Romance

I was first given this perfume when I was pregnant and I've worn it daily ever since as my signature scent. My son will be 17 next month, so I know Romance really well! Unfortunately, I finished my last bottle of the original formula (in the pink and silver trimmed box) last year. I was heartbroken when I discovered how much this beautiful fragrance has changed (pink and white trim box)! The original Romance was a beautifully fresh and fruity floral with almost a minty note to my nose. The drydown was the most deliciously sexy and comforting scent that made me instantly relax. I agree with the other positive reviewer notes that describe this fragrance, particularly the person who described it as though a feminine scent and a masculine scent kissed. My selected ratings are for the original fragrance if you are lucky enough to find it. Oh how it has changed! The initial scent on spraying is quite abrasive now, though it mellows very quickly to the top notes I expected. There is no depth at all to the scent now, just a powderiness in the dry down. This perfume used to have much more complexity, intimate to moderate sillage (I tended to use a spray on each arm for office wear) and great longevity. You could smell it on your clothing for days and on your skin the next day. Now the whole perfume practically disappears within a couple of hours, leaving a faint 1 note powderiness that you have to press your nose against the skin and deeply inhale to find. So sad! Time to find a new signature scent.

I forgot about this perfume. Love it! It's unique and slightly unisex. Reminds me of the 90s, big hair, thick eyebrows style pretty. I picture Alicia Silverstone in the "Crazy" video wearing this sent. It's Sexy Cool doc Martin flannel wearing with ripped jeans. But at the same time can picture a wealthy young lady who rides horses equestrian style wearing this too after a rain in a lush formal green garden style setting. So that's the unisex and romance vibe I get. Weird I know, but anyways the unisex part of the perfume gives it the freshness/spiceness although I dont think it's a warm spice to me it's more cool spice. I like fragrance that has a little masculine quality like Chance Green one, (franchie?). Not saying this smells like that though because it doesn't at all. The top notes are super interesting to me as I didn't know what they where. To be honest I don't like the first spray, because it's chemical to me. After it drys down I like it a lot. However one spray and let it settle because it is strong perfume. You will leave a trail and smell it lingering on clothes. It does have some similar note to Pleasures by Estee Lauder and is about the same silage. Im not sure what that is would have to look it up..🤔

I love this perfume. It pairs well with another ginger lotion and ginger perfume I've got. So refreshing and what a great morning scent! It's aromatherapy for me in that combination. I think any scent that doesn't have any outstanding singular scent, is a great one to pair with another which has similar, as a compliment to it. Or grab out the particular notes you want to shine and wear something that is that note forward, if that makes sense. Like, there's rose in here. So grab a perfume that has rose forward notes and combine, see what happens. I'm going to try this with Rosamor next. Or maybe with pure cedar essential oil to pull out the exotic woods. Anyway, I haven't worn this on its own yet as I get antsy to see what pairs I can mix to create my own scent, and the moment I smelled ginger, well.. I had to pull out my gingers. I'll come back and edit this after trying it on its own. Edit: this smells AMAZING combined with Oscar's Rosamor & KAY ALI Citrus/08.. I mean, absolutely magical! I'm also layering with the Rosamor lotion. Wow wow wow!! 🔥

I'm sorry @DebbieAmber, I mean no disrespect, but "that still want to attract people"? Really? I'm pretty sure that being attractive or wanting to be attractive does not have an age limit. You might be surprised but there actually are people out there who have left their 20s behind who still want to attract other people. Just saying :) As for Romance, I think it is a very attractive fragrance on any person with who's chemistry it blossoms. Personally this was my signature when I was 18 and I've never had more complements on any scent as I got for this one, way back when. This is fresh, clean and uplifting. I recently added it back to my collection, but actually haven't worn it much in recent years. To me this is the scent of my youth. Still love it though. This is one of those scents that is appropriate any place, any time. I'm sure I'll start spraying it again soon enough. Kinda looking forward to it now. I bet I'll attract a few with this baby blending with my 30 something year old skin ;)

I adore Romance since the first time I smell it for the first time when my aunt wore it back in early 2000. Later on, my aunt gave her bottle of Romance to me and I do keep it like a precious gem. I also purchase a bottle myself few years ago and it still remain unopen. I still have the bottle that my aunt gave me. I really love how fresh Romance start after I sprayed it and it develop to soft, clean yet powerful enough to stay the whole day on me. The perfume is well named as it really smells full of romance - warm, comforting and attractive. Well, after years of keeping this gem inside my closet, I took it out few days ago and wear it to work. Few days before I was wearing EL Pleasures and I notice Romance smells like Pleasure, especially during the first hour. On the drydown, Romance become soft, warm, fresh and clean while Pleasure remain more on greeny side, smell stronger than Romance. Overall, Romance will stay with me as prefers fresh and clean perfumes. So as EL Pleasures.

I am from 1983. In high school, this scent was the only thing you could smell along the corridors. A thousand years have passed, I have a thousand scents, one better than the other, more sophisticated, complex, refined in research, four-dimensional, whatever. But. But the truth is that if they invented a version of this perfume with the same sillage but with a much more persistent duration I would probably only wear this one, along with my other beloved, which is Poeme. I could say that every time I buy a fresh floral, I am ALWAYS looking deep down for something that outshines Romance. The only scent that has managed to turn my head over the years has been Lust in Paradise, though.... . Romance is Romance. And I don't understand, I've never understood, those who claim that this perfume is girly and drab, ‘perfumy’ but without its own DNA. For me it is unique. I would recognise it among millions.

Oh My I can't believe that it took a free ,25 oz sample for me to fall in love with this dreamy scent, In fact Macy has a 4 piece set on sale so I purchased it since I want it in my collection. It is a very warm inviting scent that is so enticing and alluring to me and my husband. I just love all the floral scents starting with the rose which is my fav, and the touch of lemon making a sweet opening, the lily and white violet are the middle notes that I notice, but it they all make a lovely bouquet of a beautiful long lasting scent. Followed by a sweet dry down. What a long lasting scent with a nice appropriate siilage. it is working great right now in this cooler weather but I feel it would be the perfect year round scent. This is a classy, sexy, just a downright pretty scent for dress up or just to feel prettier. while relaxing !!! This smells and makes me feel adorable.

The opening on this is harsh and quite sharp, and I actually thought this was going to be a failed blind buy, but I was thankfully, very very very very wrong! Romance is what I'd call a modern herbal floral, its fresh, clean and light but the ginger and camomile give it that herbal edge and make it feel more interesting, the rose note isn't heady or cloying, its quite clean smelling akin to a fresh rose scented body wash but without veering into aquatic territory and the citrusy patchouli gives it some extra zest and sparkle, perfect for daily wear, very office friendly and I also think this could work year round and be an excellent easy reach fragrance. Longevity and silage are both good, 7 hours of wear and a moderate silage. This is for me, almost a pefect scent, if I was told I could only wear this for the rest of my life, I would do so with pleasure <3

I've had a romance with Romance for more than 30 years. When I first picked it up in my mid 20's it exemplified the idea of elevated sophistication in my mind, so it was very aspirational. What I found strangely appealing about it was that it smelled like that overall chaotic perfume cloud you meet when you walk into a Nordstrom's cosmetics department, where all of the gazillions of sampled sprays of hundreds of perfumes crashed into each other and created one combined smell. For me, that smell meant luxury. Today, that smell means generically beautiful, but still beautiful. Romance will always be the scent my little sister admired on me and said it reminded her of how elegant I am. My entire wardrobe is still Ralph Lauren. But for now Romance has been put on the back shelf while I spread my wings and explore scents that make me soar.

This was my most loved fragrance from my early 20’s. I’ve always had a bottle since and it will continue to live on in my collection. I get mostly chamomile and ginger (layers really well with lavender or chamomile lotion). It’s truly a timeless fragrance and while not earth shattering, it’s relevant today. The brain bending “smell like cosmic tar” perfumes currently getting all of the hype will be laughable a decade from now, but RL romance will be laughing all the way to the bank... The fact it’s still being made almost 30 years after its release without a break in production should tell you something... It’s perfect for any season, time of day, great longevity. Floral. Beautiful.

Okay, so I don't know where I've been but I never tried Ralph Lauren Romance before. I saw it recently on offer and decided to blind buy it as there were no testers in the store. (Ralph Lauren Woman is one of my favourite perfumes). Wow, I am pleasantly surprised by this. It's floral, fun, flirty and girly but more 20's and over. It has an air of sophistication and nostalgia. It takes me back to when I would smell these "posh" women shopping at the Designer shops. It's gorgeous. It is spring, summer and fall appropriate. Although it's been out for a while it's not dated. It's just well blended and I think worth a try.

My first real fragrance back in 2001. I loved it then, just got a new bottle and I love it still. There is a woody, slightly masculine edge that grounds it and the botanical aspect veers toward herbal, keeping it from being another insipid fruity floral. Got compliments from my husband, which is rare. Edit: Though I don't really believe scent is gendered, this does smell like the idea of a man's and woman's scents mingling after an embrace - truly romantic. I think the note that sticks around the most is the carnation. Mid day, it's that spicy floral that shows up and makes me happiest that I bought this.

Timeless classic. I totally agree with the person who said it was a 'clean girl' fragrance. This is a crip white t shirt, dark denim jeans, hair up, simple diamonds and white gold. I love a clean floral musk. It's less screechy than Valaya and less sweet than Fleur Narcotique. It's just the right level of powdery-ness. Some may say basic, I would say perfectly elegant, not trying too hard. She's a Saturday morning in the Spring when you pop out to buy flowers and grab coffee and croissants to take back home. Mood lifter. Happiness in a bottle.

Found a vintage bottle of Romance on eBay, and it’s already skyrocketed into my all-timers club after first wearing it not even two days ago. It’s fresh and impossibly sensuous—darling florals plucked alongside a soft spiciness from the ginger and citrus. It’s an ideal summer scent: effortlessly balanced, beguiling, and dreamily nostalgic; a beautiful woman in a white linen dress on a cloudless day, smiling at her lover as they walk hand-in-hand, with nowhere to be but right where they are at that glowing moment.

My heart aches when I think about the old formula!! It was truly something out of a dream. I now wear the new formula, but it's just not the same. I think part of that is because I want to re-live that fantasy in some way. It reminds me of an old love story with your first ever love, that mysteriously went away, and for years you longed and waited, but they never returned. Then you meet another, and you eventually settle, but you cant help but think of your first. It's a bittersweet experience for me.

This is one of my favorite fragrances, possibly because it has some nostalgic value to me. Every time I wear this my boyfriend says "ooh you're wearing the fancy stuff". I think this could be worn at any time of the year and any time of the day because the sharpness cuts through the warm and cold air. It can be innocent, or sexy. I would say this has moderate to good longevity and sillage. Not the most unique fragrance in the world but definitely a very good one.

I craved this recently after years of not having it after smelling it on my sister. Purchased it for a good price and am absolutely delighted its back in my collection again. It is an absolutely beautiful fragrance and so well blended. It appears to be much softer in projection than it used to be, but that's ok as I can spray more of it. Don't understand why this is not higher rated on Fragrantica. I just hope this is never discontinued!

Eu amo Romance, a dois atrás achei para comprar novamente e ele é exatamente como lembrava, perfume delicioso. Apesar de ter é usar perfumes mais adocicados ou gourmet, esse é meu tipo de perfume,só não bate o J'adore, provavelmente perfume que mais gosto até hoje, inclusive o novo J'adore que é muito parecido com o EDP meu queridinho!!!

Clean floral, versatile. I can smell fresh pear, but it is not listed as a note. The camomile comes through clearly. I still wear it, I don’t think it’s dated. It was quite popular in the 2000s, so I didn’t get it on purpose. The last time I smelled it on somebody was 10 years ago, so I went out and bought it. For me, the reformulation didn’t change the very essence of the perfume, it smells as I remember it from decades ago.

This scent feels like a hug from your mom in 1999. The Cranberries are playing, it’s springtime, you just got home from school and are excited to pour some lemonade and look through the new American Girl Doll catalog that arrived with the days mail. Sweet, soft, and sparkling with floral lightness, this perfume is a time capsule for anyone who grew up in the glow of Lisa Frank folders. Sweet 90s nostalgia in a bottle. 🌸🪻🌺🪷🌷🌹

It is perfection in a bottle. So uplifting, fresh and delicate. I can smell the most some flowers, lotus, rose, freesia, dewy and fresh and also calming, chamomile, a hint of spiciness from ginger and the drydown is light wood, but more like light ambery touch. The version before the reformulation was better, smoother and longer lasting, but still it is one of the best fresh floral scent.

This is so lovely. :) It's like being enveloped in a soft, peachy mist at sunrise. I feel peacefully content while reflecting about all the beautiful experiences, things, and people in my life. Lots of gratitude and hope for whatever the day awaits. The song that comes to mind is "I Love You Always Forever" by Donna Lewis. One of my favorites!

I've been wearing this for years as a go to day time fragrance for mid-late autumn and through the winter... it's pretty and feminine. I think I'm onto my last bottle though, as I'd like a more complex rose fragrance for the cooler weather now... until then I'll enjoy the last or my Romance <3

I have loved Romance forever and have always had a bottle for the past 20 plus years. I love it for everyday wear, it's light and unique. I have had many compliments over the years from strangers asking what perfume I'm wearing. Just delightful.

Vintage bottle. The top notes have gone off a bit, but the mid and base notes are still good. Romance is such a good late 90’s fragrance. Fresh, not too squeaky clean, and wearable without being boring. Slightly like Tommy Girl in a way.

smells like a hotel lobby or the complimentary mini shampoos you get. i really liked this! it's not TOO floral-y, despite being all floral, and i'll wear this in the spring. kinda reminds me of my grandma but she smelled good

This scent is a stunning expensive smelling classic that lends itself perfectly to a well rounded collection. This smells like a spring wedding, sheer, clean, sexy and a lovely break from all the sweet gourmand scents.

It’s first spritz is flowery, strong, plasticky, sweet and nostalgic. Not sweet like a gourmand flavor but sweet and tough like gen x/ millennium mixed with 80s prep. This dries down to a sweet powder musk.

Love this one except ill never buy it as I just buy next's just pink 💗 it's exactly the same to me but £16 for 100mls and a body wash #nobrainer I like this scent for spring and summer day wear.

My very first designer fragrance, I still adore it, and probably always will! And it isn’t just fresh and pretty, it has a complexity to it that makes it interesting many years later.

Fresh and floral, sophisticated and light. Just... clean and classy in my opinion but also, the girl next door. What a safe choice, this fragrance is for anyone.

First spray is horrible but the dry down is the complete opposite, so beautiful with the white violet , wow...graceful and stunning

birthday gift!!!! immediate review more or less. its a little on the sweet side for me especially straight from the vaporizer, smells very .... just strongly! pungent but not in the negatively connotated way of being funky but just. strong. almost citric always floral. but im super surprised by the notes & the comments ive skimmed — for starters immediately after it settles on skin the nigh citric smell stops. interacted w my skin chemistry and changed wildly within the first four minutes... while overly sweet perfumes are not my thing it feels like something kind of Fancy Classy Girly and i think ill be using for special occasions like something formal maybe since its a strong smell at first. three diff ppl tried it on out of the box and its interesting how it smells on other people! it everyone all got jasmine from it including me..? im not great with smells but jasmine sounds right to describe what we smelled, especially since i recently got a victorias secret lotion and body/hair mist set thats of blue jasmine and water lily and this feels like that but more complex and heady obviously, but this perfume felt familiar since it seemed jasmine-y. shocked to see its not a note! on my skin its gone soft and is powdery, but not overly so anymore. its very soft and gentle, and i like it :-) feels again more like for fancy special occasions since i dont tend to wear expensive smelling stuff but the name is sweet. super shocked to see ppl saying its cinnamony and masculine???? dude i wish. at the moment i alllllmost smell rose if i consciously try to imagine it as that but its like. not annoying the way rose-smelling stuff irritates the hell out of me (as it seems to be with most perfumes, admittedly). just smells soft and clean not in the cleaning chemical way but an inoffensive warm ish floral kind of clean? baby powdery? idk the exact price for this but im gonna assume that its unnecessarily expensive, but still a lovely lovely smell. again uhhhh. floral and not in the nigh citric way but not like the hermanas from the iglesia or anything. double again, i still cant wrap my head around the idea people think this smells masculine in any way or anything other than super femininely floral (i think the 'headiness' is the musk listed? but idk. im not well versed in smells due to my intolerance to many perfumes being headache-inducing and making my eyes tired and dry), perhaps baby powdery on some people or more floral and complex on others, but maybe this perspective is because only a small assortment of spics smelled and tested it 🤷🏻♀️ okok. jokes aside this is pretty cool. i can see this in its warmed up soft powdery state being something lovely to wear at night to sleep in. rambling stream of consciousness DONE

Romance was my signature scent in the early 2000's when I was in my mid/late twenties. At the time I found it very feminine and classy. I finished my last bottle a few years ago, and I had probably purchased it at least five years before that. The current formulation is very weak and missing the fullness and body I remember from older formulations. The overall fragrance is the same; citrus/rose opening with a musky/slightly woody base. But I find the rose is more soapy in the current formulation and the woods are almost non existant in the base while the citrus opening is much more sharp. The florals in the mid feel much more present now. The performance is now pretty bad. There is minimal to no sillage after the first 30 minutes and only lasts for about three hours and is very subtle the entire time. Overspraying it just brings out the harshness that is present in the beginning and doesn't really help the longevity. I does help the projection, but the harshness becomes so unpleasant it is obnoxious. Romance remains a feminine fragrance, but I think it is seen as more mature than it once was since I often hear it referred to as a mom or aunt fragrance. Likely because a number of moms and aunts have been wearing it for 20 years. I find it most suited to spring time, but it would be suitable to anyone wanting a subtle daytime fragrance any time of year. Earlier this year I sampled and purchased the newly released Romance Parfum. It smells how the Romance of my memory smells. So the small bottle of the current EDP I bought because of nostalgia, will get very little wear. When I feel nostalgic for a scent from my youth, I will likely wear the Parfum since it evokes that feeling much more than the EDP.

A very clean scent, like fresh out of the shower, moisturizing body wash, soapy clean with fresh laundry waiting for you to put on. The rose is not sharp, screechy, one note, old, or grandmotherly. It's light, gentle, and soft all at the same time. It's how I wish pink roses smelled. Perfect for the office, like a crisp white button-down, perfectly ironed and tailored. I don't pick up the spiciness of ginger, the medicinal herbal notes of chamomile, or punchy lemon, but there is a zip to it that feels refreshing and bright. It's an inoffensive floral that doesn't last too long on the skin, maybe a few hours. But on clothes? It lasts all day long, and on scarves and coats it can last for days on end. I could see this as a "Meeting the Parents", "Presenting the Big Project" perfume pick, and as an everyday fragrance. It doesn't smell any different from when freshly applied as time goes on. It just gets softer and softer as it fades. This is my rose perfume for when I want something classy, professional, without being boring or predictable. Ideal for Spring and Summer, but you can wear it year round. The bottle is classic, iconic, sturdy and the perfume liquid is clear. It can stay in your display's rotation no matter the aesthetic. Any age can wear this, and a little goes a long way. It's a safe blind buy and gift and could be layered with softer scents like vanilla and shea!

Romance is simple throughout - from the bottle's design to the fragrance itself. While I appreciate the sturdiness of the cap (every girl wearing Romance is a true Ralph Lauren girl - probably throwing the fragrance in her bag without a care) the reflective material on the cap takes away from its classy design. Not sure what it is, but the sight of it feels cheap. Speaking of cheap, when I'd originally received the fragrance as a gift, its synthetic scent put me off, giving me a headache. I decided it best for hot weather, worn lightly. I've been wearing Romance since late May and expect it to last until mid August. I'd expect the 3.4 ounce bottle to last long, however the atomizer is generous and you'll quickly notice usage. The compliments were sparing, and while I didn't expect her to give the impression of a cologne, my sister let me know I smelled "like a guy". I expect this is due to the lemon and patchouli. I don't mind this, and find the fragrance to feel clean and unisex overall. While I'd pass on buying this for myself (I'm looking for a stunning bottle design and less of a synthetic smell), this is the perfect fragrance for anyone looking for a slightly floral, clean scent to wear to pilates, running errands, the lake... she is far from offensive. Perfect for weather between 85-110 degrees. A summer must have if you're a girl on the go looking to feel feminine.

I haven't smelled Romance before today, but it is a pleasant, feminine fresh floral scent, very noughties in style. Generic but nicely-composed, it is an easy reach for spring/summer. Romance opens with a bright citrus accord alongside slightly aquatic florals. Green, dewy and fairly realistic, it is a pleasant, fresh opening. Peony-like rose becomes quite prominent early on, sweet and dewy. The spicy notes add an aromatic edge - the freshly-chopped ginger note in particular comes to the fore as it develops. Watery freesia - a note I particularly associate with floral-fruities of this era - emerges, complementing the peony nicely. While this kind of thing isn't typically to my taste, here it is nicely done. The florals become more powdery as it develops, with soft, green-tinged violet emerging, set off beautifully by the transparent, dewy white florals in the background (some combination of lotus/lily/freesia etc.). The carnation is very subtle, adding a hint of spice - a progression from the ginger of the opening. Earthy patchouli emerges as it dries down, a logical progression. It becomes musky and softly woody as it fades. Sillage and longevity are moderate. A pretty, pleasant fresh floral scent, this is a lovely, if unmemorable feminine scent. Immensely likeable, it has mass appeal in the best way. Fuss-free elegance. 3.5/5.

Finally gave this one a test and I liked it. I think that Harry Fremont did a wonderful job of blending notes that might have been discordant in less expert hands. It's an interesting fragrance that constantly changes throughout its evolution.The opening was my least favorite part. It took a good half hour or so for me to begin to enjoy the scent and it kept on evolving throughout the drydown. I don't get the comparisons to Pleasures by the way. Yes, both read somewhat fresh, but the latter is coolly green whereas Romance is warmer with a spicy undercurrent. I also like the fact that Romance does not smell "chemical-y" or synthetic, and I don't find any of its facets overly predominant or aggressive. I don't think I will be purchasing a bottle of this though, simply because it's quite pricey where I live and there are other scents, higher on my list, that I am saving up for. All in all, I don't find Romance to be a particularly distinctive fragrance, but it's a really well executed exemplar of its genre nonetheless. I would be thrilled to receive this as a gift and would wear it happily. I think it's a pretty safe blind buy or gift for fresh floral lovers. Edit - 17/4/23 tried this again and found it just a tad too soapy now in the warmer weather.

Like so many other reviewers, I absolutely LOVED this fragrance in the late 90s! Like so much that I bought fake dupe oils of it on the street before I could afford a bottle. There was just something it that pulled people in. It absolutely screamed “romance.” I remember wearing it so much that I was just done with it, and I feel like that about so many of my first perfumes. As I read these reviews I can remember exactly how it smelled. While it’s not something I’d wear daily, I wish I had a bottle of the old formulation to keep for special occasions. I could imagine wearing this as a bride or even on a date as dated as it may be and out of alignment with the darker, spicier or sweeter scents on the perfumery circuit today. I can’t believe I’m saying this because I’ve become such a perfume snob that I almost felt an aversion to revisit this fragrance memory, but I’m glad that I did. It’s really a shame that the reformulation doesn’t work. I haven’t smelled it. I feel like that is the case for so many scents that remind me of my youth, and it’s so devastating !!

Romance was my signature scent from my early 20s (1999-2005). It was wildly popular in the late 1990s to early 2000s and used to be of better quality then. This was the first perfume that I ever smelled that gave me the same euphoria as falling in love. Maison Francis Kurkdijan "Feminin Pluriel" smells almost like a dupe of the original Romance. I was gifted a bottle of Romance as a gift in 2018 and it was clearly reformulated and smelled like a metallic, synthetic shell of the beauty it once was. If you want to see what the initial love was about, go try MFK Feminin Pluriel, which has better longevity than Romance ever did. Romance opened with a burst of citrus and alcohol, and had a slightly masculine "aftershave" vibe when first applied. It's the fragrance version of a woman wearing her boyfriend's white button-down shirt. The drydown brought out all the white flowers, rose and musk and had a creamy, warm and comforting feel to it. Both FP and original Romance are clean soapy floral musks, elegant and sensually seductive, not animalistic at all.

This perfume is a good friend of mine signature scent. She moved away some years ago so I don't see her as often as I would like. I was in ULTA today picking up some things, I've been there a lot lately just enjoying being back in the world since COVID. I hadn't smelled this in quite a few years. In the late 90's early 2000's you smelled RL Romance everywhere and I really grew tired of it and didn't like it. But now that I am smelling it again it reminds me of my friend and it makes me smile. We had some good times back then. This starts off very clean w/ sharp and soapy lemon, then a very bright freesia shows up and steals the show, she is the star in this perfume. Ginger and lily spice things up a bit in the heart but this perfume isn't spicy, just a bit warm. It keeps the violet and carnation from becoming to cold when they come out to play. This is a very soapy perfume, clean, a bit stark at times and not my taste but I am appreciating it more as the years go by.... Would like to smell it on young women again...
