I would love to hug someone and smell this scent on them. Pleasant, inviting, full of life. Cheery, but not juvenile. It’s sweet from the pear, and the orange blossom/neroli make it have just a touch of bite, and the citrus makes it feel bright and refreshing. I don’t get much vanilla or white musk but maybe they’re shadow players in this one that are quiet harmony, making the melody sound more full. I picture this scent on a beautiful woman in her 30s with chic clothing sitting at a sidewalk table at a cafe in Paris. She has a bright smile and quick wit and you feel like you must know more about her. You want to be her friend. Maybe she works in fashion, maybe she has won awards. I haven’t smelled Paradoxe in a while so I can’t quite say how close it is.
