Beautiful warm,powdery,peachy violet. It's really 90's nostalgia in a bottle. Summer morning when everything just wakes up. Sun is slowly rising. Just beautiful. It has some similar vibes to Tresor.

Incredibly amazing and original scent is overlooked and elegant floral powdery ... but of course it is individual, it is important that sat nicely on the skin

I had received it as a gift some time ago. I really enjoyed using it. It is very delicate. I intend to buy it sometime in the future.

It seems it's the same like in passionata's 20 case. I gave Experiences a second try and this time it felt different. I haven't suffered from sour aldehydes that much. The start was herbal-hairsprayish and then it became sweeter and maybe watery... it was the time when the fragrance became nicer and a good start to Indian Summer created after. If you want a comparison, the first notes brought "Magnifique" by Lancome to my mind, but they're different, very different, maybe the medicine note is similiar, but it's much much more lighter in Experiences. The name "Experiences" really fits. It's like a woman who has suffered some hard times that made her sour and sharp outside but deep in her heart she's still womanly, warm. It's a well blend scent but I don't feel comfortable enough in it to become a fan, I think.

I've bought a small bottle ot the perfume and it was a blind buy. As much as I love "Indian Summer" I'm disappointed with "Experiences". There no aldehydes listed but somehow I can detect them. "Experiences" is an old school and old school can be nice but the biting of aldehydes is too tiring, I feel like an old and sad lady wearing the perfume: sour flowers and awful aldehydes. I have to get rid of them unfortunately...

Re-living this scent currently after having the good luck of finding a seller on eBay; the best place to find vintage and discontinued fragrances of any decade/era. I have the eau de toilette in a blue box. I used to wear the Eau de Parfum from 1993 to 1994 the time of it's release. Celebrity Priscilla Presley AKA Mrs. Elvis was not quite a big name in fragrance, not even in the 90's but she had a line of lovely florals, which were mostly aimed at mature ladies; think Elizabeth Taylor fragrance line demographic. Speaking of which at times this one is a bit reminiscent of Liz Taylor's last perfume Violet Eyes. I wore Experiences on the job in my office as school principal of a high school in SC. Because it was not an overpowering or big 80s-90s floral it was very easy to wear as a polite elegant daily skin scent slash toilet water, even in the EDP concentration. Opens with a measurement of aldehydes which are not intense nor particularly alcoholic but redolent with a fresh chemical aroma that quickly turns into a fruity body. Smells of citrus, a little lemon and bergamot but mostly peach, familiar peach by '94. A peach note in a top note structure means it's like a delicious apricot juice, fresh and summery at once, speaks of day wear semi-formal wear such as blouses with long sleeves in light fabrics and summer colors like white, beige-vanilla, or baby blue. In fact I had a blouse in the same color as the packaging theme of Experiences. The citrus and peach subside softly and turn into a greenish note like shrub leaves and green flowerets that really do smell similar to the carnation which is in the formula. A lovely carnation next to lily of the valley. This LOFV note adds a pensive but not melancholy aspect, like a grown woman who has a peaceful life and enjoys her privacy while maintaining her garden but who has her life in perfect order. There's a rose of course but it's not the big rose note that other perfumes of the 80's and 90's had. It's mostly carnation and lily of the valley to me, at least for the most part. However eventually the heliotrope and iris is detectable as is the violet as the scent begins to transform itself from green floral to powdery blue purple floral with distinctive iris and sweet violets. A highly floral scent. When dry, the perfume is a soft woodsy amber and vanilla aroma. At times it reminds me of a more vanilla based cedar wood version of Avon Facets. The amber is lovely and paired up with the warm vanilla and the touch of cedar and sandal is quite nice. Woodsy dry down with identifiable vanilla bean. It blends with the skin and turns into a kind of subtle body lotion for the skin. I would say that the perfume is fresh and floral with a warm dry down, as warm as human skin. This perfume suits the cool and yet warm time of year like spring and early summer. Not too summery but can be worn in the summer months as well. Easily and inarguably the best fragrance in all of Priscilla Presley's fragrance line.

i don ́t know how it can be in any way associated with Lancome ́s "Tresor", on me it is different. Yes, i see some similarity, they follow the same line maybe, but only the pre-reformulated "Tresor". But still they are quite on a distance from each other. I smell the smoky woody note. Somehow i can ́t smell any flowers or roses in it, i don ́t understand where are all those beautiful roses and flowers that are listed here, only orchids are present in the drydown which makes it a bit similar to Jil Sander ́s "Jil" (the original one). Thought it would be something different, but indeed it is for an experienced fragrance lover, not for everyone.

My second time with "Experiences" is much better than it was last time. Now i can finally smell the flowers: rose, heliotrope, lilly of the valley and also quite a lot of bergamote in the opening. Still not similar to "Tresor" because "Tresor" has a very strong peachy note beside being rosy scent. Thsi one smells similar to Blumarine ́s "Blu" in the opening and the drydown smells similar to Jil Sander ́s "Jil" the original one thanks to orchid. Not bad but still won ́t be wearing myself. And lasting power is not as good as it could be.

I found this to be a nice, light, well balanced floral. Pleasant enough. Mediocre longevity. Will try it with Tresor tomorrw to look for the similarities.

Experiences is a perfume inspired by Tresor-Lancome.I don't know if the structure beyond the obvious rose is similar but it is just a cheaper copy.
