Clubs Of Iris

A very interesting fragrance. No leather listed however, in ways it reminds me of a Ombre Leather . The way the Orris and Voilet combine with the Raspberry, it creates this very high end clean scent. First thing I was reminded of when I smelled this was walking through Macys near the shoes or handbags. Or the Mall in general how it has, or mine has anyway, this clean air scent mingled with fresh high end products. I wasn't quite sure I'd like this. I bought a sample for th Orris mainly, however the Orris is not of the lipstick kind it's more like L'Attesa from Masque Milano. And even that's a reach but it's as close as I can conjure. Anyhow, so after the opening where I got Raspberry, Orris and Voilet as well as a leather note or accord I also noticed Anise throughout but underneath. Carnation is present along with Vetiver as it dries it takes on a slightly earthier grassy feel which actually works perfectly because the opening and mid could become too much I think. So the change was welcome. Rose also became more noticeable in the drydown along with Cedar. No Citrus however. Not to my nose anyway. Patchouli if any contributed to the mid in a solf floral way however nothing stood out to where I can say confidently I smelled it. So after applying and wearing out I was sold. I immediately received a compliment from a friend and later another from a cashier while shopping. As a male I feel I rarely receive compliments nor do I wear fragrances strictly for that reason. However I thought this would be worth noting to those who are concerned with such things. I really like this fragrance and I'm bordering loving it. I am going to purchase a FB. In fact that's what I'm doing right now, which prompted me to write a review lol. So all in all it's a great Fall and Spring scent more for business casual or dress to get the best of its functionality. Projection was solid 4 to 6 feet for a good hour or two, and it lasted over 48 hours on clothes. I would recommend sampling first this is a Niche fragrance in every sense. But if you love soft iris like L'Attesa or or Opus V or Leather like Tuscan or Ombre Leather you will likely enjoy this. Perfectly Unisex IMO. Priced a bit high at $235. I would say between $180-$200 is ok.

The iris, such an elegant flower, an olfactory note that I find among the most lovely. In Asia, the iris was considered a defence against all evil, so much so that it was painted on soldiers' armour to protect them from enemies. Clubs of Iris is a fragrance that won me over immediately. An Iris in its most beautiful aspects, green and creamy, exalted by the violet, which is enveloping and slightly ‘lipsticky’, becoming slightly powdery as it evolves. One of those perfumes that makes one feel sensual, elegant without depriving naturalness and simplicity. Beautiful, I made it mine. ‘Blue Water Lilies’ painted by Monet.

Very smooth musky woody and clean Violet Iris. The opening has a peculiar green textural crunch to it, as if you rubbed a fresh green shrub between your fingers. Rose contributes a silky clean feel, don’t notice fruits, maybe a hint of anise. Quite lovely and softly enveloping Iris and that’s coming from someone that has a hard time with this note.

Very very bad. It s make headache.

Club de Iris by Regalien. I'll be honest, I wasn't completely sure I'd love this one, even though I'm a dedicated iris lover. But the strip changed everything. One smell and I went straight to spraying it generously on my skin — and I just kept sniffing my arm, completely mesmerized. It's that versatile. 💜 Performance: Projection is confident, and the sillage is smooth and sophisticated, close to the skin but makes its presence known. This is a perfect Fall and Spring. Regalien continues to impress. 👏
