Berrylicious

Private Mood Berrylicious is really yummy!! It does remind me of SweetTarts and I am here for it! I love gourmands and this perfume is definitely a gourmand, very realistic. I get the tart red berries and the creamy vanilla, and the rose note gives it a slight powderiness like the sweet powder you would find on candy, not a cosmetic or perfumey powder. I sprayed on clothes and it was pretty potent at first but then settled down to give me an intimate scent bubble. It lasted the whole night on me and I am super happy that I got this!

Berrylicious is a fantastic gourmand fragrance to wear in the spring and summer! Whenever I wear Berrylicious I’m transported to a time of eating a refreshing sorbet made out of citric fruits like lemon and limes with lots of tangy raspberries, chokeberries, white, red and black currants. This is by no means a sweet fragrance but the vanilla helps this fragrance from going too sour (on my skin anyways). It’s so perfectly balanced! Cannot wait to be wearing this all summer!

Wow, to me this is super sweet. The rose is only a background player. This one is sweeter than the listed notes might suggest. It smells like sweet, but tangy berries piled on top of cake or something more along those lines rather than sweet tarts. To me, this smells richer more gourmand-y than just candy. I like this alot, but it might even be too sweet and cloying for some people.

To me, it smells photo-realistically like a bowl of whipped cream with fresh red berries on it. I can literally smell the sweet and slightly sour raspberries, right down to the little fuzzy spiky hairs and crunchy tiny seeds on them.

I don’t get the negative reviews. I think this perfume is a lovely sweet blend of freshly blitzed berries, like a berry smoothie. I don’t get any lemon or fruit loop scent personally. It’s unlike anything I have in my collection. It’s a fun and comforting scent that I think could easily be worn all year round or easily layered with other scents. I received a sample of this randomly with another perfume and had to buy a full bottle. This is one my boyfriend also absolutely loves to, so for me this is a win! I love it!

Nice tart berries. This is extremely powdery in the opening to me though, and I blanketly dislike powder. I'm also just looking for something juicier in a fruit fragrance. The dry down allows the powder to dissipate and leaves behind a sweet berry lemonade. I'm not getting frootloops which I would have enjoyed. My small child loves it: "Mmmm!". My husband says it smells like "90s hairspray and a flower in there somewhere, but it's bad."

Smells like fruit loops!! Do I want to smell like a sugary fruit loop...? Hhmm, probably not. I tried this side by side with Raspberry Rosemallow from Hexennacht and they smell 100% identical. The $150 price tag is kind of crazy ngl....

It’s okay. Nothing to write home about. A generic berry that smells pretty nice. It doesn’t have great longevity or Sillage. I think it’s a little pricey for what it is.

This mix just doesn't do it for me. I can smell non-sweet berries and if I tested it without knowing the brand I would instantly put it in a celebrity fragrance category. It reminds me of B. Balenciaga Intense. 4/10. If I got it as a gift I still wouldn't wear it

Weird. This has a strong anise/licorice smell on me. It smelled like the listed notes when I tested on paper though.

Very pleasant, citrusy-fruity scent. The citrus is not a cleaning product like, but you can tell they are there. Refreshing, sweet, crowd pleaser! It's a bottle worthy if you don't have fragrances like this. Easy reach for sure.

I'm envisioning a vanilla cupcake with raspberry cream icing and a candied lemon on top. It's not lemon-forward, just a sweet dash of citrus. If you like sweet scents you'll most likely enjoy this one.

This was a bit sharp in the opening but developed into creamy, sweet and sour lemon berry goodness. I shall revisit my sample and update w/ more thoughts later.

Playdoh the first seconds then Fruit Loops cereal after that with a bowl of juicy mandarins. It’s cute that way, trust me.
