Phyllis

This is partially my husband's review as he is the one expressing most feelings about it. I own many perfumes, and circulate them all the time. Every time I wear Phyllis, he askes what it is. Every. Single. Time. Never fails. Then he smiles and says he loves it. And that it reminds him a lot about our year off from work when we travelled the world. I have no idea why. It just makes him happy. It is indeed an uplifting fragrance. With excellest lasting power and great sillage. Uncomplicated, cheerful, powdery, soapy and very fresh, without being main stream or classy in terms of conservative. I can also understand why the reviewers here are divided on this scent (well, actually mostly on Chloe "Love". But they really are almost the same). Try before you buy. For me it is a love. And for my husband; "marriage material" if it were a girl :)

Today I was sampling Chloe Love side by side to Phyllis. Phyllis is a good dupe, the only difference that I noticed is that they removed something that I perceive as a warmer/more refined note from Chloe and replaced it with something citric and a bit dusty like - this in the opening which lasted about half and hour on both sides. In the middle they start to resemble more and more, the musky side comes out, I felt it a bit woodsy also, like some soft cedar to my untrained nose. The dry down comes after 2-3 hours and it's gorgeous: soft, creamy, has a natural sweetness, with a slight powdery touch to it. It smells like a light pink woolen sweater. The dry down of Chloe lasts more on skin, but Phyllis is very long lasting on clothes, it still wafts after two days(on pillows), worth the buy!

This perfume smells identical with Chloe Love perfume line, but mainly with Chloe- Love edp and edp Intense. It lasts long on my clothes. I think it worths the money and I think you could give it a chance. Edit: I bought it today and and I've spraied it when I bought it at 2 pm and now, at 11 pm it's still there and I can still smell it. It's amazing.

My first reaction when i smelled this perfume was Babies! It smells' like a clean fresh baby! So delicate, poweder and fresh, for sure a morning summer perfume. It lasts for a long time yet the sealage is so soft not over powering, and i find it perfect for layering as well, esp. With floral notes I find it a bargan for the price

I LOVE this and even prefer it to Love, Chloè. I find Phyllis slightly more floral and it doesn't have the pencil shavings note of the original. Also amazing value for money!!

I bought this because I like Love Chloe and I really satisfied with this purchase for such a moderate price.The scent wraps me with such a warm erotic haze...mmm

I think this is Pull and Bear's best fragrance. I am not sure, but I think it was one of their first launches. I will relate it to L'Occitane's Arlesienne. A very feminine, romantic and powdery scent. Spring flowers (jasmine, lilly of the valley, tuberose), apple blossom and baby powder. Seems a little bit old fashioned, in a good way. It smells vintage. The image that crosses my mind is of a young woman, with a long fine dress, writing love poems under a blooming tree, while the warm spring light mirrors into the water... Good longevity on me, up to 8 hours, scent stays very close to the skin all day...

This is really lovely! I am copying the reviews below in that it is a “Fake Love Chloe...” but it’s the very best dupe around. I can smell violets in this more than the original. It’s a little bit more floral and less talcy than LC, and it lasts a lot longer on clothes than it does on skin. You would expect this from any EDT though! I paid £18 which I am really happy with, over the moon to have my favourite perfume again! It’s not the original, but it will see me though. I hope Pull and Bear keep this one going until Chloe pull their finger out and bring back Love!

PULL & BEAR PHYLLIS FRAGRANCE is a delicate floral scent, which radiates a high dose of femininity, sweetness and elegance. The fragrance opens up with the creamy and velvety top notes of: citrus fruits and fresh flowers, accompanied by the middle touches of a bouquet of hyacinth, iris and lily. Sultry white musk, fragrant woods and ambergris lie in the base of the perfume.

I love the Love,Chloe.When I smelled this one on a bull&bear shop my first thought was that it smells exactly like Love,Chloe.So I bought it for only 16 euros for 100 ml, when Love,Chloe costs about 70 euros the 75ml.

the 1991_her_ and him are missing from presentation. 1991_her_ is actually also very good for its price!

I bought this perfume before because I really wanted to have a perfume that smells like Chloe Love. It does have a strong similarity to it, however, it lacks the fresh effervescent brightness of the original. To me now, it smells powdery and paperlike. I have since found a better Chloe Love dupe (Sopranissima by Luciano Soprani).

Did they change this bottle recently? In their website, they have Phyllis for Her. Is this the same perfume? EDIT: I just bought this and, yes they did change the bottle. It does smell like Chloe Love but it does not last as long and the sillage is not as strong as well.

I bought this perfume loving how it smelled. My sister thought I smelled like B.O. and when I told her what perfume I was wearing she said it was the perfume. I'm thinking it just didn't suit my body chemistry.

Phillys is an honest copy of Love, Chloe by Chloe. A nice and well crafted copy, indeed. Sillage, longevity and projection were the true surprise of this scent to me, it is very competitive in terms of matching the original. Stays well on skin, project in a very similar way, if we exclude a little artificial feel that appears when the scent approaches its base. Lasting power is easily 6 hours. I have tested Love, Chloe very thoroughly as I was looking to buy it for myself, so I think I now it pretty well and while my encounter with Phyllis lasted, I was constantly alert to hunt down its flaws, I was expecting them any minute. In fact, I couldn't find anything too disturbing... So my last call is that Phyllis is a decent substitute for the original scent, offering great quality at a lower price. In Europe it is averagely priced at 25 Euros, it is up to you how you will treat your wallet towards these twins :)

I had Love, Chloé several months ago, I didn't repurchase when I finished it because partially, I was a bit tired of the scent and because I'm trying to downsize my collection and save some money in the process. Checking this site I saw a lot of people thought that Phyllis was identical to Love, Chloé, so I went this afternoon to my closest Pull&Bear and checked it myself. Normally (very often) I don't agree with the comparisons people make, but let me tell you one thing, Phyllis is very very very similar to Love, Chloé, I couldn't tell them apart. And best of all, you can get 100ml for 16€ so, who could blame me? Now I smell like some sexy Don Draper's secretary would. Love, Phyllis.

Yes, it definitely bears a resemblance to Chloé Love. But it is less potent and more soapy. It doesn't smell as expensive as CL but it is quite lovely (and affordable !). Soon after spraying drydown begins in Phyllis while in Chloé the initial blast remains strong for a much longer time. Phyllis is rounder and softer. It is correct that it doesn't have the pencil shavings note that CL has but that's exactly what makes CL special and intriguing, one of a kind, really. I will use Phyllis as a stay at home scent and save CL for outings.

Along the same lines as Chloe Love. I use it/smell it when I want to remind myself of the beauty, that is already gone. In fact, I saw a few bottles of Chloe Love in dm drugstore in Croatia a week ago, but for such high price, that I didn't get one. I own two 100 ml bottles of Phyllis, which will probably do her job and also last me a lifetime.

If you're on a budget, this is an excellent copy of Chloe Love. However, if you're real Chloe fan, this is a big nono. The only thing that they have in common then is soapy smell category. Phillys is softer, lot less intensive and smells like it was diluted with some green tea. Longevity and silage are also not it's attributes.

BEST Chloe Love Dupe! I haven't found anything that comes as close as this does. I have a friend in the UK who bought it for me and I am in LOVE. Pull & Bear now has a US site everyone needs to request they bring this gorgeous scent here to the USA.

I had it wow it smelled very serene, clean and feminine. Also had this vintage, nostalgic, squeaky note. Lasting power and sillage was so nice. I'm no expert but I think there was lots of violet in it, rose, musk, powder and some woodsy accent.

This is the most accurate dupe of Chloe Love but just like a fake bag made in china, you can smell the artificial ingredients and it doesn't last as long.
