Infusion d'Amande

Infusion D'Amande is a beautiful easy to wear fragrance. The almond is a clean soapy almond. It is fragrant and not at all gourmand. The heliotrope and tonka give a lovely soft powderiness and the musk in the base is clean and fresh. This fragrance is pretty uncomplicated. It is unobtrusive and linear. What I smell on application is what i smell at the end of it's wear. I wear this when I just want to smell clean and fresh and when I am going to be in situation that I want my fragrance to be a little more subtle. This is a beautiful and elegant scent that I find works in any season. It is a lovely fragrance for most workplaces since it has a soft projection and a reserved and slightly serious (but not stuffy) feel to it. This is marketed as a unisex fragrance and I agree, but it does lean just a little feminine. I have heard a lot of complaints about the performance of this fragrance. That has been far from my experience. My bottle is a few years old (2019, I think), so there may have been a reformulation. Infusion D'Amande lasts forever on me. I get whiffs of it all day when I am wearing it, even as the projection settles. I find it has moderate projection for a few hours, around arms length, then settles and stays closer to the skin. I can still smell it on my skin 12+ hours later. In my hair and on clothes, it stays until they are washed. I have had similar experience with Infusion D'Iris. I tend to use what I feel is a pretty average application, 4-6 sprays. I love the packaging of this line. It is the definiation of elegant and understated. Everything about it feels like excellent quality. Heavy glass, an embossed metal plate with the Prada logo. Even the textured paper label on the side feels of excellent quality. It is a simple and elegant design.

Daniela Andrier is one of my favourite noses, Prada Candy, infusion d iris edp / absolue... Just to name a few, shes got huge talent... She has created another charming and beautiful fragrance here , A right little wrist sniffer :) As others say it’s very soft , and I think certain musks I just can’t smell after a while. My hubby can smell it still long after I can’t however , good news :) D’Amande ( almond) is sensual and a wispy soft fragrance, a fragrance an angel should sptitz on her wings ...beautiful and sheer. It makes me think of sugared almond sweets , I’m sure they were whole nut of almonds with a crisp sugar shell that I remember as a child. That’s exactly the scent here. The advertising is picture of a pretty bottle , soft florals and a watercolour type painting exactly what this comes across like, transparency and a light fluffy sweetness, crystalline like , translucent and shimmering. I’m not sure it will ever beat my lovely infusion d iris edp, I love the crispy notes of iris, a favourite, but prada infusion d Amande is shining with a soft slightly wavering light and I can’t stop Spraying and smelling this beautiful wispy fragrance, I just wish it spoke a touch louder , why oh why does it have to be sooo quiet, stillness can be dreamy , this definitely is ! Do try this ! It’s a gem , perfect summer scent :) Camden-girl. Edit, oh what a favourite this has become, it’s just lovely, quite addictive, This has become a top used favourite ! It’s soooo good.

I bought a tiny little sample bottle of this with another purchase not too long ago. I finally got around to trying it, and I love it! I'm a very big gourmand woman and so anything with edible notes automatically draws my attention. I love almonds, I love almond milk, I love almond pudding and I also love marzipan. So this really was a no-brainer. Also, may I add that the combo of tonka bean and musk can elevate any perfume into ecstasy. They're another kind of perfume-power couple. I reviewed Tous Bonjour Señorita yesterday and listed passion fruit/coconut as a perfume power-couple as well. When I first sprayed it on, it was very powdery. Like, as in I got flashbacks two actual baby powder. Which, was not really a bad thing, since it's a very pleasant smell. Then, about five minutes later once the alcohol had all evaporated, I was left with this very soft and gentle deliciousness on my skin. The almond and the vanilla are just beautiful together. I'm going to say it...I smell like a gourmet amaretto cupcake with marzipan icing...and I'm TOTALLY okay with that. I highly recommend this perfume if you want something that's a little bit sweet but not overpowering. If you want a touch of gourmand without ending up with something stronger than you can stomach. I'm going to play around with this one a little bit in try layering it with some of the other ones that I have. I'll let you know if I come up with some fantastic combos.

This is such a special fragrance, but it's not going to be for everyone. Infusion d'Amande is a soft, effervescent, slightly powdery, almond musk scent. It is perfectly balanced and quiet but with immense depth. It's floral, perfectly sweet, and creamy enough that it never veers into baby powder territory for me. It's just how it goes with musk—you have to wear it to see how your chemistry is going to combine with it. I absolutely love the fizzy opening that smells like gently gingered yet refined root beer bubbles on your nose. I sampled an older bottle before purchasing and this quality was magnified and longer-lasting, so I imagine that as my bottle macerates, it will only get better. Infusion d'Amande is a delicate scent but that's precisely what makes it magical. If it were beast mode, It would be far too heavy and cloying. It's a gentle embrace, not a bear hug. It is fairly long-lasting though and perfect for after the shower, before bedtime, or when you just want to smell beautiful without the fragrance being intrusive. I can't imagine not always having this in my collection. I adore so many fragrances created by Daniela (Roche) Andrier because she creates wonderfully expressive yet soft perfumes.

it is a truth universally acknowledged that all hot girls suffer from birthday blues, but this is almost good enough to snap me out of that inevitable, existential sort of disappointment. i gambled on trying it for the first time today and won big time. it's as powdery as they come, just how i like it, reminiscent of the great vintage classics of perfumery — or baby wipes, depending on your personal frame of reference. it smells clean in an androgynous, delicate and elegant way: almonds (not bitter, marzipan-like benzaldehyde; more like warm almond meal) and anise and lots of coumarin make it smell addictive but not heavy. the heliotrope is what seals the deal for me. it's probably one of my favourite notes in perfumery, also present in my signature scents (après l'ondée and l'heure bleue by guerlain), and it characteristically expands into a luminous and intoxicating golden floral aroma when the fragrance is warmed on the skin (i.e. by someone's breath, in a warm room, or in the shower), giving it a responsive and intimate profile that i just adore. i thought i had sworn off buying full bottles, but this is extremely tempting. you know what, this might well be 26-year-old me's new signature scent.

My number one favourite almond scent. Very sweet, gentle, nutty, floral, powdery, with a pinch of soft spice from anise seeds and vanilla based. If only the performance would be better, Infusion d ‘Amande would be in the top of my list with the most addictive smelling perfumes. Because (to me) it smells like what I imagine a fairy would smell like. So flipping delicious and comforting, it’s absolutely a must have for people who love an almondy, milky, comforting scent. This fragrance, and most of the entire Infusion line, goes under the radar, nobody talks about it on social media. I discovered it during a previous holiday in Greece and feel in love instantly with half of them, but I don’t see the Infusion line displayed in stores where I live either. It’s like Prada doesn’t promote it anymore considering that Paradoxe line has to be the main focus of their marketing campaigns. It’s an older release and caters towards a more niche demographic: almond, powdery lovers, because otherwise you’re not going to like Infusion d‘Amande. Maybe that’s why it’s not promoted, but it totally deserves more attention! For those of us who like this kind of perfume, this is a no brainer! And a safe blind buy.

Amande to me feels like a hug in a bottle and is my personal favorite from the infusions line. While I like the original (iris), I find it somewhat sharp which is neutralized by the combination of almond and powdery vanilla in this flanker. In the opening, I get a short lived licorice note along with vanilla. Vanilla while prominent and noticeable in the opening, fades to a very subtle note by the dry down and is more powdery than sweet. Maybe it's a tonka note where the vanillic nuances have been amplified? The almond is present throughout and in my opinion, is what takes the edge off the iris (which is not listed but I definitely get it) that makes the original smell sharp to my nose. I also get a clean powdery musk which helps lighten the tone of this fragrance and so overall, to me this is a powdery, clean but cozy scent. Almost all the notes in this fragrance has powdery traits be it iris, tonka, heliotrope, almonds or musk, yet surprisingly it is not a powder bomb and the blend of all notes is like harmonious music. This unisex fragrance has average performance, about 4-6 hours but has a lovely, enveloping scent bubble for the first few hours. A total love for me.

This opens with strong almond and anise on my skin. The effect is like some sort of Italian biscuit: buttery, lightly spiced - I almost smell ginger - and definitely gourmand. This stage is short lived on me, though. The dry down comes quickly and is where it’s at it for me. Almond & heliotrope, rich and creamy, yet soft and light. I wouldn’t say this is a particularly powdery perfume, as others have noted, although that may be because I’m desensitised to subtle powdery notes, being a lover of powder bombs such as Teint de Neige and Love, Chloe. This feels lightly creamy rather than powdery to me, and has a quality I love in some fragrances, which is that although it’s quite shy and stays close to the skin it lingers and lingers like a delicate cloud around the wearer. I have a small dab bottle of this that I use to perfume my hair and scarf and the scent lasts for days, albeit very gently. Lovely, lovely fragrance. I would immediately buy a full bottle of this, but it seems only to be available in 100mls, which I fear I would never get through with my growing collection to choose from. I hope to always have a little decant, though.

This is the best perfume I have ever smelled. It’s somehow both warm and cool at the same— comforting and fresh. It’s so inviting, unique without being offputting in any way. I can’t handle too much sweetness in perfumes because I find it can be really cloying and headache inducing, but this one has a sweetness that is balanced so well with a clean bright smell that makes me want to smell it all day. It smells expensive without any of the kind of nose-in-the air lingerie catwalk model bitch vibes that a lot of pricey perfumes can have if that makes sense. It smells like the nicest girl you’ve ever met, like a best friend. It’s quietly unique and so inoffensive I can’t imagine anybody not liking it. The only thing I would change is the longevity.. it fades faster than I’d like it to, but that being said, I’ll do 1 or 2 sprays in the morning, and then when I meet up with my girlfriend in the evening, they’ll go “mmmmm prada” when they hug me. I think the way it blends so easily with skin makes me lose track of the potency on myself, but other people can smell it on you immediately in close range after a very long wear.

I was curious about the series of Prada Infusion perfumes as I absolutely love the original Prada Iris Infusion and the extrait formula of that as well. However these ones are expensive so before splurging on a full size bottle, I bought a sample vials set that included, this Amande, Fleur d'Orange, Vetiver, Iris Cedre. These are tiny vials, like the already small short vial was only 60% full, so I had to spray sparingly and sniff my arm very often to judge accurately. Amande has a delicate almond contained in a light bergmot background for the top notes. Then the signature powderiness of Iris Infusion comes through and lasts for a while then it warms into a warm skin scent. I love the delicacy and refinement of the almond in that it never becomes gourmand but is a wispy ethereal note on top of the powdery base. I love this but it is very similar to iris infusion in the background all the other ones are too. I feel that people who don't necessary like Iris infusion or powdery perfumes might not like this as the almonds might not be as dominant as they might like.

The good: This is such a dreamy, heavenly scent. I don’t know if it was reformulated because mine is an old decant. Gorgeous, well blended, “old money,” inoffensive, sweet almond oil and powder. The richest, most elegant, finely milled “baby powder” type of powder. (I’m not even a fan of baby powder.) So delicate. So sophisticated. Pure class, but in an approachable way. Seasonally agnostic to my nose. The bad: I rated it as ‘love’, but sadly, it’s a non-starter for me, based on my personal price-to-performance ratio needs. If I could afford to douse myself with it after work, I would get it. Too bad. —— EDIT: I just got a large decant. It’s so damn good, I’ll probably get a FB. It’s just so clean and comforting. I can see myself showering, spraying this, and reading a book or watching TV and all being right with the world. — EDIT: Just bought a FB. 🤣 I love it, and surprisingly, it’s not as weak as I thought. It’s kind of deceptive. My husband notices this one more than my other perfumes, so...?? Zero regrets. It’s 100% worth it.

You know that almond marzipan note, almost cherry-like and sometimes synthetic? Well, this is none of that. This almond is green, bitter and inviting; cool and mouthwatering. More than anything I'm reminded of Galliano on ice especially with that bite of spicy anise lending a licorice like edge, but this whole composition is less sweet than a liqueur. Tonka adds a bit of bittersweetness as herbal haylike coumarin. Infusion d'Amande is aromatic and cool, refreshing but with a sensual heart, contrasted with the smoothness of heliotrope. This is aloof and sexy for either male or female. It reminds me of my old friend Krizia in the white conical bottle but without the vanilla. This, Infusion d'Amande, I do like better. Additionally, as pepperoniann observes, this is reminiscent of an unsweetened Lolita Lempicka. Like Krizia, this is a little haunting, alien like. It reminds me of the cosmos and quiet in an alluringly sterile way. Minimialist architecture features in the composition of this fortifying tonic.

Based o scent alone, this is a perfect 10. Beautiful. Smells of almonds and flour but not gourmand. Unique! You have not smelled anything exactly like this before. Very clean, delicate, soapy, white musk, powder, with a delicious sweetness. Unisex but it's borderline feminine. I love Prada and I love almonds so I love this one. The problem is projection. I sprayed on a dozen sprays of d'Amande and it sillage and push is poor. Prada D'iris Cedre is much better in that department. Longevity on Prada d'Amande is good as I can detect it on clothing a couple days later. If you want an almond that others can smell on you, try initio high frequency. If you're looking for an intimate, powdery, soapy, almond skin scent then check this one out. Sillage is a deal breaker for me, I need to smell it and I'd like others to as well if they're in my immediate vicinity. A real mood lifter that smells devine. Best in class scent, with worst in class projection and sillage. Scent 10/10 Performance 1/10

Prada's Infusion d'Amande certainly delivers on its promise: this is an almond infusion designed for those who are partial to the note. That said, it is not without its surprises: the opening is unexpectedly refreshing, giving off barbershop vibes before the more predictably creamy almond comes in. The vanillic drydown is soapy, gentle and intimate, not at all musty but in fact rather bright. An easy reach, this is a friendly and likeable scent that still maintains its own distinct identity. While Infusion d'Amande flirts with tradition, the entire composition is remarkably youthful, robust and unisex. With excellent longevity and polite sillage, this is a wonderful white T-shirt fragrance for spring and summer days, but I can also see it as a cozy interior fragrance in fall and winter. Between the stunning scent, excellent performance and impeccable presentation, Prada has truly hit it out of the park with this one.

I was wearing this at the dentist and one of the techs told me, "You smell nice... like, I don't know, perfume." That pretty much is how this smells. It doesn't communicate much other than a desire to smell nice. That's why I love it. It is very much a powdery soap smell, but it's so well executed, and so simple, that it doesn't come across as smelling stuffy or unfashionable, it just smells comforting and clean. I also love the Prada Infusion des fleurs d'oranger—also a powdery soap scent—but I chose to get a bottle of this one first because I think it smells more comforting. It's something I would just as soon wear on a night at home just to enjoy the smell myself as I would wear it in professional contexts. I wore it on vacation in the bleeding-hot Italian summer and it felt perfect. Probably wouldn't wear it on a night out though.

I loved this fragrance so much from the sample, that I bought a bottle. I dang near used up the whole bottle within 2 weeks. So I put it away. It's so almond and powdery delightful, and yet it is light. It doesn't bite my nose like Alessandro does. Which I still love even though it smarts at the beginning. I am a fickle fan of fragrance, but I do wear them all. This is so soft you can wear it all day, anywhere. Very appropriate if you work around people or children. It's also very watery. Not the liquid itself, but the vibe it gives. It really isn't too complex with tons of notes, but it does give me an uplifting light feeling. I did try a few others from this line, and I think one was orange, it was very nice also. Almonds are my thing though, oh yes, and I do love heliotrope also.

Infusion d’Amande by Prada is my bedtime essence. It's a beautifully linear, light, sweet fragrance that feels like a soft, comforting embrace. Its delicate nature makes it unique; it would lose that soft, soothing quality if it were a beast-mode fragrance. I’m continually drawn to Daniela (Roche) Andrier’s creations as she masterfully crafts expressive and gentle fragrances.

This is an absolutely beautiful fragrance. I believe it could be worn year-round whenever you want to feel soft, cozy, intimate, and safe. I chose "night" as an option, not because I think it is date or club scent, but it's the most perfect bedtime scent. It's innocent and angelic, warm but also fresh. It has an intimate sillage, but is incredibly long-lasting on my skin. I wish I had discovered this fragrance when my children were infants; I would have made it my signature because to me it smells like being held by a loving mother. I sort of see where some people get baby wipes from it, but to me it's more a soft powder. It smells like a clean newborn baby. I absolutely will keep this in my collection as long as they make it. I layer it with L'Occitane almond oil & lotion.

I'm working my way through a gift set of all the Infusions, and ahhhh man, this is a wrist huffer! It sits so close to the skin you have to get your snout right in there and huff, but when you do it's a delicious almond delicacy. Soft, powdered, sugared almonds. Not a smack-you-in-the-face almond like Ellie Saab Girl of Now (or GoN Shine) or Poison Girl, but a warm cuddly waft of non-sickly lemon cake made with ground almonds. I know there's no citrus in the notes but there's definitely something fresh there at the opening. Like others say, there's definitely a clean baby powder quality to it, but we're talking expensive finely milled talc, not Johnsons. The heliotrope keeps it light and lively. I really really really really like this one. A whispering gourmand.

Almond lovers gather 'round! I got to smell this today and fell in love! It's not easy coming across almond perfumes and many are very understated. This is a gourmand that is light and not heavy; a gourmand for those who usually do not like edible fragrances and will find this delightfully satisfying. The almond note is very pronounced and slightly bitter like real grounded almonds. It smells powdery, milky, and slightly fresh with a soft floral touch. I don't find this overly sweet so if you are looking for a candied almond this is not it. Reminds me of L'Occitane Amande body line and a lot of Guerlain L'Instant Magic except L'InstantMagic is sweeter and more baby powder. Quite long lasting on my skin. Strong almonds, classy and everyday wear. Must have!

Soft, gently sweetened powdery almond... and that’s all there is to it! I admire it for its simplicity... this is what you wear when you don’t want to bother nobody <3 just want to smell good for you and your partner. To the office, to the grocery store, taking a walk, taking a nap etc. Same vibe as “fresh out of the shower” and “your skin but better” but for the marzipan freaks. Even if you don’t care for marzipan, it still makes you smell effortlessly good in a way that’s natural. If someone were to smell you up close, they’d be drawn to you and mistake the perfume for your pheromones. Ridiculous price though... I paid a third of its original retail price so I spray generously. Four sprays does the trick for four hours of longevity IME.

If confetti (Jordan Almonds) and Infusion d'Iris had a baby and then heavily powdered it's bum, you'd have Infusion d'Amande. The dry down gets it closer and closer to Infusion d'Iris, but the hint of almond is still in there, so it's not identical in my opinion. The silage isn't huge, which makes it great for the office, the theater, restaurants, etc. I actually love skin scents - only I and my partner know how good I smell.. and that's all that matters. ;) Update: Several hours later I have to add that the longevity of this fragrance is impressive. What it may lack in projection, it’s definitely making up for in staying power. Every time I move my arm I get a gorgeous whiff of almond & iris powdery goodness. Love it!

This is soft, powdery, elegant and the almond stand out like after a fresh shower with L'occitane almond shower oil. You can use this after the shower oil. Even thought is a soft scent but the longevity is great on my skin. But you need min 6 spray each time to ensure the staying power get better. Is daily use perfume and very skin scent like perfume. You can use any where and anytime even it very aromatic for bedtime perfume. I love this Prada line as most of the scent is more a daily use perfume and easily accepted by everyone. I have Prada Iris. Love this too. Another one I am interested is the Prada Mimosa. The only thing is pricey for a daily scent and the juice run out very quick due to number a spray each time.

Infusion d'Amande is one of the few fragrances I can wear at bedtime because it is soul-soothing without being obtrusive. Almond-scented baby powder is the perfect description. The opening is comparable to Aperitivo Milanese Porta Nuova, but Infusion d'Amande has a fizzier, more refreshing opening, which I ADORE, and becomes cleaner and more powdery in the dry down. Porta Nuova has a silkier opening that becomes fluffier and is more iris-forward. It would be redundant to have both, but I am keeping them. I especially love Prada after a shower or on hot, sticky days. Infusion d'Amande is not long-lasting, nor a big projector, so pick it up on discount if possible, to justify carrying a decant when out and about.

Blind buy. At first, I really regretted it, “Damn, a pretty girly-girl perfume.” But then I fully understood its virtue, or at least my own personal interpretation of it. This perfume softens my everyday edges; it’s the kind of smell that prevents me from mass-murdering the whole office, and instead of dragging me straight home after work, it gently whispers, “Come on, darling, let’s have a glass of champagne before we hit the road and pretend we are THAT WOMAN that doesn't take life too seriously.” Totally recommend it for office sirens living on black coffee, cigarettes, and pure unfiltered rage — costs slightly more than one therapy session, but lasts for many months instead of 45 minutes.

I blind-bought this because I like Prada's soapy-minimalistic fragrance ethos and was also intrigued by the heliotrope note. I'm so glad I picked it up! This one works so well for me. It starts a bit sharp, cold, and powdery, and then quickly dries down to the most wonderful - almost marshmallow-y - dusty sweetness. Not at all candy-sweet or sticky. This is elegant, cool, and cotton-like, completely unisex, super long-lasting but also unobtrusive. I get about eight hours of soft sillage from it and wear it whenever I want to smell starched and freshly-bathed but not perfume-y. Definitely great for the office or all-day professional events.

Oh my God....this is simply everything I could want in a perfume. It's cuddly, soft, tender, sweet but just barely sweet, elegant, long-lasting, and absolutely gorgeous. It's as if Infusion d'Iris and Guerlain L'Instant Magic had a shy child together that in spite of its lovely lineage made both parents look insipid in comparison. And I love both those perfumes a lot! But this one is less sweet than the Guerlain and less cold and powdery than the D'Iris. it lasts a good six hours or more on my skin and while it sits close to the skin you get whiffs of it as you move. Understated, elegant, and smile-inducing. Incredible.ǹ

I love the sillage of this fragrance but when I smell it close to my skin I get something a little too spicy for my liking. It’s not a deal breaker like pink pepper. Maybe black pepper? Maybe the Anise and or in combination with an unlisted note? I think it would smell great on a man but my husband refuses to wear it because it reminds him of Shea butter which he strongly dislikes the smell of. Layers perfectly with Hypnotic Poison, I have the edt but surely it would work with the edp. Also layers with A Drop d’Issey or Pink Sugar. Edit: Turned into a love. A great bed time scent.

This is the best almond scent on the market. It's an ethereal gourmand without being overly foody- an effervescent, slightly soapy marzipan almond which can't possibly offend anyone. I adore it, and ran through my bottle in a year. Part of that is due to over-spraying as Infusion d'Amande is basically a soft skin scent with very poor longevity. I might order a bottle of Celine's Dans Paris next because it gave me the same plush vibe as Prada, but I have a feeling Infusion d'Amande will make its way back to my fragrance collection in the future, it's just too lovely.

I love this scent. It starts out a little bit sharp, almost like a citrusy note but quickly settles into a beautiful creamy almond that I can't get enough of. It's very pretty and feminine - it smells friendly. It lasts well on my skin but even better on my hair - I can still smell it the next day if I don't wash my hair! Sillage isn't great, but I have been complimented many times so people can smell it. It smells much better on warm skin - I don't tend to wear in winter as it seems to stay a bit sharp and disappear more quickly in the cold.

Reformulated? Can't really compare with the older batches but got one produced in April 2022. The packaging is slightly different without Heliotrope and Musc mentionned on it. Instead there is Bergamote and Santal. I indeed don't smell Heliotrope at all inside of it. To me it smells like sweet almonds with woodsy notes in the background, it's pretty natural smelling and it stays quite long on my skin (for about 8h), though becomes a skin scent quite fast. Really unique to my nose, it's not agressive, easily wearable and comforting :)

It's a soapy base (very similar to Iris Cedre from the same line) with some powdery almond and tonka on top. At first, the almond is kind of a dry, whole one, and on the dry down, it's more of an unsweetened marzipan. I like it, it's creamy and nutty without the sweetness that nutty fragrances often have. I do understand the comments about a Lysol/medicinal note here but personally it doesn't bother me as it's not sharp. It's definitely a skin scent, rather weak. This whole line gives me spa vibes - clean, calm and expensive.

This one is my favorite from Infusion line I was looking to find it at some discount because at my local Sephora it was quite expansive for designer perfume at around 170EUR. That would be ok because I love it how it smells but performance of this perfume is really weak so I don't think it worth the full price. Anyway it's clean bitter almond smell with star anise. Those two notes are the most prominent to my nose. It's easy wear perfume and if you love almond note I think this would be a safe blind buy for sure

Ah lovely creamy vanilla, almond, and heliotrope, in a concentration that's delicate and understated. It opens a bit tart, I detect some bergamot, like in Iris Cédre. The contrast of the bergamot with the rest of the composition is LOVELY. The fragrance is at its best when the creamy vanila-almond sweetness starts to peak out of citrus. Towards the dry-down, it becomes cozy, sweet and powdery. Like a watercolor veil of comfort. Lasts insanely long. It also seems to withstand the shower.

Atop the Infusion line's signature very soft powder, slightly soapy base, this is a sharp, piercing heliotrope bomb. Exceptionally bright white musk with an almondy-vanillic floral flair, very much an "unscented clean laundry" smell. It's got serious bite to it, which is further accented by the anise. Like stripping Parfums de Marly Pegasus down to its skeleton. It smooths out slightly as it dries down but is more or less linear. Moderately soft projection for 2-3hr, longevity 12hr+.

This was a blind buy and I love this fragrance. Very unique. At first spray I mostly noticed the star anise note rounded out by the almond and tonka notes. As it dried down it became a warm tonka type scent with a slight anise note in the background. Its not powdery or particularly soapy. It's definitely a unique fragrance to me and something I think could be a signature scent. i think this is most suited for an adult woman--definitely not girly girl type of fragrance.

I have a miniature of it and l love the scent. Doesn’t last on my skin, but I don’t mind to reapply. I was planning to buy a full-size bottle, but then I saw the notes listed on the bottle are different from what I see on mine. The full size bottle shows Tonka, Badiane, Bergamont and Santal. Mine listed as amande amere, heliotrope, tonka, badiane, and musk. I wonder if it would be a different enough to notice, like different variations of Iris one.

I wanted to blind buy it as I love perfumes with an almond note, but.. luckily tried it in the store today. It's so faint! Maybe I am anosmic to the particular musk in this perfume or there are Iso E & Ambroxan in large dosages. Yes, I feel powdery almonds and musk, but the scent is so fleeting, so faint, so watery. The scent was gone completely after 40 minutes. Oh well.. maybe more suitable for a bedtime scent, as it feels fluffy & serene.

Ohhhh, this is scratching an itch that I've had for a very long time. Upon first spray, I instantly get whiffs of the original Infusions d'Iris (pre-formulated) and I was happy as a clam!!! This fragrance is exceptionally well-done! On my skin, I get iris, for sure, but it mellows out to a feminine almond scent that vacillates between powdery and soapy. Tres chic and sophisticated. Wow, I'm so glad I blind bought this gem!!!!

I love D'Amande. I also love Infusion D'Iris and Amande does remind me alot of D'Iris. Amande is a bit sweeter, a bit softer, a bit more skinclose but my clothes smells good also day after. I think some people think Amande dissapears after a short while - but Amande gets in to your clothes and skin and its there, like a ghost around you, and I love scents that behaves like a ghost - its there, it gone, and there again.

Yes, the fragrance has indeed been reformulated. I bought my bottle yesterday at Bloomingdale's, the inscription on the box is a little different, the pyramid has also been changed and is also made in France. But in my opinion, the scent has not changed. Became a little more persistent, perhaps. The old formula was painfully quiet and unstable. As for the rest, the sound, the disclosure, everything is the same.

This is so so lovely! It smells like a very expensive hotel soap in the best way possible. It smells clean but also gourmand at the same time. It soft and so so pretty, definitely a unisex fragrance. I only have the small 15 ml bottle of this that I cherish dearly but I do plan on getting the full bottle when I get the chance. It’s a very cozy and clean smell, it evokes very positive emotions for me.

Clean, fine, definitely a classic young woman, another perfect infusion from the infusion line. Gourmand and powdery, the worst lasting power in this line. Reminds me a bubble bath with L'Occitane's Almond Shower Gel, It's easy wear perfume with very realistic almonds, safe blind buy. I'm in love with this infusion line, this one, fleur de orange and the iris one are the best perfumes I've ever had.

Infusion d’Amande opens with a delicious, airy almond note that’s to die for. Then it settles down to a very comforting, clean musk after 30 mins—almost like a green almond cocooned in cotton. I’m tempted to get a bottle just because it’s a good daily driver for cosy days in, but we shall see. Edit: I bought it and I have been wearing it on days when I just want to smell clean but a bit playful.

It's a perfect creamy-powdery blend. It starts with a marzipan, sweet and a bit bitter and continues in the Infusion d'Iris-like way. On the drydown there's a slight playdoh smell - but not synthetic (probably heliotrope), which I love. Sillage is very soft as mentioned before, lasting power depends on how much and where you spray it. I used quite a lot and still get whiffs of it 8 hours later.

My favourite from the Prada Infusion line. Sweet fragrance with hints of neroli in the opening, hints of almond in the drydown. While I used to love powdery lipstick iris and orris fragrances, I find them kindda sharp. I even find mimosa fragrances sharp compared to this. Infusion d’Amande is soft and lotiony, sweet and pampering. Comforting, office safe and also great for leisure.

This is absolutely stunning to me. This makes me feel like a princess. Soft, powdery, yet unique due to that almond note, but not cloyingly sweet. It sits quite close on the skin and does not really project much but I can live with that because it simply is so beautiful. I feel like this perfume softens me as the wearer, it makes me feel so cuddly and cozy. Really magical.

It smells like almonds and freshness, and kinda soapy but in a good way. It is definitely perfect to wear on a fresh and sunny day. The sillage is fairly intimate and it lasts for no more than 6 hours. The scent is slightly more on the feminine side imo. It is a tad bit overpriced. The scent alone makes it a 8/10 but the price and the sillage/longevity drops it to a 7/10.

I thought I reviewed this, but turns out I just talked about it on the forum. Basically I just want to say that this became my most complimented fragrance, and it is unbelievable. I purchased it because I love Prada and it has everything I love in a fragrance: Is not sharp, is feminine, not loud but still people notice it. So very happy with this one. Very classy

Absolutely love this crisp, fresh fragrance, especially in the beginning when the almond is prominent. It has anise and the cool classic Prada Infusion. Softest musk and light spiciness in the dry down. It's pricey considering it doesn't last too long and scent remains quite close to the skin but this is definitely a purchase for me in the near future! Gorgeous.
