Vamp! Red

It's fresh and red. Very nice but not gourmand. Its just fruity floral. 🥰 Maybe the drydown is a bit gourmand but still fruit floral. I can see why for some this one can be boring and not interesting, there are many scent like this one, but that does not change the fact that it's nice and pleasing. Hard to distinguish but there is a note that people might find unpleasant. The good thing it is strong. Last whole day.

I really like it! It's a simple smelling gourmand. The pink pepper, cacao, vanilla & floral-fruity scents go really well together. Also, it's really cheap & has got a big longevity!

Vamp! Red has a lovely, simple, and pleasant scent. It’s not overwhelming, which makes it great for everyday wear. However, the fragrance is extremely short-lived—it disappears after just 2 hours. For that reason, it feels overpriced. While I enjoyed the initial smell, the lack of staying power really limits its value. I’d expect more longevity at this price point.

Do not waste your money on this. Most boring perfume I have ever smelled! Let me first say that I am very easy going with my perfumes. I am a gourmand lover but I am open to a lot of other olfactory groups and I will usually find the best in almost every perfume. I don't know why Pupa Vamp has disappointed me so much but I absolutely hate it. I bought it because I thought it was a somewhat gourmand perfume, what with the cacao, the patchouli and the tonka bean listed as some of its notes. This along with the name "Vamp" and the red, almost vinyl looking bottle had me thinking that, ok, this is a decently seductive perfume. Boy, was I wrong. From the first spray until the last all I have ever got was vague, vague, vague notes. I am a lover of pink pepper and Carolina Herrera 212 had me crazy with it but here..where is the pink pepper in the opening? It just smelled sour and I do not know if it was the mirabelle, which is a plum by the way. I could not detect the citrusy bergamot at all. The perfume took a long time to get unstuck by this vague, sour plum or sour fruit smell in general along with a chemical, plastic smell which was not at all pleasant (and stayed til the end). Once it did start to move on all I could smell was what must have been the tuberose or the iris. NO patchouli goodness was detected at all, to my big surprise, which was the main reason, along with the tonka bean and the vanilla and the cacao that I bought it. I must have had high expectations of a Thierry Mugler Angel Muse chocolate and patchouli combo, which I admit has raised the bar very high for anyone looking at cacao and patchouli combinations. I know this is not a high end perfume at just under 20 euros for a 50 ml bottle (1.69 fl oz) but still, forgive me for expecting something more than I did. Extremely disappointed. I generally have not had to wash any perfume off or ever remembering hating a perfume. Many have been disliked but they have had a good opening or dry down- a saving grace of sorts. Not this one. I did not wash it off because the sillage and the projection was so poor that I literally had to stick my nose on my skin and sniff quite hard. But this deserves to be washed off and definitely cannot help hating it. Yes, I hated it and I do not think I have ever hated a perfume. Had it been too powerful like Cacharel's Eden which is not everyone's cup of tea, I would still have forgiven it because Eden just needs to be "handled" with a light hand in the winter months, being a heavy perfume. But how can I forgive this mix in Vamp? I would rather it was too cloying or even a "grandma" perfume like Clinique's Aromatic Elixir, which I quite dislike than this extremely close to the skin, unblended, worthy of being ignored mix. I have smelled some pretty uninteresting perfumes in my life (Sunrise in Cadaques by Salvador Dali being one) but they at least had some projection and one could have some note appreciation. I checked to see if it was expired but this was just 8 months after production date. I also put it on my man to see if the notes opened up differently on him but nothing. So glad I did not spend more money on this but looking to sell this as I really have no hopes of it ever developing into a love. Save yourself the hassle and go for a higher end perfume, Pupa is a make up brand after all. My suggestion is to go for Angel Muse if you are a gourmand lover or for Erbolario's Indaco which also has Tonka bean, cacao, vanilla and patchouli but way better blended and a power house in both sillage and longevity. Indaco is earthy and a bit incense-y but very gourmand and unforgettable unlike Vamp that should not even pay 5 euros for. Unfortunately.

It’s a soft rosy fragrance with a powdery and fruity touch. Not overly sweet, pleasant and sensual but i wouldn’t call it “Vamp”. Anyways, nice scent!
