Seemann Intense

I love Rammstein and wanted to get a Rammstein fragrance. I found that there's a "Seemann" fragrance (Seemann is a song from Rammstein about shipping). I really like kind of marine, salty and aquatic fragrances so i bought Seemann got few compliments and was really satisfied with the results. It lasts a long time and isn't that overwhelming so it won't a problem to spray a bit more than usual:). I would give it a 7/10 a 7 only because the opening is kinda bad but then it gets really cool and nice as it settles down.

the opening is perfect. it's bitter grapefruit with cold windy sea accord. i love it. unfortunately, during the summer, this dries down to a celery accord which is kind of strange. so i see it as a winter fragrance. the sillage is also very large, up to 20 feet or 6 metres in warm weather

After the pleasant surprise of the original seemann i made a blind buy with seemann intense. Im not disappointed but not super-happy with it. The original is definitely more unique, polarizing and challenging. The intense version is more customer friendly, easy to wear but less unique and inspired. There is no fish-sand-algae combo here, the opening has a nice grapefruit, then the ozonic vibe is mixed with soft floral notes. Nice blend but nothing to be excited. The original dna is included but toned down, so much to be very soft. The new one is called intense but on my skin the og is far more superior in terms of longevity, projection and ..compliments. seemann intense is bright and happy like a beach party, in the same vibe of the videoclip "mein land" of the band. So, good scent but i was expecting more from it. Ho preso seemann intense dopo l'ottima riuscita dell'originale. Meno pesce e alghe qui, le note marine sono mixate con l'apertura agrumata e lievi note floreali. La versione standard è più originale e performante, questo è un buon profumo estivo gradevole ma niente di eccezionale. Mi ricorda il videoclip "mein land" della band, quindi non è da buttare... Surprisingly, kind of a "niche" crowd pleaser! A very marine, salty, scent. It shares distant relative DNA of a clean "crowdpleaser mens cologne" - your YSL, Sauvages, Chanel bleu, etc that attack your nose buds from a mile away. Except this frag got exiled from the family for smelling too much like an actual gust of wind by the sea, and now hangs out with Megamare by Orto Parisi. There's a little touch of citrus, but it's meshing with the salt and just smelling very "piercing" for a lack of a better word, the ambergris is coming through with a subtle muskiness, that I personally find enjoyable, cause it takes the edge off a little. Really wearable especially for the summer, but oh my god it is strong, don't overspray this! And insane value for money.

Rammstein making better fragrances with better performance overall than many niche houses... I bet that this one won't disappoint either.
