Decant review: Italia opens with a fruity sweetness with slight honey glow paired with a clean floral character and some spice sprinkled in. The sweetness initially smells almost cereal like, reminiscent of Fruity Pebbles.. The scent is balanced in density, not as airy as Xerjoff Naxos but lighter than Maison Asrar Muharib. A slight sharpness is present but not unpleasant, and there is very little tobacco detectable at the start. Around the first hour the sweetness begins to shift from fruity toward the honeyed warmth. Vanilla starts to appear, and light spices grow in the background, warming the scent. A subtle tobacco note becomes detectable as the fragrance gradually grows denser and warmer. The tobacco is less noticeable than Muharib and Naxos. The lavender is present but blended into the composition rather than standing out individually. As the fragrance develops further, the sweetness dries out and the spices become more noticeable. The scent transitions into a warm cinnamon vanilla profile, supported by dry tobacco that adds an earthy warmth underneath the sweetness. In the late drydown, the fragrance becomes a soft skin scent dominated by vanilla, with faint tobacco still detectable providing a slightly dry warmth. 6 hours on skin, Moderate projection early, gradually pulling closer to the skin after a few hours. I have smelt Naxos, Muharib, and Italia so to summarize I will compare them. Rayhaan Italia is an “in between” scent in the Naxos DNA, offering a good middle ground between the airy, floral, and golden sweet Naxos and the dense, warm, and spicy Muharib. The defining aspect for me is how fruity the opening is, assuming that is an emphasis on the citrus. Each of the three has its pros and cons and it just comes down to personal preference (and your price range lol). If you like the DNA you will like this because it is done well. 9/10

Overall thoughts and scent profile: This is honey fragrance first and foremost. If you don't like honey then don't buy this. Other than that, you get a slightly dark tobacco note that borderline almost smells chocolatey, the lavender and lemon combo are barely present but they give it a kind of "lemonade-y" vibe, in fact I'd say the fragrance smells like honey lemonade, with a tobacco note. It is really good and premium smelling, you can tell that it uses high quality ingredients, but It's still a niche scent profile and it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Overall not my favorite scent profile however premium or niche it may be. Presentation and bottle quality: Incredible presentation, the bottle looks and box feel very premium and look great, I appreciate how smell yet premium looking the box is, the bottle has a very premium magnetic bottlecap, and the pressurized atomizer is very high quality. Performance: Very strong. On skin you get strong projection and sillage for the first 2-2.5 hours with it being more intimate for another 9 hours or so, on fabrics it's borderline nuclear, you get a huge scent bubble, and it easily lasts a whole day, maybe like 20 hours. Blind buy factor: It's not polarizing, but it doesn't smell amazing to me either, like I said earlier, it is a niche scent profile so it's not super mass appealing like a designer scent would be, I'd recommend sampling it (or the og naxos) first, maybe get a 2ml decant, and then get a decision. If you know you like honey then you could also blind buy it. Final rating: 7.5/10

So I know this is a clone of Xerjoff Naxos which is a fragrance I've never smelled so I can't compare, or say how close it gets. I will say this is fantastic! Super masculine loud in your face woody tobacco right off the bat. I was not expecting that. I figured it would be more like the Blonde Amber clones being softer and sweeter. I wasn't expecting to get Bogart Pour Homme. This is basically exactly like Bogart Pour Homme at first right down to the burning sensation on my skin. Now after a couple hours the tobacco fades a little bit and the vanilla, honey, and other sweeter notes peek their head out a lot more. The tobacco is always there pretty strong though. It lasts many hours and projects out really hard for many hours too. I love this stuff, and I freaking love Rayhaan. I wasn't expecting this to be so close to Bogart Pour Homme. I had to go look at when Naxos was made, and it was 2014 or 2015. Bogart Pour Homme was made in 2004. Now I don't know if Naxos is cloning Bogart, or maybe Bogart copied something else and Xerjoff did the same, but the resemblance is uncanny. Rayhaan Italia is basically honey Bogart Pour Homme, and I love it for it.

I gave it a week to macerate a bit before giving my first impression, it smells like the designer version of naxos, if you know what I mean, vanilla, very sweet, also cashmere I can detect, sometimes the lavender can barely be detected, but still the honey, tobacco and some of the freshy notes are a bit lost, all are here but still my nose can’t distinguish them from the whole scent, amazing performance, and I guess it will develop to be a lot better after like 2 months of maceration in terms of both smell and performance, as it got better than the first 4 5 sprays a week ago. I still like Fierte Luna more as I feel it has better quality and blend and it feels denser as well, but I had it for longer time and it macerated quite well before smelling that good. But as it is now, it smells way way better than voux elegante which I had for more than 5 months. Still I like it as it is now, off course I will update after a month or 2 or once I detect any changes.

I don't leave reviews often but man !!!! the first 5 minutes of spraying, all i got was a blast of medicinal honey and that's it. 10 min later this turns into the most seductive, sexy, sweet honey bomb (still lowkey medicinal but perfectly balanced) Projection is at least a solid arms length+ as i can smell it as im typing and i normally dont smell my fragrances projecting off my skin that often. Longevity is just ridiculous. Idk what it is but the honey is so thick that it just sticks around forever That being said even though this fragrance is 8.5/10 in my book, it isn't for me. The medicinal smell makes me nauseous after smelling it all day but people seem to enjoy it. And even though I haven't smelt Naxos in almost 2 years, this does come close enough to tickle that memory in my brain with the way how the quality of this fragrance is blended, the way how the honey comes through and the Layton-esk methanolic/medicinal smell comes through

I had Naxos, and now I have this. I can say one clear thing that sets them apart. And that is the depth of the Tobacco note (as I perceive it). Best analogy is this: Naxos inside a smaller room can feel too heavy (especially with more sprays), whereas Italia feels lighter and more airy, which makes it in turn much much easier to wear. But of course some people like the "heaviness" from Naxos therefore Italia might feel somewhat too airy if this is what you prefer. Nevertheless the scent profile is absolutely there and if you really want Naxos without paying so much for it, Italia can satisfy this itch if you are willing to give up on the depth and heaviness of Naxos. With this being said, I cannot compare it to any other Naxos alternative as I haven't tried them. Personally, this one will suffice and I enjoy it, because it feels more airy and lacks that depth, I could wear it anywhere without feeling suffocating in a smaller enclosure.

This is GAS!!!!!! Especially love it the more it drys down and the tobacco note comes out more. Yes, it is harsh the first 30 minutes, but just wait. This is a truly sensual-smelling fragrance, with a hint of green notes complementing the honey. And the tobacco is like a light Connecticut leaf tobacco smell, not like sticking your nose in a jar of pipe tobacco or a lit cigar. That is important to note. The lavender is not overpowering as in many other fragrances. This just became one of my favorite fragrancecs in my collection, longevity is for sure over 7 hours. Sillage is excellent, projection and performance is excellent. Cannot argue with the price. The honey smell from this is hypnotizing; you will get compliments. Not too sweet of a fragrance, I will probably wear this year-round. Never smelled naxos, but this is great on its own, and again I am sure it gets close enough and you cannot beat the price.

From the first spray on air, I already loved this Italia. On air, the opening smelled like a whiff of white florals, and made masculine by a light tobacco scent. I normally don't fancy fragrances with a heavy dominant tobacco scent, but this Italia is different, the dialed down tobacco is just the right measure. On skin, it still retains what I smelled on air. The scent is like sitting in a flower shop and a gentleman who had smoked a cigar like 45 mins to an hour ago dropped in and sat next to me, with a faint cigar smell still in his clothing. It would be different if the man had smoked a cigar like 30 seconds ago. Anyway, definitely one of the Rayhaans I really like, I'd say it's mass appealing and masculine - vanilla, honey, and tobacco all in the right doses, no cloying sweetness or tobacco.

It pains me to say it. It genuinely pains me to say it. But everything taken into account...everything...this is better than Naxos. Naxos is a one of my holy grails, but its very heavy and the performance on me leaves a lot to be desired. Italia has recreated it, fantastically well, made it ever so slightly lighter and easier to wear day and night. It lasts forever on me, radiates 6ft out for hours, sillage is incredible. I'm not a clone-glazer, but of late, i've tried some really, really good stuff from various houses. This is one of them. For a 4th/5th of the price of a bottle of Naxos, get this instead. Just get past the opening 5 minutes. Then it's magic. K Bye.

Opens with a bright, herbal lavender/citrus blast that feels similar to Rayhaan Lion for the first 5 minutes, but quickly pivots into a much darker, mature lane. The mid is dominated by a thick, high-quality creamy honey that feels "golden" rather than sugary. The drydown is where it wins—a masterpiece of smoky tobacco and vanilla. It’s 85-90% close to Xerjoff Naxos, trading some of the OG's airy florals for a denser, more tobacco profile. Performance: Absolute room filler. Like honestly one spray is enough to project across an entire house. Easily lasts 8-10+ hours on skin. 9/10 for now since i just got it, I'll let it rest. A literal banger 🙌

I own and have worn Muharib, Naxos, Fierta Luna, and Italia many times. Of these four, Italia is the weakest performing but that can be a good thing for versatility. Italia has less silage and less "push" away from you, and also is a bit more airy instead of dense like the others. The citrus and lavender also last quite a long time as the primary notes making this one a great choice for summer, and I would consider completely office safe. I love all four fragrances, they all smell very close to each other, and my over-all pick is Muharib. But if you have Italia its great too, and you can usually find it for the lowest price of these.

It just arrived for me, and, wow, this stuff is amazing. True, I just used 1 spray for testing, and I will have to test it in more detail and also to see the dry down, but for now, the entire room is filled with just 1 spray Edit: Okay, I have tested this, and this is lasting forever for me (24h+ now). As I previously stated, I used 1 spray yesterday, and it's still lasting on my skin. I have multiple bottles of Naxos and some in backup. The quality is a little less than the OG, and sprayed on paper, the OG is longer-lasting due to its ingredients. But let’s be real: if you cannot afford a bottle of Naxos but want to appreciate the profile. THIS IS NAXOS, and I don't care what anybody posts on here about it being a bad dupe. They are just being straight-up snobs. It's a very, very, good dupe of the OG. Don't take my word for it, throw away 40 bucks on Amazon and see for yourself. (if you can find one) They are selling out really fast.

Blind buy safe? Absolutely not. Amazing? Absolutely. I was very new to this DNA and after being weirded out for the first 30ish minutes, I was blown away. This might just be my new signature scent. The first 30 mins are a bit harsh (slight toilet cleaner vibes) but after that it becomes very smooth and rich. To me the sweetness of the honey combined with the sharpness of the lavender and the the spiciness from tobacco are in a perfect balance. Absolute banger and from what I've read some maturating should make it even better, can't wait!

I definitely agree with the guy bellow me. Please guys, don't judge the juice once you just received it, especially M.E fragrances, let it sit first guys, trust me. I own Naxos 2024 batches and i've compared them and i would say 92-95% similar mid to dry down. What are you guys expecting from this brand? an exactly 1:1 to naxos? dudeee, y'all know Naxos is from XERJOFF right? but for Italia only cost $30 in my country and still can captures Naxos's DNA, and also projects very well. It is a great fragrance, for me I couldn't have guessed it is a naxos dupe if I hadn't searched it. Overall a great all year round honey and vanilla scent , very versatile. The opening is VERY harsh, almost resembling spoiled milk although it dries down into a sweet and smooth scent. Highly recommend it as an underground and interesting fragrance longevity wise this projects decently on skin for 5h and then ot stays as a skin scent for 2 more hours. All in all a great not very blind buy safe interesting fragrance

This is an excellent fragrance, Italia by Rayhaan. It is advisable not to be influenced by negative reviews. I have experienced its longevity, received compliments, and noted its impressive sillage, even without allowing it to macerate. Fragrance enthusiasts may overlook quality fragrances due to negative reviews, particularly from individuals who may not have the means to purchase niche fragrances. It is recommended to personally evaluate a fragrance before considering unwarranted negative feedback.

A really underrated jem from the house of rayhaan. If you like vanilla and lavender heavy scents then you will love it. To me it felt more like jpg le male elixir with more added lavender and tobacco. What makes it a bit unique from this dna is that it has a but citrusy touch to it for which it makes a bit versatile and not very closing. Maceration is important for this fragrance for at least a month otherwise heavy spraying is really required for the perfume to project and last perfectly.

As a huge fan of sweet fragrances, this is my new favorite frag. Lovely vanilla tobacco note, but still fresh enough on the opening to be a dumb reach during summer months when it isn't too hot. Perfect balance of fresh, sweet, and a bit of spicy - such a perfect scent to me. The best vanilla fragrance I've found, having smelled many dupes of popular vanilla fragrances. This and Reverie Aqua are my absolute favorites that I've gotten so far this year.

I bought this for my sidekick because I secretly wanted to try a honey fragrance. We thought it a bit meh in the first couple of sprays- seemed a little messy. Ive been sending him down fragrance rabbit holes with lavender and more lately tobacco and now with honey. The 2nd time he wore it, we both were delighted with how warm and golden and herbaceous it is. I told him to take it home, otherwise I will wear it myself- I do wear everything he wears 😁
