Pomellato Nudo Blue

To me this is a grown up version of Tresor Midnight Rose. The prominent note in Midnight Rose is Blackberry and here it's Black Currant, but the berry smell is the same to me. Nudo Blue is a musky, floral, very gentle and womanly Blackberry smell to me. On my want list!

This is the fresh one of the Nudo trio. There's freshness from lemon and bamboo. It's a little soapy and powdery. Great summer scent in my opinion. It's a basic fragrance compared to Pomellato Nudo Amber, which is brilliant. Nice and simple!

Perfect for summer, gorgeous combo of lemon and powdery notes. Fresh musk with hints of fresia dominates all the journey from first sprays to drydown.

This is an aquatic fruity floral. Very inoffensive, pleasant.

I have the three little gems (25 ml edp), Rose and Amber, and this blue bottle. The Rose is awesome, and the Amber is gorgeous, but this little blue thing is odd ... The smell of it's box is wonderful, and when I spray it on my clothes and in the air. -But, it smells aweful on my skin when I put my nose close to it. The air of Blue is FANTASTIC, it smells of soft soap, it's slightly powdery, the iris, fresia, bamboo and musk is there, and in a way it feels very sophisticated :D

For me, this scent belongs on fabric. It smells like the proprietary laundry product of a chic boutique hotel. I sprayed it on my sheets just to confirm. To be more specific, Nudo Blue smells like some sort of designer collaboration with Niagara Sizing. A caveat: like people who taste cilantro as soap, I believe I lack something that allows me to process the iris aromachemical. Here, iris smells like the starch that's sprayed from cans onto poplin shirts and pleated skirts. I've yet to encounter carrot-y iris, cool and root-y iris, or cosmetic powder iris. I don't spray my clothes with perfume, I spray my skin. I only get a linear laundry starch accord so I passed this on to my mom who likes clean scents. She also tends to find scents that disappointed me to have the notes and dynamism that I hoped for, but didn't experience. I think she'll get something less artificial-smelling with lemon, freesia, and bamboo creating a botanical element.

What a beauty! I was lucky enough to find a big bottle for a decent price ( now it s more than 100 eur on wBay being discontinued since long time). It is what I was expected. Non aquatic, but fresh spring clean sheets, very happy and beautiful, non agressive scent. The bottle is to die for. Love it!

I completely agree with OolongLaLa:) This scent belongs on towels and sheets. This is how I want my bed to smell. It is pleasant and clean, but to me, it's too suggestive of fresh laundry to want it as a perfume.

It reminds me of a perfume my grandma used to have. Smells like something an old lady would wear.
