Black Cube

I got a sample of this yesterday. I sprayed it on around 4 in the afternoon and I must say the first 15-20 minutes is a bit confronting for my liking... its not bad but its just something I don’t find attractive.. it smells similar to Amouage’s “Epic Man”.. has the same “Lueko Tape Bandage” smell to it as I find Epic man has. But I will say that the bandage smell with Black cube is much less intrusive than what you get with Epic Man.. does anyone else get this?.. The same smell of strapping tape that used to strap sportsperson’s ankles etc!!.. i swear there is something in Epic Man and this that smells exactly like that!.. is it something to do with the oud?.. But then after 15-20minutes on my skin that bandage smell fades and makes way for the main scent that this perfume becomes for the rest of its life on the skin.. which is an absolutely awesome smokey incense with spices, and woods and a background of dried fruits and masculine floral notes even further behind that.. it really does smell amazing. I sprayed it on again today (about 8 hours ago now).. 4 sprays from a 2ml sample spray bottle so these probably weren’t the size of dose you’d get from a normal bottle atomiser.. 8 hours later i’m still getting good wafts of it.. its funny, on my skin its one of those perfumes that you dont constantly notice but every 10-15 minutes you get a whiff of it if that makes sense.. i dont know that the sillage is large at all but on my skin so far i’m definately getting longevity.. 8 hours now and its definately still lingering around, hasnt turned into just a skin scent at all.. Is it worth the price tag?.. It smells like something you’d expect a billionaire to smell of!.. its definately blended to perfection.. look, its probably one of the best perfumes I’ve ever smelt so far.. top 5 for me.. The smokey incense is the best i’ve ever smelt, just really smooth. Would I buy a full bottle?... at this point I’m gonna use this 2mls up over the next couple of days and see what else I discover but I’ve got a feeling already that I have to have a bottle of this in my collection..

Pink peppr and amber notes within nutmeg and incense made this fragrance titrate too strong, benzoen, musk and sandalwood create a nice, balanced fragrance that can be enjoyed by many. very pleasant scent, The smell of gentleman. Thank you "Ramon Molvizar"

A man in a black Tom Ford suit in a lobby of a posh Dubai hotel :) On my skin Black Cube is a unisex fragrance on the masculine side. The most prominent notes on me are lavender, amber, fruits and incense, with hints of oud. Like all Molvizar's fragrances, this also is very well blended, balanced and chic. I also find it as a classic scent, that would be appreaciated by men, who like sweet balsamic classic fragrances. The lasting power and sillage are moderate on me. P.S. There are tiny silver particles in the juice. Keep that in mind when spraying it on the clothes, especially dark ones.

Black Cube is one of the smoothest takes on frankincense I’ve tried. If you’re expecting something dark, smoky, or challenging, this isn’t it. It is refined to the point where I can’t help but appreciate how polite it is. The opening is a soft blend of pink pepper and nutmeg, with a hint of mandarin and lavender, but nothing really pops. The heart is where it shines with clean incense, polished woods, and a subtle floral touch. It never gets deep or dramatic. This is incense with very smooth edges. The drydown is all about creamy woods, soft musk, and a warm amber sweetness.

This should have been called F*****g Fabulous! I swapped it this week, and wow I am so overwhelmed by the smell! It is in the same vein as Gucci Pour Homme I, and maybe a little bit less edgy. Such a great incense fragrance, with the perfect balance of sweetness, woods and spices. Sure it is very price for 50ml, but the bottled, presentation and especially the juice inside is worth it. A masterpiece for sure
