Luna Rossa Sport da Prada, launched in 2015 and blessed with talented perfumer Daniela Andrier, has a fragrance that balances energy, comfort and sophistication with a masterly style. Pertencente à família oriental especiada, this perfume is a versão but calorosa and sensual from the Luna Rossa line, without losing its DNA esportivo and refinado of the brand. Top notes: Bagas de zimbro e gengibre abrem a fragrância com un frescor especiado que dá uma impressão de dynamismo et vigor. Coração note: A lavanda enters sweetly in the center of the composition, trazendo a limpo aromatic toque, relaxing and almost herbal, which contrasts with the vibration of the initial notes. Fundamental notes: Baunilha e fava tonka entregam um fechamento doce, cremoso e envolvente, adicionando sensualidade et calor ao perfume. The result is a modern fragrance, versatile and versatile. Final Rating: 9.0/10 Luna Rossa Sport is a fragrance that surprises with its "sport" design. It's a comfortable, charming and elegant personality that loses its flavor and taste of sporty fragrances. Ideal for a modern home that contains a perfume that is present, but it will be aggressive. This is a short perfume like Le Male by Jean Paul Gaultier, but it is also versatile and refined, it can be an excellent addition to its arsenal.

Year was 2015. We had this new boss. Slick back hair, tan glowing skin, he always dresses nice, and like the branded stuff. Hermes belt buckle, LV shoes, Coach messenger bag I mean this guy is a walking ad for name brands lol, he carries it nevertheless. Theres another thing about him, he always smells GREAT. He left the company after only a couple of months and I didn't get the chance to really get to know him and asked what fragrance he was wearing. And all this years (I don't wake up everyday and think about it but once in a while it'll pop into my head) I was left wondering what that fragrance is. From what my nose remember it has this distinct lavender note to it. At first I thought it was Le Male, I have Le Male, It's close but definitely not it. Le Male is lavender, mint and powder. This one is like the most luxurious lavender soap in a 5 star hotel (not that I've been to a 5 star hotel but that's how I would imagine it) or lavender essential oil from a luxury spa (because I feel a sense of calm/relaxation whenever I smell it) fast forward to 2020 and I discovered Beau de Jour from Tom Ford. It has a strong lavender but it turns too mature and green from basil, geranium and rosemary. I swear I tried to convince myself that this is it, just for me to move on and say to myself that I finally found the scent. But no matter how I try to convince myself, it's still not it. Fast forward again to the present. I was bored and decided to search fragrantica for lavender scents and Prada Luna Rossa Sport came up next to Le Male. Look at the notes and got excited, got a sample, it came, sprayed it and.... Immediately my face lit up and literally jump for joy because, this is it!! That beautiful soapy lavender scent I've been searching all this time!!! I sprayed it that night before going to bed and imagined myself that I just had the most relaxing spa in a 5 star hotel. Woke up the next day with a big smile on my face, a few sprays before going to work and walk in like a boss;)

The first one I bought. Caught my eye at Macy's, so I stopped to read the label. Immediately approached by a sales rep who asked if I wanted to smell it. I said sure so she sprayed a test strip and handed it to me and it smelled okay, but definitely not like something I wanted to wear. I said some generically positive thing and started to leave and I kid you not, this lady says "Here, take it for a test drive" AS she sprays me directly center mass. I was not pleased, and words were had. I left and went to finish up my errands or whatever. Every now and then I'd get this little waft of something that smelled VERY GOOD. I couldn't place it at first, but it didn't take long for me to realize the very good smell was following me. I didn't buy it from that lady at Macy's, but I did buy it that same day from a different store where they didn't sneak attack me with aromachemicals. Moral of the story, it wears very differently to how it smells on paper. Clean, cool, powdery, lightly sweet and very fresh. It's got sort of like powdery latex glove vibes from the juniper, ginger, and powdery tonka bean playing off each other. It's got like a crisp borderline medicinal thing going on inside the powdery vanilla cloud. I love this fragrance, and if I had a signature this might be it. I like it in moderate to cooler weather. The tonka bean powdery sweetness gets turned way up in the heat and I find it irritating to wear at that point, but I've only ever received positive feedback when wearing this one so I think it's probably still fine in the heat if you can tolerate it. It's not a safe blind buy, but if you haven't sampled this one I'd recommend it. TLDR; I love it. Try before you buy. If you haven't tried this one on skin, you haven't tried it.

This is my favorite and signature scent for the cooler months. Never gotten more compliments on a perfume. Women love this stuff on men. 8-9 sprays and I feel invincible. Absolutely modern and sexy scent with a lot of depth. Now first things first. Prada has one of worst marketing teams I‘ve ever seen when it comes to perfumes, given that this has the best performance in every aspect in the Luna Rossa line. This is always placed so low in the shelves of perfume shops (yes it is still in shops in Germany) that no one even sees it. Even I didn’t care to consider trying the tester at first. And the word Sport??? Almost everyone would at first glance choose Carbon or Ocean over it because the word Sport makes it sound simple and boring without any depth. I mean seriously Prada, Sport?? When I think of Sport I think of sunny day citrus Chanel Homme Sport vibes. Not a dark vanilla fragrance that is sexy in fall and winter. This fragrance has nothing to do with sport. This should have been the Black we all wanted. Amazing scent for the cooler months that reminds me of Armani Code but much more pleasant and smoothly blended! This has gotten lost in the shuffle of other Luna Rossa flankers because of Prada‘s terrible marketing. With the right marketing this could have been right up there beside Carbon. At least that makes it pretty rare and you will absolutely stand out with this. I definitely recommend this to anyone who likes the Luna Rossa DNA. Prada fragrances, especially Luna Rossa line, are one of my favorites except for Ocean. Prada, has always been my go to fragrance brand back then, because they exude professional, clean, mature, and soapy fragrances, that are comfortable and soft, perfect for work and university. From the Luna Rossa line, Luna Rossa sport is one of my favorites, actually most favorite besides Black and Eau De Toilette. Prada Luna Rossa Sport, is not actually a sport fragrance, and I admit, to me it fails that. I don’t see this as a sporty fragrance, but more or less a work fragrance. When I first smell this, it is clean, powdery, and comfortable. Imagine if Jean Paul Gaultier and Prada L’Homme had a baby. Luna Rossa Sport is the result, if you like Le Male, but the scent is quite outdated, and less sophisticated. This one takes the cake. I love this fragrance, I woild give it around 8.5, it performs well on my skin, moderate longevity and soft projection which I usally prefer. It is an introverted fragrance, rather than a loud fragrance, so if you are individual who prefers loud fragrances or youthful teenage fragrance this won’t be for you, this is just subtle and clean fragrance, that everyone should try. An underrated fragrance honestly.
