I would say this is firstly a rose scent, and secondly a tea scent. It also isn't terribly long wearing, and you have to reapply if you want to wear it all day. Despite this, it is one of my most cherished perfumes, as England is my favorite Hetalia character. It opens with a very clean, bright powdery rose, then settles down more of the tea and citrus notes. I like to style it with pastels and florals in my outfit, or something reminiscent of the style of Victorian Maiden. I would say this is a good scent for going to a tea party or taking a leisurely stroll through the gardens on a comfortably warm day. Or, of course, reading your favorite manga about silly little nation boys. It's also worth noting that this is the third release of this scent by Primaniacs, but the older Hetalia series have yet to be added to the database at the time of my writing this. I will say that older releases of this scent are slightly more tea-and-citrus forward and closer resemble the official notes profile.
