Azul di Rayhaan: Il re del caldo torrido senza filtri da influencer Scrivo questa recensione totalmente di getto spinto da un autentico sospiro di sollievo e dalla certezza di avere tra le mani un gran bel prodotto di Rayhaan ad una qualità prezzo imbattibile rispetto all'originale di Dior che costa quattro volte di più e dura un quarto. Soprattutto sono felice di condividerla dopo aver visto fin troppe recensioni palesemente influenzate dai trend del momento o da chi forse sperava in un invito alle Maldive da parte del brand. Io non sono un fanboy di Rayhaan anche se apprezzo tutti i profumi che ho della loro linea e voglio essere il più onesto possibile. Apertura Il profumo si presenta subito come un dupe eccellente di Dior Homme Cologne con un'esplosione iniziale dominata da un limone e un bergamotto vividi e cristallini. Questa partenza agrumata è esattamente ciò che mi aspettavo e che desideravo trovare. Cuore Con il passare dei minuti la fragranza si assesta sulla nota centrale del fiore di pompelmo. Non aspettatevi evoluzioni ipercomplesse perché la struttura resta decisamente lineare. Sinceramente ne sono felice perché mi ero quasi stufato dei profumi che cambiano continuamente pelle e per me questa linearità rappresenta un vero valore aggiunto. Drydown Nel fondo il profumo evolve con estrema pulizia grazie alla presenza del calone e a un tocco di sandalo leggerissimo. Questa combinazione regala sulla pelle una sensazione di pulito estremo che mette letteralmente di buon umore. Consiglio d'utilizzo Potete usarlo in qualsiasi situazione e occasione perché è di una versatilità incredibile. Logicamente dà il massimo del potenziale in primavera e soprattutto con il caldo torrido dell'estate come oggi qui sul lago di Garda. Personalmente so già che ne abuserò con gli spruzzi facendomi letteralmente la doccia con Azul certo della sua discrezione sicuro di non dare fastidio a nessuno e potendomi finalmente godere questa fragranza tutta per me. Votazione Fragranza: 9 pieno perché è un limone fotonico e naturale. Rapporto Qualità/Prezzo: 10 assoluto dato il risparmio clamoroso rispetto a Dior. Prestazioni: 7 pieno perché pur non essendo una bomba da scia si difende comunque meglio dell'originale. Giudizio finale Il mio voto complessivo è un 9 pieno e non arriva a 10 solo per una questione di durata pura che resta quella tipica degli agrumati leggeri. Se cercate un profumo perfetto per sopravvivere all'afa estiva con addosso una freschezza assoluta spendendo una frazione rispetto al più blasonato originale lo avete trovato!! So I LOVE this. Absolute summer in a bottle. I feel bad for the people that get cleaning product lemon on themselves. I am one of the lucky ones that this smells the way your fingers do right after you squeeze lemon in a glass of water. I get a bit of zesty rind without being bitter and the juice of the lemon.This stays pretty linear but after a couple hours I do get soft calone notes and something that just melts with my skin so effortlessly which i thought was orange blossom but is probably that grapefruit blossom because it isn't sweet. I had initially purchased this for my husband who refuses to pay niche pricing for fragrances but I loved it and gave him a decant.:) This is unisex in my opinion but maybe leans masculine only because it does not have any gourmond or vanilla in the base and drydown that most feminine lemon fragrances do and I appreciate that. I get a solid 4 hrs with good projection which is stellar for a citrus. I love the bottle design and it was $30! This is a huge yes for me and opened my eyes to exploring Rayhaan and other more affordable fragrance houses.

I bought this the minute it came out. I’ve been wearing Dua Brand’s Reminiscent 2022 almost daily and I only have about 8ml left so I wanted a new bottle and this came out at the perfect time. DHC is a masterpiece, and Rayhaan do a great interpretation of it, still has that bright citrus blast with a fresh floral drydown. They have upped the performance a bit. Original DHC lasts about 1 hour in my skin, Azul has been getting me 4 hours, 6-7 with overspraying. Would that be considered bad performance? At the price point I would say no. This is less than half the price of DHC with about 5X performance. What I will say is that Reminiscent 2022 has way better longevity. I get about 7-8 hours on skin with strong projection. I have sprayed it on sweaters and have smelt it days later. It also just keeps that strong lemon scent profile for most of its lifetime. If you want the beastmode dupe of DHC, go for Reminiscent 2022, but at $30 for 30ml it’s nowhere near the deal that Azul is. Overall score for Rayhaan Azul: 8.7/10

Soo glad someone finally decided to clone my favorite comfy scent which I love to wear at home or a short trip outside on a hot day, DHC is almost perfect with only one major issue, performance, it doesn't last more than 3 hrs. So I bought Dua fragrance dupe and it's been amazing, about 70% similar with slightly more lemon and less refined overall, however, the best part is the performance, it lasted about 6 hours. Ran through 2 1oz bottles and then decided to go back to DHC cz it's just better to smell and much smoother. Then came Azul, bought it instantly after smelling in store however same issue as DHC, doesn't last more than 3 hrs, yet, I'm happy as I don't have to spend triple or the same performance and similar smell. Azul is about 85% same with slightly more lime but closer than Dua! Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I don't mind if influencers hype fragrances as long as it lives up to that hype. I don't have Dior Homme Cologne but I have Jimmy Choo Man Ice. It does remind me of it. It really is the first fragrance that popped in my mind. Blend is smooth. No cardboard-like, plasticky notes so far. Overused term, but the hesperidic notes are photo-realistic. This is a good thing since my Man Ice is dwindling fast because of the pressurized atomizer. This is like buying another bottle of Man Ice. In where I am right now, Azul is like a quarter of the price, of course in retail, besides it is quite rare to find Man Ice here. All there is to determine is the performance. Will give this a few days of rest. Mfd date: 05-2026

The perfume has only been out for two or three days, and already there are people making claims about it that are simply incorrect. I think that's really unfair. What's even more surprising is that some of the fragrance notes being mentioned in these discussions aren't even part of the official note breakdown. If someone (Haters clearly) is criticizing a perfume based on notes that it doesn't actually contain, then it raises questions about whether they're genuinely evaluating the fragrance or just clearly falsely criticizing the brand. Thank God it's not another Aventus, Sauvage, or Imagination clone. We're done with that shit. A lot of people are calling this a simple fragrance and honestly, I agree. But that's exactly the beauty of it. The lemon here smells photorealistic, and I also get slight hints of sparkling ginger (NOT MENTIONED IN THE NOTES), something that reminds me a bit of the ginger in Bvlgari Tygar. The base is floral and creamy, with a slightly powdery touch, but in a good way. Super easy to wear, completely non-offensive, and perfect for summer. Performance on my skin: Projection: 2 hrs Longevity: 7 hrs On clothes: Projection: 2.5-3 hrs Longevity: 9+ hrs Simple? Yes. Boring? Not even close.

Firstly, addressing the elephant in the room, I get that some people dislike because of the whole influencer freebie hol, not trusting reviews etc. so I'm just giving my opinion it. Also, I've never smelt the OG. This does open harsh and does have a lemon cleaner vibe. But it does dry down into a nice citrus slight floral scent. It's moderate on the longevity front and but that ok, it last a nice few hours on my skin, maybe 4-5. I like this type of scent. It's easy reach safe, and on a nice hot day it's lovely. I would recommend it due to price.

Definitely some insane hype and controversy about this one. I’m really pleasantly surprised about this one though, smell pretty incredible. It doesn’t last very long, but decent enough. Doesn’t smell anything like lemon cleaner or something like that. There is a very bright and addictive citrus note that stays about the same the whole time, it doesn’t really evolve that much. Don’t fall for hype, but this is a great, somewhat intensely fresh lemon fragrance. So if you are into that you’ll definitely like this.

This shit's good. I don't see what's there to dislike about this fragrance. Photorealistic lemon. Definitely a banger for summer. Good 5-6 hours of performance on skin with pretty good projection for the first hour. Pretty smooth blend out of the box, pretty sure it will get even better with maceration. Some guy said it smells like khadlaj island dreams, not it doesn't. That's pure ginger.

Adore this and equatica. Azul starts with fresh peeled citrus then cedar and orange or grapefruit it is citrus through and through supported by cedar. does not contain any kind of tropical vibe. Equatica, which are a lot of people refer to, is completely different! Much more coconut, sun cream, tropical, and yes! Some citrus. But this is primarily citrus.

This is great, fopr the price point at $50 aud this is a steal. smells the same as DHC and lasts an extra 3 hours while being a fraction of the cost. its not for everyone and the opening does have its flaws but for what it is. this is a must have for any freshie lovers imo

Great summer fresh fragrance. Smells really good, I've never smelt the og so can't compare. But it is a nice citrus blast. Like most citrus fragrances the longevity isnt the best. Im only getting maybe 3-4 hours with maybe an hour at best of projection.

Probably the first Bot-free and Maldives Influencer- free early opinion - Got this today since i live in the UAE. Opens with lemon. Little bit like a lemon pledge/ dishwasher, but not too pungent to be scrub it off. Its feels more green and fougere-esque than a sparkling lemonade. Lacks the effervescent quality. For sure this has a geranium accord which sweetens it up, but not overtly sweet. Didn't project much, but still still lasts 8 hrs and going. Closest thing to this that i have smelled is l'eau de issey pour homme and Chanel Allure Edition Blanche. I distinctly remember that DHC was more sparkly. First impressions- Like not love 6/10 Will give a detailed review later.

I understand many are upset for influencers glazing this fragrance since they get a free trip to the Maldives but this fragrance is pretty good tbh. Smells like Lemonade-Musk and it does preform better than what it’s cloning ; Dior Homme Cologne. Is it ALOT better? No, but at least it actually lasts a couple hours instead of couple minutes. If you love citrus fragrances like me you’ll definitely like this. It will definitely be amazing wear during high heat temps.

I got this fragrance as a buy 1get1 for being the first 100 to purchase Aloha so I didn't expect seeing it when it arrived. However I am pleasantly surprised by how good it is, it is very straight forward it doesn't really change a lot throughout. I do get lemon a surprising amount of grapefruit. This is a really good, safe blind buy and I'd definitely recommend this for a beginner as it's not too complex nor synthetic and cheap.

It's nice. Fresh cut lemons ready for high heat. Clean easy reach for a freshie. Good gym scent or for running errands It's linear and doesn't change much from start to finish, but staying simple is where it shines. People who love lemon may compliment you, but I wouldn't expect a person to stop you in your tracks and ask you what you're wearing. For the price $30-$40 it's a good pick up. 7.75/10

This is very similar to Khadlaj Island Dreams, with the only difference being this is a Lemon Musk and Khadlaj is pure grapefruit musk . So far I like it but if I knew that it would have been redundant imo since I own island dreams. (Also I ordered within the first minute and didn’t receive a 2nd free bottle of Aloha which makes me think they didn’t really follow the orders in order; oh well)

Bought it when the hype was at its peak and was very disappointed, but after using 20% of the bottle and then letting it macerate, the scent has improved a lot, and so did the longevity. At first, it was a skin scent for an hour and then it disappeared. Now, I think it has 4-6 hours and decent projection for the first hour maybe, not sure. I use it as a gym scent and I really liked it.

Egregiously overhated, this smells wonderful, no idea if it performs well but i tested recently and color me impressed its a nice brisk lemon with a slight white floral and musky aspect, scent wise its at the very least an 8, it definitely captures the dna of dhc well, in this aspect i give it a 7.5-8/10 its not exact but it gets most of the way there. Overall it’s Very enjoyable.

I just got mine in the mail. It does smell very much like Dior Homme cologne or Jimmy Choo man ice. Like an iced lemonade. So far it’s not super loud or projecting, but the quality is there. Very happy with what you get from Rayhaan. This and Jungle Vibe are great freshies. I will have to test it’s performance more before I rate it.

Opening: smells more lemon peel/sharper than Dior. Dior opens photo realistic lemon with zest to contrast which feels fresher and more refined. Mid: lemon peel carries over to the mid and tries to blend with the grapefruit blossom which provides a smoother citrus smell. The lemon peel overpowers the grapefruit blossom. Thankfully it goes away after an hour and leaves the grapefruit blossom, but 30 minutes later, grapefruit blossom goes away which leaves you with the drydown which is the white musk (clean linen floral smell with subtle sweetness) Dior the mid is smoother, more airy grapefruit blossom working alongside the white musk. Dior performs on my skin 1.5 hours working, faint skin scent after for another 5 hours. Rayhaan working 2 to 2.5 hours skin scent for longer. By hour 2 your left with the white musk. Overall it’s not bad, I don’t care for the opening. The lemon peel overpowers the other notes for half of the working time of this fragrance. If Dior is a refreshing citrus mist, Azul is a denser cloud. Dior is more balanced and the notes work in unison with each other, with rayhaan each note has to drop off in order to pick up the next. Aquatica and Jungle Vibe are better. For the price you’re paying, it’s not bad. I consider Dior Homme Cologne to be a very simple fragrance but the effort is put in the blending and refinement, which Rayhaan lacks in this case. Can’t win them all.
