Big Pony 2 for Women

Fruity, sweet, vanilla, fresh spicy, sour, vibrant, radiant, crisp, refreshing, feminine, flirty, playful, charming, whimsical, delightful, cheerful, joyful, uplifting, inviting, comforting This really does smell like a sweet and juicy cranberry cocktail drink! It’s very refreshing and cheerful! The bottle gives the perfect impression with its clear pink color. I read the full list of notes as well as the 2 notes listed here, and honestly the 2 note description is pretty accurate. I really don’t get anything floral, mostly just the sweet and tangy cranberry with some tonka giving it a somewhat vanilla-like base. I do get a hint of mandarin in the opening as well as the cranberry though. However, sometimes simple is just what you want though! I’ve had this for many years, and it used to be one of my favorites back when it first launched in 2012. As of now, I still really like it, but it’s not the love for me that it used to be. It’s still an enjoyable fragrance though, and definitely worth checking out if you like fruity scents, and can find it on sale! I don’t have anything that smells quite like it in my collection. Big Pony #2 for women is also my favorite of all the four Pony women perfumes by lauren. It's sweet delicious creamy like mild French pastries. I don't know why so many people say it smells like wonderstruck or someday . I actually cannot stomach the other too fragrances. They are way too cloying and give me a headache. Pony #2 is made for those that love sweet creamy fragrances but cannot tolerate the headache and nausea that comes from the cloying of over the top sweet fragrances or gag induced saturated fat of Viva la Juicy. Most sweet fragrances tend to cause me a headache explosion but not this one. It's worth a try if you are into sweet creamy fragrances without the overdose filler of synthetic alcohols and aldehydes many perfume manufacturers trying to cut corner. I like the rollerball perfume more because it is easier to control the amount than a mega spritz of the perfume bottle. The rollerball doesn't last very long on me, only about 2-3 hours. It works pretty well on my skin and didn't turn burned, rancid, sour, bitter, acrid , or synthetic like many perfumes do. The fragrant stayed the same even after a few hours. I ended up purchasing right away my first time trying it.

Some people said this was a safe blind buy and that is sooo true if you like a fruity clean every day scent. I blind bought this for very cheap at Ross with low expectations I’m so glad I did. This is what I wanted DKNY be delicious to be. The two are nothing alike but this scent is so fresh and fruity while also clean and pretty which is exactly what I’ve been looking to add to my collection! I’m typically a vanilla/ cotton candy/ marshmallow lover but I needed something fresh and easy and this is it. It’s definitely not anything groundbreaking, and I could also see how someone could feel like this scent is on the younger side but anyone could enjoy this tbh. It layers perfectly with other fresh fruity scents so if you see it don’t hesitate to pick it up!

I just brought this one and I like it but not love it, yet! It takes time for me to love a perfume because I like to see how I feel about it with time and days! But what I really love most about it is that it is the freshest sweet perfume I have ever tried! Usually sweet perfumes are strong and heavy then within time I start having headaches from them! I already brought the second bottle because I feel it will be the only sweet perfume I'll really love! It reminds of a perfume I really loved and wished it was fresh (Lovestruck by Vera Wang)! Yep finally I found it here in Ralph Lauren, I'm very happy I found it!

WOW!! Sweet cranberry gourmand fragrance for the young and young at heart. Bright, fizzy, sparkling, and edible Big Pony #2 (BTW, hate the name) is not a disappointment for me. The opening is blatant sour cranberry then an almost soapy-floral quality comes into the foreground. The floral note smells a little like fragnipani to me. Those notes meld with the tonka note to bring a creamy sweetness to the drydown. Excellent projection and decent longevity (at around 5 hours) make BP#2 a keeper for me. I think I'll buy a bigger bottle. Suitable for office, daywear, summer, spring, and casual days. Rating 8 out of 10.

Fresh and pleasant. Not boring. Not too sweet or juvenile. I get more notes than the cranberries and tonka that are listed here, like some kind of floral which ventures into nostalgic perfume territory (90s department store), but in a sentimental olfactory way not a generic way. This is my introduction to Ralph Lauren scents and the Polo line. Getting to know the franchise by a flanker is like learning about the Indiana Jones series by starting with Temple of Doom (which I also did as a kid), but the quality of structure is there so it does not make me any less of a fan.

At first when i saw the bottle i immediately fell in love with the packaging and bottle since I'm a huge horse lover! The scent is very sweet and it reminds me of cranberry bubblegum. It also has a touch of vanilla in it. I love the perfume although the perfume does not stay on your skin very long. After an hour you can only smell it at a very close distance. My sister always compliments me when i wear this perfume. Sometimes it mysteriously disappears from my perfume collection and i always will find it in my sisters room.

I'm very surprised there are only two notes in this fragrance. I got it because I went looking for Ralph EDT (blue and clear bottle) but it was sold out. (BTW that's a banger!! Especially for spring and summer!) I started smelling fragrances and this one and Juicy Couture Gold Couture came home with me. I wish it was an EDP. Very nice scent that actually smells like a fruity floral, even though there's no florals. I would love to smell the other fragrances in this collection, though I highly doubt they're still around.

Such a pretty, bright, sweet, fresh, and fruity fragrance! It’s a sweet candy like scent that really fits the pink color of the bottle! I can’t say that I get cranberries exactly, but it’s definitely sweet and fruity. There’s some creamy vanilla like warmth to it from the tonka, but overall a rather simple, flirty, and fun fragrance. I typically get great longevity with my fragrances, and this is no exception... it lasts the whole day on me. It projects nicely too, it radiates out about an arm’s length from me.

I really love wearing this in the spring & summer. I love the smell of anything cranberry & the tonka bean just gives it a wonderful grounding base. Just purely delightful & very refreshing like a smooth cranberry drink. Yes, I have to reapply throughout the day, but I don't mind. So far you can still find this for a steal. It's uplifting & a "happy" playful perfume. Fun fun fun. For a real chill in the summer keep it in your fridge! Cool. 😍 P.S. Layers so well with Armani My Way

yummmmmmm, this smells similar to midnight fantasy by britney spears but a bit more sweeter. i love this perfume it might even be my signature scent now because i love it so much :D it lasts ages on skin i sprayed it like 12 hours ago i can still smell it. i think this is suitable for all weather it’s light enough to wear in hot weather but sweet enough to wear in cold weather. i love this so much i also pair it with SDJ 40 because they both have that fruity factor

This scent is so delicious! Sweet and sour, I love it! It's a little powdery to me, which I love. I would have it as my signature scent if only it lasted longer and if it was less popular. Because here in Sweden every girl has this scent :( but i still love it!!!! I think this perfume is perfect for Swedish summer, when it's not too hot outside. It's too sweet for hot weather. I really recommend this scent!! Longevity: 6/10 Scent: 10/10 Sillage 7/10

I'm surprised at how much I like this, as I'm really not a fan of fruity fragrances. It's perfect for spring and summer - sweet, but not cloyingly so, and refreshing. I've seen this so many times but have never bothered to try it. I got a sample from a recent swap, and after using it a couple of times I had to buy a big bottle of it. The Tonka bean gives it some depth and makes it a little more interesting. Longevity is pretty good as well.

If pink could have a smell this would be it If you wanna be “dolled up” this is it This is IT I love this, this ugh so good especially for the price you can find this dirt cheap for the brand it is Unfortunately it’s Eau de toilette and it’s not available in a parfume version so it doesn’t last :( Fortunately it’s not too expansive and pretty easy to get by online so spray freely and replenish when needed

I got this scent a couple of Christmases ago after dropping several big hints! :P It is fruity and sweet but with a slight tarte-ness to it too! I detect a slight hint of citrus in there although that may just be my nose deceiving me! This is my favourite Ralph Lauren scent, fruity, sweet and just yummy! I would happily wear this all year round as I just love the sweet and fruity scents!

I so love the scent when I bought the roll-on, then tempted to buy a set of the big bottle that comes with a free lotion...saddened that it didn't last long even if I layered it with the lotion. But if u have the time to constantly spray it on, this one is a go getter... I also spray it on when I feel lonely or just to liven up my spirit! Maybe a parfum version would help last long...

I bought this at an airport in Italy for a great price of 20€ ! This was the perfume I always had in my bag whenever I wanted to put some perfume in the middle of the day, and the scent is an absolute dream. Candy-like sweet, with a nostalgic undertone, I ALWAYS got compliments when I wore it. I'm sad it's finished, hopefully will buy a new one in the future.

Nice and easy for summer. Fruity, raspberry-like to my nose, light and fresh. It does last (only) in the clothes. I really enjoy it now for a short summer trip. There is a similiarity to Sarah Jessica Parker NYC. This one has a strawberry note, but has the same uplifting effect and is suitable for the same settings. I think you wouldn ́t need both of them.

One of my favorites for summer! Its a light, sweet berry fragrance. This is so easy to wear, its not overpowering, I absolutely love it :) I cant stop sniffing my arm, this scent gave me a lot of compliments too ;) it lasts about 5 h on my skin. It has only two notes, but Im sure I can smell more notes in this.. this is forever a favorite :)

Big Pony #2 is fruity, simple, and clean, and I love it that way! Sometimes I do not want to always be a super mysterious, complex girl, you know? Very watery cranberry soda, this is straight up fruits on me. I get a lot of compliments from my extended relatives when I wear this, they always know it's me with this fragrance!

I bought this one today,30ml. It's sweet,happy not heavy. Love it en when I already bought is I remembered that it smells a lot like N.C. Cat deluxe at night. which is a cheaper en more complex fragrances. But my husband wanted to buy me this one so I was Sooooooooooooooooo HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really enjoy it :)

The perfect blend of sweet and sour, the warmth of Tonka Bean and juicy cranberry makes this unique perfume. Lasts long hours on my skin and eventually smell a little sweet pineapple rounds a fragrance for any occasion. Recommended for fall. Reminds me of the shampoo girls!

Sweet as berries and light as air. I portray it sitting on the vanity of an older sister. She has left for some time but the messy room still smells like when she was just getting ready. I just finished my bottle and would def repurchase :)

This perfume smells exactly like Escada's Moon Sparke , this is really sweet and it has a lovely scent perfect for winter and fall it doesn't last long but I think it's worth it I think I will ask for this one as a christmas present

A classic that I used every single day in high school. This is the it girl fragrance. I do not really notice the vanilla but it is girly and fruity. Lilly of the valley, guava and mandarin note not noticed on here :(

A disappointment. The smell itself is good, but doesn't last at all. Not worth purchsing it with that kinda (50€ or even more) money. I suggest you to buy it only from discount. The 1, 3, &4 last a lot longer!

Starts off smelling like a fresh fruit jelly, not unpleasant but not something I want to smell of, or be reminded of. It fades to nothing. No discernible top middle or base notes, very simple, but forgettable.

It's a nice very summery fragrance though it really fits for winter too! It's floral and very girly smell although the smell doesn't last very long! I have to put it on like every two hours!

Very light lovely fragrance. The scent is wonderful but it doesn't last long so I mainly use this after showing before bed. I wore this to work once and found it was more for play than work.

It's a very simple scent. Light and sweet. Cranberry isn't quite the fruit note that I would have chosen for the fruit note but there is some tonka bean.

This is a really simple, linear and juicy scent. I like everything about it, except that it's kind of fleeting. I saw that Viva La Juicy is voted as similar and my instinctive reaction was "hell no". But then I pressed my nose against the skin and the opening does really smell a lot like the opening of Viva La Juicy. Except I love Pony and I'm at best lukewarm on vlj (basically this with extra sugar and hairspray). This also reminds me a bit of Dazzle by Paris Hilton since they both have really juicy red berries, but dazzle is grounded in patchouli while Pony has tonka and sparkly/alcoholic cider. I love them both in different ways. It's also got some overlap with D&G L'Imperatrice, Ocean Gioia and La Rive Have Fun, but I prefer the Pink Pony to all of them. It's an all in one kind of scent, it's sweet and cozy but also happy, fresh and uplifting. Lovely to wear at home, to sleep and to go out. If I could only own one single perfume, this would be in the running.

I used to looove this and wear it everyday. It was probably my first real perfume. I forgot about it. But today I wore it again bc why not? And I have to say. This is sweet like some nasty child medicine. I really don't like it, it smells good in the bottle, but on my skin. Nooo way. Sweet in the bad way (and I like sweet scents!) and headache inducing. Its cloying and makes me nauseous. BUT, if you like scents like Viva la Juicy, definitely go for it!!! If I am ever gonna wear it again I think I REALLY have to be in the mood for it. UPDATE: Okay, I actually started liking this A LOT again?! Well, the Tonka Bean really stands out to me (very vanillary) and when I wrote this review it was in the middle of the summer. Vanilla can become cloying in the heat so, that’s probably why I didn’t like it. It’s perfect for spring!!! But NOT very unique

I do really like this. Its quite easy reach for everyday use. Its fruity and sweet but not at all cloying. I get comparison to Jimmy choo blossom. However this has a slightly more vanilla praline base if I can say so, very pleasant! I dont know how to describe it more note wise, but a little sweeter and also a bit more fruity, less flowery. I actually really like it, its just too similar to the Blossom i already have (and rarely use) so I wanna try a few times more before I decide. Very non offensive, any age can wear it. I feel its most suitable for younger ones, but its not so sickly that not nore grown can wear it with pride :) quite faint sp you would probably need to spray a few times. I would say safe blind buy for those who like this kind of scent profile :)

I bought this for my sister one year for Christmas. I got her name engraved on it and she took it on her first tour as an officer for the Navy. I found a bottle recently for 12$ and I couldn’t pass it up. I miss her and it’s comforting to know what she smelled like through her time serving. I mean, she must have. The bottle was empty when I found it lol. It has very mild sillage, but the longevity really impressed me at about 7 hours. Smells really cozy-fresh, if that is even a thing. Sweet, soft, simple, and inviting- a complete paradox to the SWO officer wearing it on a destroyer ship LOL.

I really like this scent. My partner really likes it, which has led me to now have it for the second time, in a large size. It's a fresh and youthful scent. It becomes more vanilla-like when it warms up. The scent reminds me of a warm summer evening, with people dancing in the streets and open cafés. I think I can detect apple/pear, but it's not listed as one of the notes. A lovely, light, and easy scent that everyone can appreciate. It will never offend anyone. But it will also never imply that it is anything more than just a nice and pleasant scent.
