Emerald

I was expecting Emerald to be really close to old Manhattan, but it’s not. They are similar, but the old Manhattan was unique. For me, emerald is like 60% similar to manhattan... It’s a bit disappointing, I was hoping to be just like the pre-reformulated Manhattan, and the sillage is not even close. Edit: Nvm this is still awesome, I still think old batch manhattan is better.

Not exactly the same as the old manhattan, but pretty close say around 90%. I have them both and there is a difference between the two with the original having more of the fresh tea note I believe. Was hoping for a 1 to 1 pre reform Manhattan but this is an excellent fragrance in it's own right and I plan on using it all.

This is a solid offering from Prisma. It feels like a cross between Gucci Pour Homme II and PdM Herod. The opening is very reminiscent of GPHII, so much so that I was transported back in time mentally to when I last wore it (ca. 2012). After an hour, that tobacco/vanilla combo comes in and has Herod vibes, while still being unique. After about 4 hours, it was straight up spicy vanilla for the remainder of the wear. Not my favorite development, but the first 4 hours were excellent. Won’t be pursuing a full bottle, but I’ll enjoy the rest of my sample.

It's spicy and bitter, but there's a perfect amount of sweetness to balance it out. The opening is mainly black peppery with a herbal bitterness, but as it dries down it becomes more of a smooth amber-y sweet vanillic woody scent.

This starts off like gucci pour homme ii, fresh and green. The dry down is like herod, warm vanilla and tobacco. If you’re into those two then you’ll definitely like this.

Opening Smells like a better and denser version of Prada Amber Pour Homme. The dry down changes it up a little and starts to become its own fragrance. 6/10

This is so good. I've gotten a ton of compliments already, and as a female I don't shy away from wearing this. This is by far the most intriguing aquatic yet aromatic and boozy scent I've ever put my nose on. The violet leaf creates this incredibly fresh and almost aquatic aura. Along with the tea, it blends into a tobacco, myrrh and spicy tea. I can't even describe it. All I know it's that this is one of my favourites.

A beauty of a fragrance. If you enjoy Herod and/or Gucci Pour Homme II then this fragrance is absolutely for you, although it is its own unique scent. Excellent for fall and winter. The perfect amount of sweetness and tobacco blended with vanilla and tea. This scent leans mature but versatile enough for any age.
