't smell basic or generic, however definitely more of a crowd pleaser - nothing too unique or nuanced about it, easy wear. Like it!

I brought this perfume bottle only because of good reviews. I'm in love with this perfume. It's very well blended fragrance and I will recommend to all grown woman who are sophisticated and elegant. I was sceptical about Bulgarian rose in top I'm not roses lover but I'm surprised how nicely is this fragrance blended.WELL DONE Aurelien Guichard for POMELLATO! :-D It's my new favourite in my collection.

One of the most beautiful amber around, this is rich sweet and luxurius amber, lasts for many hours and Leaves a gorgeous trail. Rose and Jasmine play a secondary role here because the amber is dense and cover everything else, a must try for amber lovers, top quality stuff

I agree, sheer, luminous, elegant. It is the one that definitely stands out from the trio. Excellent for any time of the day and evening, modern and sophisticated. Not for the frilly, pinky, girly kind.
