Potion For Women

I used to wear this perfume back in 2015, during my first years at university, summer and winter, nonstop. One of my professors even said something like, “There’s something a little different about you... even your perfume.” Back then, especially at 17–18, no one my age was really wearing a unisex woody scent like this. It made me feel a little confident. It’s not even a warm, cozy kind of scent for winter – like, doesn’t keep you warm at all. I was literally freezing and still wearing it anyway.

I discovered this while on vacation in Italy and made sure to purchase several bottles every time I visited Europe. I was so sad to see the stores no longer carry this absolute gem of a fragrance. To my nose this is as if Light Blue Intense, Not a Perfume and Santal 33 had a baby. I would get so many compliments with this perfume and the scent lingers forever. Excellent sillage and projection and works wonders as a base for other fragrances.

Super reliable...as a base. The smell stays all day, not too intense but consistent and the sillage is surprisingly powerful. To some, this may come off as detergenty-fresh, but to those who like a woody+citrusy vibe, this is a surprise. Cute packaging too. I'm a guy and I only use the "womens" scent. Use this along with Mugler 'Cologne' and / or Biotherm 'Eau Vitaminee' for an extra special bright treat.

I think this one would be unisex, it smells very spicy, great one.

No surprises here, what you read and sniff is what you get. Doesn't change or develop much throughout the day, and it lasts more than decent. With all the flowery/sweet frags out there, you'll rarely catch a woman wear something so straightforwardly woody. Such a woman has her own opinions and couldn't care less about the ones of others. Easily a unisex frag indeed.

I liked it because I felt menthol and sandal notes, but it had a bad smell in the dry-down.

I've tried it while shopping... The beginning was nice, woody and unisex. But now, after a few hours later, a strange chemical note appeared (I've tried it on my skin). It's smelling like some kind of cleaning agent on me now, you know, one of those with extremely superficial "forest" scent ;/ Not for me ;(

i love this perfume! totally woody, it is very rare in a woman perfume.
