This fragrance was the reason behind hunting for this house's collection. I got kind of infatuated when I first applied it on a plotter in jovoy london and wanted to try it on my skin to see either if this infatuation will remain, vanish, or increase! It is quite dark yet captivating like the charm or Dracula who remains beautiful till either the end of time or getting killed by human or sunlight. It's a hidden peach behind myrrh, immortelle, oakmoss, & patchouli. It's plummy yet NOT fruitti cause the clove, cumin, & extra doses of myrrh, & ambergris are creating the elixir of Dracula's charm that prevents the happy sweetness conquers the scene & for them to take the lead but failed. This fragrance whiffs between fruits, spices, and spirituality! And these 3 directions balanced each other and formed a really great fragrance. I am really pleased trying this out as I believe it's a grand masterpiece.

This smells quite traditional, a bit vintage although perhaps not dated. I get a peachy note, ylang ylang, and lots of oakmoss. Maybe some patchouli. Cinnamon. It smells like something my nana would have had and thought was modern due to the cinnamon and other notes making it a bit spicy. It’s a perfumey perfume, and while I’m enjoying sampling this range, I wouldn’t purchase a full bottle of any I’ve tried so far, this included. But, having said that, I do appreciate it, and it does smell ‘quality’ as opposed to synthetic.

They don’t make em like this anymore... is exactly what I feel every time I wear it. It’s a powerhouse vintage perfume which feels like it stepped straight outta the 70’s however being made in 2015. I love modern perfume houses who are still making “Time Machine” perfumes. Complex, super bold mixture of jasmine, tons of moss and patchouli with fiery spices zinging the whole thing along. A chypre overlaid with some distant resinous tones. It’s kinda like the garden of Eden on steroids. The spices in the heart are also bold and blend so well with the floral notes. Such a beautifully obnoxious punch in the face. Tbis one didnt come to play! I love it!
