Padma

I found this at my local hippie store and fell in love with it. It is very spicy and floral. I am admittedly confused by anybody who says that this fragrance does not have hang time. I frequently "water this down" with JHAG Not a Perfume as not to offend. I've also received compliments from numerous Lyft drivers and men who have told me that they love that their beds smell like me. Obviously, everyone has different chemistry and people can go nose blind. But for me it has one of the strongest hang times out of my collection. I will never be without it.

I started wearing this stuff when I was thirteen- I found it in a local hippie store and was immediately hooked. I love it and so does my boyfriend (and the boyfriend before him and so on.) Very heady, a little incense-y. Jasmine notes are strong. I will say this stuff does not stick for SHIT (wears off after about an hour) which is why I'm trying to switch over after ten years wearing it. It lasts forever on the shelf, but once it's on you, it's gone. If anyone has recommendations, please do let me know!

I was very impressed by this one when I was sniffing around one of those hippy spirituality shops haha. Most of the stuff at such stores is not good (dollar store type incense sticks, etc) but this one specific scent was good enough I bought it. Wonderful florals, a clove note, and a raspberry type note as well. Very pretty, unisex and good projection. Kind of like a fruity, spicy, rose scent.

I received Padma and Prema for Christmas. Padma is interesting. It is a booming, spicy, earthy scent in which softer, cleaner scents orbit. Clove is the dominating body with satellites of floral rose and jasmine. What I also find interesting is, unlike perfumes or colognes, the varying fragrant elements in oils sort of hold up on their own in a much stronger way. Although clove is the main note in Padma, there is no mistaking the notes of rose and jasmine. I don't know what lotus smells like so I can't really say how much I smell it in this oil. But there is something, unfamiliar there and I'm certain its the lotus.
