The Fragrance Duo (Ciara's Blend)

So upon first spray, i get a warm, sweet blend of Vanilla and Red Berries. As this fragrance settles, i can detect some Pink Peppercorn and White floral notes, but that Vanilla and Red Berries blend remains prominent. "C" definitely gives me Good Girl vibes. It's sexy, alluring and sophisticated. It's a perfect date night fragrance. This fragrance embodies that extra boost of confidence you need right before you step out in that lovely dress in the back of your closet that you've been waiting to wear. As this fragrance settles, there's a hint of Sandalwood and Musk, but again, the Vanilla and Juicy Red Berries remain on top up until the fragrance fades. "C" lasted about 4 hours on my skin with 2 feet of projection. Overall, for $90, you get two amazing fragrances with exquisite and unique packaging. I'm always for celebrities taking a swing at releasing fragrances and Russell and Ciara Wilson knocked this out of the park. Bravo to them and Hampton Beauty for this lovely creation. I'm anxious to see where this line goes as far as flankers. Scent: 8/10 Packaging: 10/10 Performance: 6/10

This is pretty generic smelling. I have smelled it before many times in slightly different formulations. Like another reviewer said, it's only missing patchouli to be something else. On me, it's a sugary vanilla berry, with a slightly peppery opening, soft florals, and a quiet wood and musk base. It's a bit too sweet for my taste and I wish it was skewed in another direction. A more realistic berry? Less vanilla? Something. It's not outright bad, but not exciting or new.

Very pretty, feminine floral. The amber and vanilla are unmistakably sweet from beginning to end, but the sillage isn't over the top so it's not overwhelming. This is giving me toned down flowerbomb vibes without the patchouli. On an aesthetic note, I hate the bottle not for it's looks, but for it's practicality-- if the bottles are not connected they don't stand up on their own (which may be symbolic in some sense, but if you want to use one you have to disconnect them and lay the other on its side or it will just fall over).
