I have the oil version of this, and it's a lovely citrusy, summery floral with decent projection and lasting power! If you're looking for a more affordable cousin with better performance to Bal d'Afrique, No Vacancy is a great option :-) This is one I don't reach for all that often, but every time I do, I'm pleasantly surprised how much I like it. Considering getting the spray perfume for summer.

This is a quite nice, seems to be a traditional male leading fragrance at first due to the sharp, bright lemon up top followed very soon by woody vetiver notes. The jasmine lends it a softness though, making it quite unisex together with the sandalwood. Personally, it reminds me of Creed's Original Vetiver, if you make it less fresh but up the soft woody nature.

At first I get a lovely blast of sweet and sour citrus, with the floral jasmine preventing it from being "all citrus" and providing a lovely feminine note. Then the jasmine fades, and I get a more bitter impression of wood and pith as the perfume loses the sweet and floral aspects I liked at the start.
