Hello! I'm the owner of PGS! I disagree with "Smelly Mama". We were not shut down on etsy for non-delivery (who are you and where did you get this info? Please send me an email, "Mama": [email protected] to resolve whatever issue you have/had with us!). We chose not to use etsy any longer for a number of reasons, mainly because of growth. Regarding negative and neutral feedback, that largely occurred during one Christmas three years ago when we were not prepared for the number of orders received and I just had a baby and we all got the flu so I got terribly behind. All customers who didn't receive their goods by Christmas were not only refunded or resent items, but many also were give a credit toward future orders. We have since improved management, moved, increased our inventory, and hired help. And while we're still small and shipping turnaround isn't as fast as larger companies (which we explain on our website), we no longer have shipping issues like that one Christmas. Is it good? Oh god, yes. Spicy, clean, warm, fresh. And as with all of PGS's fragrances, very natural-smelling. I get cardamom, cinnamon, and cedar. Maybe some clove, too. All of which I love in most fragrances, but especially here, where they're so naturalistic. My only complaint is the same one I have for all of this house's fragrances: poor longevity. In all fairness, though, they're colognes and aftershaves, so limited longevity is to be expected. Still, though, I wonder why they can't at least offer an EDT version. I know I'd pay the premium to have this amazing smell stick around a few hours longer.
