DO NOT BUY from these people. For the love of GAWD! They will take your money and NOT deliver product. Look at the store front on Etsy dot com, and check their feedback if you want to read more. I have never seen so many negatives or neutral feedback on Etsy in my life. Out of 2000 feedback- 141 of it negative, and 159 is neutral. Disgusting!

Hello! I'm the owner of PGS! I disagree with "Smelly Mama". We were not shut down on etsy for non-delivery (who are you and where did you get this info? Please send me an email, "Mama": [email protected] to resolve whatever issue you have/had with us!). We chose not to use etsy any longer for a number of reasons, mainly because of growth. Regarding negative and neutral feedback, that largely occurred during one Christmas three years ago when we were not prepared for the number of orders received and I just had a baby and we all got the flu so I got terribly behind. All customers who didn't receive their goods by Christmas were not only refunded or resent items, but many also were give a credit toward future orders. We have since improved management, moved, increased our inventory, and hired help. And while we're still small and shipping turnaround isn't as fast as larger companies (which we explain on our website), we no longer have shipping issues like that one Christmas. i've ordered from PGS and not only had great service but i love most every scent they make!
