Like a rich oriental amber stored in a neat wooden box, Adone by Re Profumo is not an entirely orthodox amber. It has the richness of amber with Turkish rose adding fullness in the heart. Yet, lime, incense and vetiver add an additional dry layer, which surrounds the amber and keeps it smart and somewhat formal - certainly office-safe or suit-worthy. This is a 21st century, stylish amber and good for all situations. Perfect for rainy days and cooler months.

Picked up this beauty today, very unique, unlike anything i've ever smelt before. Extemly classy and signature scent worthy, high end quality, very smooth and well blended. Kind of difficult to decect individual notes, but the lime and Turkish rose seems most prominent for me. Projects well, nothing drastic, but a decent projection. Seems like this will last well too. Beautiful bottle design too. A true gem of a scent.

Got a sample of this from Alan Berdjis at Beverly Hills Perfumery. Was immediately wowed by this beauty. Not a beast, but rather a close, intimate scent. This is a wonderful take on amber. The opening is glorious and the dry down is sensual. Full bottle worthy and may be my fall, winter and spring signature. Go out and get you some. 👊🏼
