Reef 33

This stuff is amazing. It's a cross between a blue fragrance and a spicy, oriental fragrance. It's everything I hoped Layton was going to be but never added up to. It's easily a signature scent for someone who has taste that are like mine. I'd call it a cross between Orientica's Royal Bleu' Exclusif' which is a better performing yet smoother version of Layton with the menthol like geranium note toned down a bit, and Thameen's Carved Oud which is my favorite fragrance of all time but just too expensive and hard to attain to wear as a signature scent. So your maximizing the compliment factor of Carved Oud by adding the spiced blue toned hues of Bleu' Exclusif' and what you're left with is a Frankenstein of spicy toned, blue hued fragrances that you literally just can't get enough of. My wife has asked me several times to come back to let her smell this one again after application and that doesn't ever happen!!! I honestly can't recommend it highly enough, just take the time to make sure you aren't getting screwed over, fakes are everywhere now!

I have 33, and 33 White. The difference is that 33 has rosemary, and 33 White supposedly has red berries instead. Most people claim 33 White is better, and I thought it would be as well. I find 33 White to have a very astringent, chemical smell to it. I've tried it about 5 times, and I listed it for sale. This product, regular 33, has actually grown on me by contrast. When I first got it the forest/cedar smell seemed a bit much, but after sitting on the shelf for just a little while I now find that it's a very nice combination of cedar/pine/sweet that balances very well. Maybe my impression has changed, or maybe it's matured a bit. Either way, it's now in my top 5 Reef products. It's not #1, but it's in the lower end of the top 5. I think the longevity could be better, but that's the case with most of their products. For longer life, spray it on your fabrics instead of your skin.

Got this perfume straight from Saudi. Surprisingly, it doesn’t smell overly “Arab” — it’s quite universal and easy to wear. I immediately noticed the saffron and floral notes, while the oud is very subtle. It’s a nice scent for both day and night. Although it’s generally a safe fragrance, I sometimes find the base notes to be a bit animalic, especially in the heat. It definitely changes depending on the weather. As for performance, the SPL is just okay. You do get solid longevity (I got over 6 hours), but the sillage and projection aren’t that strong — though you can still get noticed. In terms of price, I’d say it’s overrated at full retail, whether in Saudi or elsewhere. BUT... if you can get it with a “pay 2, get 5” type of deal (I got mine for about 100 SAR), then it’s absolutely worth it.)

One of the best perfumes I have ever smelled in my life. So good that I bought 5 of them in an instance! Smells like blue raspberry mixed with a very light saffron and rosemary in the opening in the most pleasant and mass appealing way possible and in the dry down, the saffron and rosemary along with some woodiness is what's prominent with the blue-ishness lingering in the background. The notes breakdown mention oud, but I highly doubt there's any oud in this. Longevity is eternal on clothes and on skin, it lasts a good 10+ hours. Projects well in the beginning 3 hours then starts toning down, very gradually. An all season fragrance. Keep in mind that Imperial Valley, Wild Colt Assaf are CLONES OF REEF 33. Reef 33 was launched much prior to these 2.

I really love this scent. I already own Hawas Fire, Ignite Oud by Ahmed, Osma Woody Series. What made it even more special was when I reached the area between Safa and Marwah, I caught a fragrance in the air that smelled similar to Hawas Fire. It was very calming. After that, I started looking for a scent like this around Makkah and found it at the Reef Boutique. Unfortunately, it was sold out. But in the end, I found it in Madinah at a Reef boutique and immediately bought Reef 33 Black and White. For Reef 33 Black, the scent is almost the same as the fragrance I smelled between Safa and Marwah. It has good longevity — around 2–3 hours on skin and more than 10 hours on fabric. Suitable for daily wear, and it smells even better in cooler weather.

Well its quite different from haltane, there are some similar part but way different, its a really nice scent. I would say its quite different and yes it does smell cheaper but it does not mean its worst. it believe reef is making some nice stuff and I would not call it a more expensive dupe of popular fragrances, and I would love to see what reef would make in the future. 33 its a fighter worthy of its smell and for the price your getting I'd say its a steal. Its a really spicy but I smell a cool and inviting oud and its really suitable to wear most of the time. I've tried 29, Abaya Arabs both so good but 33 just takes it for me.

everybody and their mother, their aunt, uncle, grandmother was wearing this in Dubai! I smelled it everywhere, but im not mad about it! It smells good. I don't know if it was this or the Gissah one It smells intense, royal - the difference between a lot of the popular brands and the ones that are actually worn in the middle east is the way that despite the heaviness of the perfume it still feels like airy, like a cloud around a person - not like something weighing them down or smothering the people around them. they make the heavy scents seem like air that smells good

Okay so with this it’s been quite up and down for me. Starting off with this fragrance I found the sweetness a little bit artificial but as it macerated, wow this really blended in well and I think people judge the fragrance inaccurately due to the popular demand and how every living person has or owns this fragrance which probably deteriorates the love for it. This is an absolute beastmode for sure and I’ve literally walked over to my clothes the following day and can smell the scent beaming off my clothes.

Reef 33 comes off as this pleasant woody oud based scent backed by a deep pungent fruitiness with a “metallic” twinge anyone looking to get into oud i think would enjoy this one as it’s different from regular scents but not too far or heavy to be off putting. I love this fragrance it smells very mature but anyone could wear it and it’s easily my signature scent in my collection rn. Longevity and sillage are very strong so no real reason too over spray this one definitely one to pick up

After I unboxed the perfume and sprayed it on my wrist for the first time, my hand suddenly turned red and itchy, like an allergic reaction. this has never happened to me from my 100+ bottles fragrance ever. But after that initial spray, the reaction never happened to me again. It’s strange, and I don’t know why. This brand is a must-buy and a must-try for Muslims when visiting the Holy Land. My family has always bought Reef perfume as a souvenir. i love it

I’ve tried it, and I find the scent more animalic compared to the others. It shares a similar DNA with Imperial Valley or Ibraheem Blue Diamond Aqua, but I must say this one has a distinctly unique character and smells absolutely amazing. The projection is great and the longevity is impressive. I highly recommend it to anyone who's still deciding. Although the brand isn't widely known yet, I'm confident the scent is truly one of a kind. 9/10

A great and noticeable scent. It becomes quite popular and it's nice when someone is wearing it. Although, I would say its definitely An Fall/Winter/Night scent. In the wrong setting it can be too much. The scent profile is superb and works amazingly well together. Within my collection, I don't usually go for it but I wouldn't be opposed either. It's priced decently 8.5/10

This is one of those oud-based fragrances that's surprisingly easy on the nose; smooth, balanced, and not overpowering. It has a distinctly masculine character without drifting into the typical "blue fragrance" territory or recycling the same familiar formula. I was a bit skeptical about the oud at first, but it completely won me over. I absolutely love it.

A unique scent profile, Middle East exclusive. Smells like rich Arab dads after Friday prayers, brings back memories now that I actually own it. A mass appealing fragrance in general, I sprayed this once when I first got it to test it out then went on my day, it was instantly noticed by people around me, can imagine what 2-3 sprays will do.

As all middle eastern fragrances it benefits from some time to macerate after a few sprays. At first it’s a but pungent but it smooths out after a bit. First spray is very fresh and on skin the freshness stays. On clothes it can become a bit cloying so don’t overspray. The oud is a bit animalic on clothes I find.

Do people not realise imperial valley is inspired by reef 33? 33 came out before it, yes it doesn’t last as long as imperial valley but still good depending on what batch you pic up. I’ve got a reef 33 200ml I easily get between 8-10hrs on skin, much longer on clothes.

Def don’t think this is an oud fragrance it’s saffron heavy but in the smoothest and most fruity way possible lol. Performance is honestly mid...def think it’s worth a discounted price. I think this will thrive as a nice layering tool in your collection.

Wallah this one lasts forever. Even on clothes, I could still smell it after 4/5 days which is crazy. Scent is very mass pleasing, very and I mean VERY unisex. But sniffing it too much may lead to some noseblindness. Overall, very good fragrance.

Reminds me Lattafa Bade'e Al Oud for Glory, maybe because both contain notes: Safron and Agarwood. But this one is smoother, more versatile while Bade Al Oud is darker. In my tropical country, both are night perfume.

Amazing scent! Lasted on me for straight 8 hours and after i got home, l could still smell it on my cloth. Definitely worth the price tag. Smells similar to haltane but for me performs even better.

Went to a restaurant wearing 3 sprays on the back of my neck. A woman from a table 10 feet away from me told me I smell great. This can be worn year round for any occasion and smells fantastic!

according to me, this parfume is slightly smelled like gissah imperial valley but reef 33 is sweeter and no leather notes on it. its unisex and for me its more suitable to women.

Very nice versatile little sweet fragrance. Signature for sure for those who like this kind of scent. I’m more into brighter fresh ones. It slightly reminds me little of Haltane.

Majestic saffron and rosemary, with a little bit of woodiness from the oud, which is barely detectable. Safe and versatile for all occasions with really good performance.

Before checking the notes, I was confident it has grapefruit and citrus, anyways still good for summer, smells a bit fruity, a bit leathery and sweet.

quality juice, batches may differ especially when it comes to those affordable niche houses. This hand in hand a great alternative to Flamenco.

Me encantó un perfume reef pero no anoté el número y pensé que era este lo compré a ciegas y me gusta pero no es el que buscaba sin embargo la calidad del perfume y el olor tan rico me hizo pedir otros 5 reef a ciegas No distingo a qué huele normalmente podría decir q huele bien huele diferente y cuando me lo pongo me siento fancy Me gustan los aromas o muy dulces o frescos pero este no es dulce o no mucho ni tampoco es fresco no se cómo describirlo más que rico y con calidad No se si recomendaría comprar a ciegas es nicho al final

Something’s off about this perfume, it smells good, but sometimes I get a headache, and sometimes it just smells synthetic, I can’t really understand what I’m smelling, tested it during the day and night, and during the hotter and colder days, it’s more pleasing at night and colder days, too heavy for summer and high temperature, it smells sweet... maybe that’s just me... overall good smell ... but ts doesn’t even smell like gissah imperial valley like are you guys even using your nose?

The biggest differences I see between this and Imperial Valley on my skin are the projection and the leather note that is not mentioned in the official pyramid. The leather note in this one isn't going crazy on my skin that it's borderline urinous. The projection is strong but not nose burning like Imperial Valley. On paper testers these 2 are basically the same for me though.

I feel like I'm tripping cuz everyone saying this is a winter fall scent bc of the oud, but when I smell it, untill very far into the dry down, all ok getting is light sweet saffron on rosemary, which to me is quite Spring/Summery. Maybe my nose is just weird, idk, but would also say because if the sweetness it's definitely unisex also.

cheap and sweeter version of Haltane, except you can smell that it's cheap, still an amazing fragrance, received many compliments after putting this one, apparently this perfume is the one of most popular in gulf arab countries

Reefs take on Imperial Valley. However, the saffron is prominent and the oud comes out much more than leather in the dry down. Like many perfumes with this DNA, very strong. Maybe offend delicate western nostrils

the opening is very close to the kahilan from dkhoon emirates it's is after all a nice clean performing fragrance that works for any occasion i get 8 hours on skin 8.7/10

to me this smells like saffron infused milk that becomes a bit woody after a while. In the initial few sprays, I had liked it, but I’m starting to like it less and less as I use it more and more. It’s a very huggable fragrance for sure. I’m giving this one to the wife. It suits her more than me.

While Visiting Makkah and performing my Umrah, I had to run between Safa and Marwah. In that narrow yet peaceful place I smelled a beautiful scent from the Ceiling Fans there. After that I went to Reef shop and Number 33 immediately smelled like that smell. But now when I purchased year later, it was nothing similar. Also, The performance is not Good. It almost vanishes and become skin scent. The smell is Good but the performance is poor.

I loved the perfume but to me, it got worse after a month. The initial 30 minutes smell horrible, the dry down is better but it was not the same as when I first got it. This happened to both reef 33 and reef obaya

In the air it smells very fruity for some reason. But smelling it on skin, there's a prominent sour accord that's very nauseating, the rosemary is prominent but there's something sour mixing with everything and ruining it, maybe the Saffron idk

Rosemary and saffron gives a leathery metallic aromatic profile, earthy undertones and a sweet berry in the opening, this is the original that inspired Imperial W, Laathani, hawas Fire Hawas fire comes close to the dna but is more fruites and mixed in the Aquatic (very mild) part off original hawas making it a sweeter take on the dna. for a more european twist brioni intens uses the dna adding a green Apple and toned down sweetness Imperial W adds some more oriental notes and goes abit deeper on the oud note, the sprayer drowns you in the perfume giving a illusion off longer staying power Ahmed Al Maghribi gives you a more oily and dense experience and adds a bit off higher Quality off the oud and base,projection is sacrificed for longlivity and dens richness Reef 33 is like i said the original here and its the most simplistic but yet most versatile in the bunch and the saffron has more room to play in the sillage

Banger. I just got in from DJaying a club night. It’s just turned 3am. I normally like my sweet vanilla gourmands but as it’s turning into spring I wanted something fresher. I sprayed myself liberally with this perfume at 7pm before I headed out to set up. I received compliments on my scent all night. One woman came up to me to thank me for the music at the end of the night (2am) and exclaimed to her husband and her friends ‘IT’S HIM!! SMELL HIM!!’ - they could smell me across the dance floor. Sexy, masculine and slightly sweet scent. Smells Arabic, fresh, I get a touch of oud but also something sweet like pineapple. 9.5/10
