Olympea Elixir

A beautiful perfume but I wish I could smell a stronger version of the notes in this pyramid. That’s my only complaint. Rabanne often hits at that right satisfying spot in my brain, this is my 3rd Olympea I fall in love with, to the point I knew from just reading the notes I’d love it & I did even though it was a blindbbuy. For some reason I feel like I get a certain essence from the OG, mixed into Olympea Solar & elixir you got. But than as I sniffed my well sprayed arm, I’m getting a similar point to Fame (the OG in the grey bottle), maybe it’s the tropical accord they share, making me see some similarities? I don’t know, because fame has mango, I think generally speaking there is a point of some resemblance. I’m not great at explaining perfumes, but I hope you get my description!😅 Now I want to try Olympea Absolu! If anyone can let me know by DM about Olympea Absolu, I’d be grateful. 💗

This one is beautiful! Smooth, soft, and effortlessly blended. The notes that stand out most to me are monoi, solar accords, ylang-ylang, and a touch of pineapple, which gives it a subtle brightness. While Olympea Solar is one of my favorites, this Elixir doesn’t really remind me of it. I need to get a bottle of this. I should have bought it right there when I saw it at the duty-free. Edit: @Lamsarra asked, you can find it in Finland (on a cruise ship duty-free), and it will likely be available elsewhere soon as well.

This is a summer stunner. It is a more powerful, sexy version of Soleil Blanc. Moderate to strong sillage and performance. It is warm, tropical and delicious for summer nights and even during for day if lightly sprayed. The manoi coconut oil note lingers, and is very seductive. Absolutely delicious!

Got this as a tester and wow. Next time I'm in shop, I'll buy it! It smells delicious! Delicious fragance! I think it will be even more amazing if i layer it with NR Pure Musc 🤔

I love this one! A sweeter, creamier, velvety version of olympea solar. My favorite olympea!

This is tropical, along the same lines as Divine, Alien Goddess, Beach Walk. It’s a floral vanilla with lots of yellow flowers. It’s quite heavy on the Ylang Ylang, so it’s not one I’ll buy, but it’s lovely and it lasts a decent amount of time.

Just tested this at the airport. Opening was promising, the pineapple topnote is sweet and fresh. Unfortunately for me the pineapple fades very fast and it quickly turns into a rather generic sweet vanillic monoi scent. It's a very pleasant and tropical summery fragrance, but not for me. I have no doubt it will be a hit this summer. I was just hoping it would be brighter and juicier and the pineapple would stick around for longer. The drydown is borderline gourmand. Sillage is strong, longevity is ok but not great.

I really wanted to love this perfume, the pineapple note is promising, but after 15 mins it's such a generic and boring tropical/solar perfume. You don't even have to pay the price of niche perfumes, i just know there are some arabic ones that do better than this.

Tested this in a department store and was pleasantly surprised. Didn’t even realise that I liked pineapple in a perfume. Will have to save up for a full bottle but I do see that Bujairami has already duped it with ‘She’s gold’ so will pray that it gets released here in Nz soon given it’s a third of the price of the original.

Tragically, whenever I wear pineapple in a fragrance it smells like cat pee on me. I think this is only amplified by the ylang-ylang which always reads as BO/sweat on me. I noticed it before in Scandal Intense from JPG. Sadly, it’s a pass for me as a result.

Dammit. My full bottle arrived and instead of the sweet pineapple scent all I am now getting is sunscreen and monoi oil and I am kind of annoyed about it given I paid $200 for it. So disappointing when the tester on my wrist smelt completely different 😒

Wow, I thought this might be nice but it's better than I anticipated! There's a gorgeous fresh, juicy pineapple flesh opening, soon followed by a dreamy Benzoiny-powdery coconut dry down. It has all the generic tropical floral notes but still feels quite unique with the pineapple note and overall composition. Interesting little addition of juniper too which I sense in the dry down which lets me drift into Balearic territory, sitting under shady pines post-beach, nose burrowed into solar infused forearms without it feeling sunscreeny . Edit: After some full days wear, I find the juniper benzoin dry down to be exquisite and it elevates this from a basic beachy tropical designer perfume to something really full-bodied with depth. Longevity is very good. Nothing like Olympea OG and better than Olympea Solar (not as floral) just wish it smelled a little stronger. It is still very "smellable" on yourself throughout its wear though. An excellent Summer flanker albeit it's own fragrance 🍍 🥥 🌼

I got this today so here are my thoughts so far, this is the most sunscreen smelling perfume I have ever tried. I mean that in the best possible way, this perfume smells like summer. It is quite lightly projecting I would say, it surrounds you in a light scent bubble. I don't get much pineapple, I get coconut and monoi flower. I suggest my way sunny vanilla for a more pineapple dominant perfume. But back to this I can see this being my summer scent along with my way sunny vanilla and divine le parfum for the evening. I really like this, it is effervescent and lifting. In the dry down I get what I assume is the juniper which adds something a bit interesting and green, deep dry down is a lovely soft vanilla. Longevity is excellent

You hear "Olympea Elixir" and expect a glossy black bottle unleashing a dark fragrance—something along the lines of *Absolu* or *Parfum*. But what do you actually see? A clear bottle filled with a golden-pink liquid, featuring a gold accessory that instantly brings to mind a beach outfit or a seaside vibe. And that is exactly what’s inside: a reissue of *Solar*—which, by the way, is still very much available on the market. So, the launch strikes me as redundant. The only difference compared to *Solar* is that *Elixir* hints at a trace of the original Olympea DNA—that signature sweet-and-salty . That's what it's all about : you can simply choose one version or the other.

Hello @salldee, i am so glad we have already a feedback on it. I am full of expectations for that one, it seems to be a magnficient fragrance. In which country did you find it? Cause it’s nowhere to be found here in Europe. I think it will look like Venus Intense (which has solar-monoi type of vanilla too)

Honestly, it is very likeable, fresh and sweet in a best way, elegant and brightful. But this tropical and 'brewed with sunshine' fragrance is becoming generic with all the new releases. If you don't have a JPG Divine, or Alien Goddess, or Fame, this could be a gem for the summer!

Luscious fragrance. Sweet from the get go, syrupy fruit, with underlying tones of waxy powdery coconut. Sultry, night time but the sweetness also pulls it off during the day time. Dries down to powdery musky coconut. Lingers beautifully 😍 🤩 👌

This perfume reminds me of TF Soleil Blanc. It just has a little bit more vanilla in it. I have Soleil Blanc and Eau de Soleil Blanc. But I think the Olympea Elixir is a little sweeter.

yeesss finally it’s there, i am sucker for the whole olympea line except for flora one (so sad Paco Rabanne discontinued the best ambery vanilla there was on the market - intense one)
