Fattan

"TERRE" THE RASASI WAY In the "Urban English" dictionary, "Fattan" stands for an "awesome person". This name fits "Fattan pour Homme" very well, as this perfume is nothing less than an awesome perfume for awesome people! This is a deep and earthy fragrance. You have to open the nostrils to get the full effect of this magnificent note blending. A quick or a shallow whiff will not do it the correct justice. In my imagination, this is what a man should smell like: fresh, clean, slightly bitter, earthy, slightly spicy, sophisticated, classy, serious, grown-up, mature, and masculine. At least that's the short version of my wife's opinion. Probably Fattan will help me to keep up with her standards. It's a classical and versatile fragrance but in an extraordinarily good way! In summary, it's a very "gentlemanly" cologne with an overall feeling of an even balance for smartness and sophistication. The fragrance general scent is very natural, too natural maybe when you expect some synthetic odours. It might be made with synthetic ingredients too, but it really stands out as something pure and clean; actually clean and dirty at the same time. It opens with citrus notes - grapefruit and bergamot at their best - and some pink pepper. The grapefruit note seems to be of great quality in this perfume and makes its way to a citrusy patchouli later evolution. With the heart notes, I pick the already mentioned patchouli and a combo of cedar, vetiver and flowers. The transition to the earthy, soil-like and warm heart, is as smooth as a gentle breeze. The bottom notes suggest a very balsamic amber and benzoin darkened by oak moss. Its dry down is pure pleasure. Fattan is perfect for all seasons. Due to its opening fresh notes, it's quite adequate for warm days. It handles the colder weather with a dry down balanced by the slightly sweeter, resinous, vetiver and mossy scents. Think of an almost dirty, bitter, grapefruit rind citrus mixed with woods, fougéres and spices. It's not openly sweet, which is rare for a citrus scent. It lasts a long time and it can be worn in all seasons. My amazement with this fragrance, besides its incredible scent, is to be a citrus cologne proper for Autumn and Winter. Most citrus scents are relegated to warm weather but this one is actually nicer with cooler temperatures. Its good performance will help you fight a colder early Spring, a windy Fall or a sunny Winter day. In my opinion, Fattan works the best during Fall and Spring, the sun setting and sundown scenarios, late evenings and maybe with a chilly touch of wind. Even if you consider this perfume as a semi-fresh citrus-based fragrance, you still get great performance with 8 hours+ longevity, 6 feet+ sillage and 2.0 hours of solid projection. Surrounding people will notice you for sure! The woodsy notes and the natural dark and dirty citrus peel note gives you a brilliant background that makes you smell distinguished and feels happy, comfortable and elegant all day and night. Although I have not been able to unveil any technical pieces of information, Fattam seems to have an EDP concentration as "Eau de Parfum" is written in the simple cardboard box. Most of the words are written in Arabic and, as such, are an enigma to me. It is only natural that you compare this fragrance with "Terre d'Hermès" EDP, as the two perfumes resemble a lot. I discard "Terre d'Hermès" EDT as I miss its famous flint note in "Fattan", After searching for different sources of information (nothing is mentioned on the Rasasi site) I decided to elect the following notes as the correct ones: Top notes - Pink Pepper, Grapefruit and Bergamot Heart notes - Patchouli, Cedar Wood, Lily Of The Valley and Vetiver Base notes - Benzoin, Oakmoss and Amber Let's see if the math scoring is kind to Fattan: ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ Scent Opening: 9.0 (my judgement) Scent Dry Down: 9.0 (my judgement) Longevity: 8.0 (3 good sprays may last 8+ hours) Sillage: 7,5 (6 feet at its peak with just 3 sprays and a bit more than 2 hours projection) Uniqueness: 7.0 (its enormous similarity with Terre d'Hermés Parfum is more than obvious, with the sole exception of the price, flask and juice colour; it beats by a fair margin other look-alikes as "Red Vetiver", "Derby Club House Belmont", "Citrus & Wood", "Cuir Vétiver"...) If you are looking for a very alluring, compliments magnet, super versatile, all-weather fragrance and with a fantastic price, I don't remember any as good as this one. It only misses a designer name from Paris or Milan and a Lalique flask. There are lots of to-the-point and very precise descriptions of Fattan below here, so I will try to be a bit more fleeting and describe something that was made very clear to me once I tried it. Having worked as a sommelier many years ago (albeit uncertified) I found that in 80-95% of the cases, you could reach a general agreement with the customers as to the basic characteristics of what any wine smelled and tasted of. Among colleagues, we would find mostly the same, precise words nearly 100% of the time. Perfume however, is really different, at least when you look at sites like this one. It's personal. I think it is quite similar to the way you listen to your own voice and it sounds completely different to what you expect from living with a constant perception of what it sounds like every day since you were born. So any given perfume is not quite the same perfume to the next guy as it was to you: One thing is how we differ genetically (some people get harsh and repulsive soapiness from coriander/cilantro for well understood genetic reasons, for example), but the other thing is our very own skin chemistry. Together these factors makes the idea of "objective" reviews of perfume ludicrous. And yet we (mostly) try our best, because we all wish to be understood and to get recognition. * With Terre d'Hermès EDT I had my first revelation of how perfume can work idiosyncratically. A few years ago, I was highly recommended it from a person very close to me, someone I have known for ages. We have shared many a wine bottle through the years, and we have passionately shared our experiences. And we have so, so often agreed, I would say around 90% of the times at least, that we both feel we can sincerely agree on many a detail. But not on TdH EDT. Where other describe the rounded, slightly smoky qualities of flint (a note me and my friend have shared at least a dozen times concerning wine bottles), I only got acrid shist, like when you remove a layer of constantly damp moss and break up the shist you found underneath it. Not something everyone has experienced, but I can assure you that apart from being a mineral smell, it has nothing to do with flint. I did not quite understand, and I felt compelled to try, try and try. I thought it was a simple question of acquired taste. But it wasn't and still isn't. After trying to accommodate it for several years, I ended up selling the remaining fifth of my 100ml bottle. In addition to the mineral notes, the vetiver was not vetiver but rather a rubbery vague imitation of it, much like what you get when column still distillation of sugar cane has failed in the very cheapest, worst of French Rhum agricole (I love the good ones). Even the citrus was slightly off-putting, a bit like harsh orange candies from yesteryear's forgotten tin of sweets residing in your cupboard. Fattan made me forget about all that. After 30 seconds slightly harsh alcohol vapours, it was nearly exactly like Terre d'Hermès without all those off-putting connotations that sort of transformed probably brilliant design ideas into lacklustre performance with the memories from the worst examples of vulgarisation of classic perfumery into synthetic, mass produced shower gels in the late 1980s coming to mind. It made me smile, because it was like I could "understand" TdH for the first time. True, the citric qualities are quite ephemeral in Fattan as several mention, in addition the mentioned flint that is missing. Rather, Fattan is leaning "green" (by coincidence I have spent several hours comparing it to Chanel's Paris Edimbourg and similarities are striking although not quite comparable). So go ahead and try it if you 1) Want to try and own a bottle ofTdH but you find the price off-putting; 2) you have already tried TdH, but did not quite like it or 3) want to try a vetiver scent that has absolutely no barbershop or Guerlain Vertiver vibes. This also the kind of fragrance that has no seasons and does not know the clock. It could work in every situation, just as long as you are self confident and conscious about what impression you wish to make.

Short version: Rasasi Fattan: A Masterclass in Structural Mimicry Rating: 9/10 Let's not waste time on the superficial clone debate. The conversation around Fattan and Terre d'Hermès is only interesting if you understand what you're actually smelling. Fattan isn't a copy; it's a brilliant structural analogue. It achieves its effect by leveraging a similar, and arguably just as effective, skeleton of key modern aromachemicals. The opening is a clear statement of intent. That sharp, almost abrasive burst of bergamot isn't just citrus; it's a calculated contrast against the damp, earthy core. The patchouli here is stripped of its hippie connotations, cleaned up with molecules like Clearwood to highlight its rooty, wet-soil aspects. This isn't a naturalistic composition; it's a modern aromatic construct. The heart is where the genius lies. The signature "flint on wet stone" accord, the soul of the DNA it references, is a textbook use of Norlimbanol. They've calibrated it perfectly here—enough to provide that signature woody-dry, mineralic spine, but restrained enough to avoid the screechy metallic edge that plagues cheaper attempts. It's paired with a vetiver that feels built from Vetiveryl Acetate for its clean, rooty persistence, rather than the smoky depth of the full essential oil. This is a choice for wearability and clarity. The base is a stable, musky-woody foundation. The tobacco note is an illusion, likely a clever blend of the coumarinic sweetness from tonka and some dry, leafy absolutes or their synthetic counterparts. It sits on a bed of Iso E Super and musks, providing the signature "your skin but better" diffusion and tenacity that lasts a solid 8 hours. The Bottom Line: Rasasi Fattan is a fragrance for those who understand how perfumery works in the 21st century. It demonstrates that the character of a masterpiece isn't in its name or its price tag, but in the intelligent deployment of its molecular architecture. It's a reference-point fragrance for students of the craft and a daily driver for connoisseurs who value performance and profile over pedigree. An undeniable triumph of analytical perfumery.

Got it 3 weeks ago for about EUR15, which is excellent! Left it for maceration for 7-10 days and now I have had fairly good wears and an image to share of this great piece which I got for the upcoming spring season. For the price, this is an excellent perfume (not the best value for money as that spot is still taken by another Rasasi - Dareej which is 100ml and cost me the same). As a fragrance, this is strikingly similar to TDH edp and it would be quite difficult to distinguish between them even for a seasoned nose. The opening is synthetic sure but I love the way it develops throughout. The notes are true, also I find the amber and benzoin to be a little more prominent in dry-down which makes it a little sweeter than TDH to my nose, but I reckon this makes it more pleasing and mass appealing; all in all it smells earthy and pleasant and refreshing in an unorthodox manner - love it! The performance seemed average at first but after maceration I get a solid full work-day longevity with good projection for 2-3 hours. On skin it lasts for 6-7 hours and on clothes I can detect this on myself throughout the entire day with pleasant whiffs time to time. It is not beast mode for sure - I do not detect this on clothes the next day easily but the performance for the price is great! Presentation is fairly good, box is nothing special and the bottle seems solid; however, the cap is horrible and requires a conscious effort to align and click in place. Great price - fragrance - performance - versatility, the only nit-picking I could do is the cap and the lack of 100ml option which makes me worry I would burn through the 50ml rather quickly.

One of the best dollar-per-dollar recommendations out there. I've been enjoying this stuff for quite a while now. Fattan is both an extremely compelling value proposition, and an across-the-board upgrade to TdH. To me Fattan is a fantastic and masculine standalone fragrance, with or without need for comparison to TDH. To me it is indeed greener as others have noted. I'll add that it's a bit cleaner and more austere. None of the unpleasantness or unnatural smells that I find in TdH. Sharp, masculine, clean, and refined. Fattan is smooth and elegant. Crisp vetiver immediately present, and present throughout. Subtle citrus freshness in the opening pairs well with the sharp pepper, and a luxurious cedar underneath carries this one for 8+ hours on my skin. I'm not a TdH hater, I enjoy the stuff, but Fattan just goes so far as to not only make it redundant; but also obsolete. I'm aware I said it can stand on its own two feet, without comparison to TdH, and I'm likewise aware that I spent this review comparing it to TdH. That irony isn't lost on me. I just think TdH is a common and familiar enough benchmark, and the two are so oft-compared in these spaces. With that said, I don't truly think Fattan is a clone; but rather a thorough and all-around improvement. I also think this one has the requisite punch to hold up in the winter, if you're in the mood for it. But it certainly shines brightest in the warmer weather. I'd call this sharp casual, and I think you can wear it in a sharp or a casual scene. Stellar bang for your buck, and as a vetiver lover, this gets my earnest stamp of approval. Well done Rasasi.

Let's not beat around the bush; you are buying this because you want Terre d'Hermes on the cheap. To me, TdH is amongst the all-time hall of fame of extra-masculine designer frags. I have tested TdH EDT and Parfum multiple times, and I find Fattan to be extremely close to the EdT. Parfum is essentially a deeper, richer and more intense iteration of TdH. To my nose, Fattan is essentially TdH EDT, but with the earthy/vetiver notes slightly dialled down and the green notes boosted ever so slightly. This makes Fattan more suitable for properly hot weather, where TdH might be just too earthy to rock and, ironically, easier to pull off. After approx. 15 minutes, when the citrusy/pepper-forward opening subsides to a less dominant intensity, Fattan becomes fairly linear and does not develop much. While this indeed confirms my opinion that Fattan is a bit less nuanced than TdH, I don't really mind because it just smells lovely IMO. Projection, silage and longevity are moderate, similar to TdH EdT. In a way, this reminds me of what Armaf did with Legasi in their attempt to clone Chanel Egoiste Platinum (see my review). However, Fattan is more faithful to the original by comparison. Classy, masculine, versatile, and potentially more universally appreciated than the original. Love it. Oh, and a frag from a Middle Eastern house with a simple, non-tacky and no-BS bottle is always appreciated! I would have preferred a 75-100ml bottle, though... Still, €15-€20 for 50ml is good value for a quality clone in my book; perhaps we are just getting spoiled by some outstanding 100ml- bottle clones in that price range!

The first thing about the fragrance: This must be one of the best dirt cheap fragrances, I believe mine was like 15 € for the 50 ml bottle. Would still be worth it even if the price was much higher. How does it smell like? It smells like fresh cut connifer needles. To me, this might be the most linear fragrance I have ever smelled, which is in this case a good thing, since it doesn't even have an alcohol opening. I don't find it too synthetic, and it actually smells like something you would find from the nature. Does it smell like TdH? At least, not quite like the original EDT. It definitely has the same type of smell, but especially the opening is missing the orange. The base is quite similar. I wouldn't say I could be able to smell the difference, if I got a whiff in the air. Should you buy it? Well, it depeds. If you like the smell of TdH and don't want to spend much money on something like that, then absolutely. I would say this is a good subtitute and worth picking up, especially in case you would only wear it occasionally. I'd describe it as a formal blue fragrance, so there is better alternatives for evenings out. Also, I wouldn't wear it in very high heat due its strenght. I would say this is best suitable for a 30+ years old car salesman or so, as is TdH. I also have one compliment: the cap. It is clear and triangular, so it looks almost that it would fit in any of the three positions, but it only does to one of them, since it's a little bit oblong.

Fattan opens with a synthetic blast that might throw some off for the first 10 minutes—but be patient. Once it settles, you're rewarded with a beautifully green, woody scent that leans toward a lighter, airier version of Terre d’Hermès. Not as rich, but it captures that earthy-citrus DNA in a more affordable, approachable way. The liquid itself is a striking green, and you’ll notice every spray slowly draining your 50ml bottle—but honestly, at around $17, that’s no big deal. Some people dislike the bottle design, but I actually prefer it. I find square bottles like BR540 or Lattafa Khamrah much harder to handle. Fattan shines on cooler summer days, though it might be too complex and heavy for peak heat. If you're after something breezier, something like Al Haramain Aqua Dubai might scratch that fresh-Louis Vuitton-Imagination itch better. But for a more rugged, grounded vibe—Fattan delivers. Projection is beastly. Three sprays leave a proper scent trail. Longevity is hard to gauge—I respray at lunch—but it lasts long enough to leave an impression. The scent takes me back to a European forest with a farm nestled in the middle—earthy, green, comforting. Overall, Fattan is a masculine, memory-evoking fragrance that punches well above its price point. Not something I’d wear daily, but when the mood hits—nothing else will do. Final Rating: 8.5/10 – Excellent value, bold scent, just not an everyday wear.

I am going to voice what most reviewers are saying. Rasasi Fattan is an almost 1 to 1 to edt Terre d'Hermès. Unfortunately, I can't compare it to the edp, because I don't have one to compare them side-by-side. Fattan has this fresh and "in your face" citrus opening, but develops quite quickly into this De-li-ci-ous mix of citrus and spices. I can also get the wonderful hints of vetiver and woods brought up in a matter of minutes. I really LOVE Rasasi Fattan, as it seems to bring fast-forward the much loved and involving drydown of Terre d'Hermès. I think that Terre D'Hermès is a bit slower around its development. I appreciate the triangular tubing shape of the bottle, which gives a good grip, topped with a tenacious transparent cap. The green juice is enticing and very appropriate for the "spirit within". Having only the 50ml/ 1.7oz size is a let down. 😔 I wish there would be a 100ml/ 3.4oz I could buy. But considering the good price, I can get a second bottle and let it rest quietly in the darkness of my closet. The longevity and projection are better than those of Terre d'Hermès eau de toilet. All in all, Rasasi Fattan is a WINNER. Worth every single penny of its affordable price tag. It's a 11 out of 10, absolutely amazing!

Note: Do not judge this on your or any reviewer's first impression. There is a bit of a Dial liquid soap note on a just-opened bottle that will go away with a few week's maturation. Also, this is much more than a TDH clone. To view this only as a clone of TDH does it a great disservice. TDH's signature burnt orange is missing here, replaced by a juicier fresh orange, citral and grapefruit combination. The darker facets of TDH, the light smokiness, are lightened, allowing a gorgeous quince/crabapple-type of scent to stand out. The vetiver is grassier, less earthy. That spicy, juicy but not sweet accord is Fattan's own. If I were forced to give a "smells like" comparison, I would say this is 2 parts TDH EDT, 1 part Baldessarini Ultimate, and 1 part Versace L'Homme with its lemony, peppery influence. And since Ultimate may have been discontinued and TDH is 4x more expensive, this is definitely one to try for under $20 if you like either of those but don't want a straight dupe. Performance is an easy 8 hours, and it keeps changing, always in good ways. And unlike TDH, which for me works best in fall and winter, Fattan can take higher temperatures. If you ARE looking for a TDH dupe, give Fragrance World's Tour de Horse a shot.

It is not often happening that I love a smell, but Fattan is definitely something to fall in love with. It is not TdH, but it is the TdH DNA and this makes it so compeling. Even at the drydown, where usualy sweetness pops and the scent gets powdery, this one stands firm to the woody notes. At first spray, you might say that this is extremely synthetic, but after 10-15 minutes the real deal kicks in and stays there for quite some time. On skin for about 5-6 hours, on fabric for a lot more (on my shirt is over 24 hours). Definitely something different than what is on the market today and hyped a lot by YouTubers (you should never listen to those guys...just FYI). It is like a calm breeze of spring nature mixed with gentle sunrays through a dense forest. It is not a safe blind buy as a lot of people might not be hooked by the TdH DNA, but for the price you lose nothing. It is very cheap and it is only 50ml, but very good 50mls. Maybe not for every occasion, though as for some people might be "offensive" as it is different from the established brands. Nevertheless it is not a room filler. Kudos for Rasasi and Lattafa that are trying to bring more lesser known fragrance DNAs. Not everyone has 300$+ to spend for a perfume...

Comparing this to Alhambra's Toro - i actually prefer this one. This one has gotten me more unsolicited COMMENTS - not necessarily compliments, than Toro. People have commented what this smell is, and if i enjoy smelling like it. I personally love this and kind of love Toro, as I have a tendency to enjoy intense, daring and opulent scents over the slightly more ''friendly'' and mass appealing scents, which i consider Toro leaning closer to. They are the same scent basically, but Fattan is more intense on the vetiver and the lemon included, which is pretty synthetically intense in the opening of the scent - not to be enjoyed by the masses, nor necessarily me for that matter. But 10 minutes later, and it is just amazing. Classy, masculine, green yet ''sharp'' scent in a very good way. Very good quality in the drydown with very good performance. Terre d'Hermes Parfum KILLER for the pricetag - i got mine for about 12 euros. BUT - not everyone will enjoy this kind of scent. So if you worry about the opinions of the masses, i suggest you steer away from this.

This is lovely.. TDH is one of my favorite scent profiles out there. I have the Parfum and the Maison Alhambra clone, Toro Pour Homme. This is somewhere in between those two, but definitely outclasses Toro. It has a richness closer to real TDH. It's also doing its own thing to some extent. I wore it for my girlfriend and asked her what she thought I was wearing and she immediately said Hermès.. The bottle is sorta cheap but has a decent spray, and I like the green juice. Colored juice is always intriguing. It's quite oily on the skin and if you rub it between your fingers you can tell. That's actually nice, I feel like it's powerful stuff. Don't put it on your white shirts though. I own a 6.7 oz of TDH Parfum so I'm not really hurting for a replacement, but I wanted to smell this and I'll definitely use it when I don't feel like spraying the luxury stuff. Nobody's gonna know or care whether you're wearing TDH or Fattan, and even Toro was a compliment getter when I was wearing that. I'm happy to have this in my arsenal.

One of, if not, THE best fragrance purchases I ever made. No need for a long review with this one. It's absolutely a perfect copy of TDH Parfum (not the edt or intense vetiver) with, get this - BETTER performance all around. Maybe a tad brighter in the mid as the orange comes off more like a lime, but it's essentially the same. Careful with the opening though. It's kinda harsh, chemically, and can take about 10 minutes to settle. In fact, my original thought when I first sprayed it was, "ok...this smells exactly like Zara's Norrland." But where Norrland goes in the sour grapefruit direction losing steam all the while, Fattan balances out perfectly and charges like Batman outta Gotham hell. Projection? POW!! Longevity? SOCK!! Price? BIFF!! Still don't know what biff means, but hey, you get the picture. To the bat mobile! Scent - 9.5/10 Longevity - 8.5/10 Projection - 9/10 Overall - 9.5/10 Nana nana nana nana Fat-tan!!

Good in the air, a great illusion. Horrid up close but overall I do love this, has a nice niche woody earthy citrus smell, worth every penny up to £50. Will update on longevity and sillage. *strong and long lasting. This eventually dried down to a nice soapy fresh versatile scent that reminds me of Prada Luna rossa carbon, yet carbon makes me feel sick for some reason, like it’s too metallic and too pervasive, this is just right and it’s resorted my faith in this fragrance style. People aren’t wrong about the opening here it’s rank, well part of it, it is also has a dead nice woody niche smell other than a horrible bitter citrus. Overall great value for money. Not the earth I expected but nice clean soap. *this settled a bit and is now even smoother throughout. A great purchase!

People are complaining about the bottle, saying its the worst ever. Apparently you haven't got your hands on Detoir Noir. Now thats the worst bottle design in history. Fattan is TdH, well not really but kinda. It's smoother than the OG, but is more herbal. Especially in the opening. It smells similar but I don't get that orange and flint blast, this time its more lemon, but a bitter lemon. Performance is exceptional for $20 for 75ml. Is this 1 for 1? Not at all. TdH is far superior to this, however if the OG is your daily wear or signature fragrance, Fattan is a good pick-up for you. Honestly I don't think the normal person is going to know whether your fragrance is the OG or Fattan, to a fraghead yes, you can tell for sure. Fattan will help stretch Terre d'Hermes.

#400 in my "Tour de Fragrance" Right off the bat I like this way better than TDH/TDH Vetiver. By now anyone reading my reviews knows I love vetiver, moss and patchouli. This is an improvement on TDH Vetiver, huge improvement over TF Grey Vetiver. If you love vetiver, and I do, this is the frag to get. And at $30 versus Terre de Hermes Vetiver Intense at $80 and up, the much less fragrant TF Grey Vetiver at $140, this is absolutely the best smelling vetiver scent at the best price, a safe blind buy and a no brainer like few out there. This is fragrant, legit EDP strength, doesn't get more versatile and office safe than a vetiver frag, while still being a cozy, cuddly and inviting scent. This is on my shelf for the long haul.

The most underrated Rasasi there is. This is a rich and refined version of Terre D'Hermes. I have almost finished a bottle of TDH and I can say with the upmost certainty, that Rasasi Fattan is an amazing clone, maybe even better than TDH. It literally blew me away when I first sprayed it and I don't think I stopped sniffing my hand for hours after. It lasts forever and even lasted after I had took a shower!!! If you can find this for $25 or $30 I would get it!!! I think it is being discontinued but not sure. Not many reviews on youtube for this one. If you don't like the Earthy Orange smell then this is not for you. Get your nose on it quick! 8.5 out of 10. It lasts forever, projects great, and smells amazing!

Rasasi Fattan is my secret weapon to smell like old money on an Oliver Twist budget. It’s basically Terre d’Hermès’ younger brother who skipped the Paris boarding school but still shows up sharp. The moment I smelled it, I was hooked. Spray it on during a hot, humid day, and boom- The bright bitter orange hits you like a triple espresso on a Monday morning. The vetiver and cedarwood give it that earthy, dry, no-nonsense vibe like a well-dressed man who means business. Performance? Not bad! It usually lasts 6- 8 hours on clothes. In short, bitter orange and vetiver done so well, it fakes a designer label better than I fake confidence in meetings.

Honestly, for the price (about 15euros in Europe) this is one of the best bang for your buck fragrance money can buy. Opening, for about 10mins, is screechy and horrible. After that, you get the Terre d'Hermès dna , I would say 90+% similar (earthy orange, vertiver masculin scent. If you want to split hairs : Fattan is a little bit greener and a tiny tiny bit fresher than Terre d'Hermès in the dry down, but in the air, barely noticable. If you like Terre d'Hermès this is a must buy as a rotation fragrance with the OG. Longevity is pretty solid 7+hours with a very good scent trail. All year round, signature scent worthy.

Citrus and pepper on top of ambery woods. It's really nice and ultra versatile. Great in warm weather! The cedar base is toned down by the amber, while the citrus top is nicely balanced by the pink pepper. Very pleasing and decent projection and lasting power at 6 hrs on a hot day. Rasasi has not let me down and I definitely recommend this. Comparisons? Sure, TdH is much more orangey, peppery and rich. This is lighter and crisper. Frank Olivier Black Touch is a bit darker, damper and smokier on the vetiver, however, this has better development and is more interesting to me from citrus top to woody base.

This is basically Encre Noire×Polo green with added citrus and I'm here for it. Granted the bottle is brand new and so the synthetic gasoline opening is rough for a few minutes, but I am confident with maturation this will be a 10/10. The only con is it comes in a small 1.7 o.z bottle. This is uber masculine sexy old school gentleman's scent. I always like to get a clone before committing to the o.g it's duping and looks like I will be purchasing Terre D'Hermes edt for someone special because this is exactly what I wanna smell on him each and every day. Sexy as hell. Love.

Better than TDH I have them both, TDH EDT, the OG, and Fattan Rasasi. Both start as a dirty orange, but after a while they split in two different directions: TDH goes dirty, earthy and fades quite quickly, and Fattan goes in the orange direction, lighter, something good for summer, autumn and spring, somewhat fresh, nice and goes for a longer time than TDH. I prefer Fattan over TDH, but i don't love the 60 ml bottle. THD is good for mountain trips, if you want to blend in with the rocky, wet, dirty environment, and Fattan can be a good summer on the beach fragrance.

If you like Creed Original Vetiver, Mugler Cologne, and Terra d'Hermes, you might like this, as it takes a similar DNA and amps it up. It's amazing. When I first smelled it, I liked it. When I first wore it, I liked it. Then as I thought about it and came back around to try it again, I LOVED it. The dry vetiver and radioactive grapefruit are addictive IMO. There is also a subtle floral note in the background that beautifully compliments the whole thing. This is a killer deal at its price point. Probably not for younger folks. Any hype for this frag is warranted.

I really enjoy this on cooler summer nights or warm fall/spring evenings. It is a bit loud when it's hot and humid out. I have had mine for about half a year, and it smells so much better than it did when I first got it. Has a resinous, piney(I get more pine than cedar), lemony smell. It stays with the amber and pine, with vetiver and the oakmoss. Lasts a good while and has good projection. The only gripe I have with it is that it doesn't come in a 100ml bottle, and the bottle/cap design it does have is a bit of a miss; you have to make sure it's aligned right.

Lovely scent and sometimes I can't wrap my head around the price to performance ratio. It 70% the same as TDH for me, the opening is very over the top and synthetic, so spray it on 20 mins before you leave your house. After the 20 mins I prefer this over TDH 100%. Fresh, vetiver, woody and ambery but a bit sophisticated while not being over the top, wear it all year round except cold winter days (for indoor settings in winter it's good though). Scent 8/10 Longevity 9/10 Sillage 7.5/10 P.S. the bottle is a pain in the ass as it's not symmetrical

The con ‘Not a popular or well-known fragrance’ is a pro. Timeless masculine woody fragrance, performs better than TDH for me. EDIT: to be more in-depth, Rasasi's Fattan has a fairly medicinal (almost minty) fresh woody opening, not in a bad way but an interesting way. I wore it again at work last weekend, and I was wondering who was wearing this amazingly fine and masculine fragrance around me, to only realise after my 10-hour shift that it had been me the whole time. The drydown is God-tier and the fragrance lasts a fairly long time.

On my skin opens with a very sparkly bright pine smell. Looking at the notes it's definitely the grapefruit giving it that shine in the beginning. Gradually goes from that to a more dark natural pine with the woods coming through. Lasts a whole workday on my skin (although only a skin scent by hour 6-7). Big fan, IMO it's a great pick for chilly, sunny spring days. Kinda works on cloudy and rainy days but I feel like it dulls the opening a bit and isnt as fun to wear. Gets a love from me

Yes, have to agree it's a very similar smell to TDH. However, I think what sets this apart is the grapefruit. It comes off much brighter and more uplifting than the heavy damp orange in TDH. It lightens it up and makes it much more wearable in the hot days of Summer. TDH is a great wear in the Spring and especially Autumn. But this one shines in the warmer Sping and Summer months. I get a lot of compliments on this one, if that's your bag. Also, performance is quite good.

I wish they made these in larger sizes! I am doing my best to conserve the 50mL of juice but the scent is just too good. It's a lot like Terre de Hermes but I noticed that instead of smelling like Home Depot at the opening and drying down into a more citrusy type of fragrance, it opens with a blast of citrus and then dries down into Home Depot (which is really cool). Performance is solid as well, Rasasi has been pretty good about making quality products.

Can we all please leave TDH alone and not keep comparing it with anything. TDH is unique and so is Fattan. This perfume is citrusy + vetiver with smoky woody dry down. It may or may not resemble with other perfume but fattan is ultimately totally different. The grassy green Color perfume is a freshness bomb. This may smell strong synthetic to some in the beginning but fattan gets smoother with time.. wonderful juice !! I am going to buy another bottle

I can see the comparison with TDH but think like this is a Middle Eastern TDH. Opening is quite alcoholic but once it settles down, it's mind blowing. Citrus is mild but noticable. It's more mossy Vetiver along with Lily of the valley. I get many compliments on this from people who have rich taste in fragrances. In fact more than my average expensive designers. This is not a sauvage or bleu de type of perfume.

This is a very special one to me. It has introduced me to the Vetiver; in the gentlist, artistic & luxurious way i could have ever imagined & asked for. The splash of the Pink paper symphonically combind with the Vetiver and the hint of a citrusy Note, which add a gorgeous freshness to it. This whole experience is for a fraction of the price of the other famous Houses. my advice just Buy without hesitation...

This is my second review of Fattan. After having this bad boy for a year, I can say it’s a really good TdH EdT clone, trust me you don't need to get the OG. It's an almost perfect clone of TdH, the opening might be a little off-putting, but after a minute BOOM it's a TdH in a Rasasi's bottle hahaha. The performance is better than TdH EdT. Last 8+ hrs on my skin with good 2hrs projection.

What a fragrance. Very much earthy masculine scent. I have to give credit to Rasasi house in terms of performance they never disappoint. Last week I used Fattan as my scent of the day for work and my colleague who's perfumes enthusiast came out of his office and literally said " I smell something nice in the air and I know it's you who came in". That's how strong this stuff is. easy 9/10

Was on the fence whether I should pull the trigger on this one or not, based on the reviews here. I'm a TDH enjoyer so I was looking for a cheaper alternative. The fragrance has come in and it's definitely worth buying if you like TDH. This to my nose is slightly more linear, flatter, thinner than TDH, and with a pine-type note in the mix but the fragrance is worth every penny Buy it!

Give it some maceration and this fragrance will scratch the itch, performance and quality will improve. Unfortunately it's only 50 ml, not much juice. My go to day time fragrance, it provides a refreshing sensation in hot weather and in my country most days are above 300 Celsius 🥵. And Fattan is an absolute MVP to deal with the heat. It reminds me to peeling and squeezing oranges.

Rasasi Fattan is the best clone and variation of Terre d'Hermes EDT. It's more greenish that makes it fresher, a little more casual, and more versatile. It's EDP that makes it more longetivity. Of course Rasasi Fattan is cheaper price than Terre d'Hermes EDT. It's very suitable if you live in a tropical country. Rasasi Fattan is my recent signature scent.

Fresh spicy start.Strong pink pepper with citrus. After a while settles down to almost exactly resembling H24 by Hermes. Haven't found any good clones of H24 but surprisingly Fattan, that is known and portrayed as Terre de hermes clone, becomes H24 clone in drydown.And both phases are amazing.In my opinion it is an all season fragrance.

May 2024 batch. This perfume has really grown on me. Initially, I didn't use to like the smell and would wonder what all the hype was about. I gave it time and now it has become one of the favourites. I automatically feel good when I spray it. Lasts pretty good. I'd recommend to try this one before buying unless you are into vetiver.

I wore this in a car in the summer. Almost killed the entire crew. The smell just would not stop projecting. I got a compliment but I don't think that everyone liked it. Not many people can stand being olfactorily assaulted for 12 hours. Incredible performance for a citrus-oriented fragrance, despite a less natural character.

I initially thought Fattan will be like Daarej and shuhrah from Rasasi. My first impression was not that good. After a few wears I was invested in it and I wore it more. It’s a nice citrus vetiver heavy fragrance. I like wearing it in summer and spring personally. Definitely will buy another bottle of it. 10/10 recommend

The reviews are right: this is a greener version of Terre d'Hermes. Layer with Toro Pour Homme and thank me later! Wore on a sweltering 100*F day, and received compliments all day long. Lasts 8+ hours with good projection. The very definition of a masculine, summer fragrance. This will get you noticed, trust me!

I would say this is a lovely fresh fragrance that reminds me more of dunhill edition the yellow one from the early 2000s but bottles of it are really hard to reach since if got discontinued, lots of memories with this scent. Can be used as an everyday scent but could be a little too fresh for winter.

It is very difficult for me to describe how much I love this, how unique and wonderful it is. One of the absolutely best vetiver fragrances out there, with a strong and long lasting component of citruses such as grapefruit. Performance of 2 days on clothes, good projection. A very emotional moment.

This is easily one of my favorite daytime fresh out of the shower with a soft linen shirt perfume . The opening notes, which some describe as chemical, smell crisp and fresh and expensive to me. That opening hit is short lived and then a lovely citrus-oily fragrance lingers on close to the skin.

Great cheap summer fragrance! I sniffed TdH a long time ago, so I can't tell the similarities yet. The performance is good, surely not a beast mode frag but still above average. My only gripe is the bottle size. Why the hell it's only 50 ml lol??!! Wish they had released the 100ml bottles.

Fresh Green Juice! So nice that smelling it is like drinking it. It's like 25sgd/18usd but in a nice 50ml bot. It opens with a grassy fresh green wood earthly smell that is soooo addictive and I keep going back to smell it. However it doesn't last so a respray is needed definitely

Out of the box this stuff smells like an industrial cleaning product but I like that tbh. I’m excited to see how it changes over time. I could see how this could become someone’s signature scent. There’s just something about it that keeps me trying to smell myself.
