I own several musk colognes, and I like all of them. Jade East Musk is similar to Jovan, and Royal Copenhagen Musk, but has some warm spice in it. Doesn't last long, maybe three hours, but it is so clean and comforting. Kind of a gentleman's cologne, and it is versatile. It can be worn to work, going out on the town, even church. Wish this was still made, I would get another bottle. I wear it maybe twice a month to ration it. This cologne is in my personal top five out of maybe twenty in my collection. The opportunists on ebay are selling this for big money.

Yea, I'm not sure when or who changed the formulation for the original Jade East cologne/after shave, but now it is more like a lost clone of High Karate. Long ago I remember it and it was fantastic. If Regency isn't smart enough to recognize this mistake, then sell me the original formulation and I'LL market it and show you how to make money with it. As an old professor of mine used to say, "Not every old idea is bad and not every new idea is good."

I liked Jade East so much that i sent off for the Regency Cosmetics newsletter and purchased the "Jade East Musk Oil aftershave/cologne" and also the spray cologne. How rich and musky it was. The best and richest musk I had the opportunity to have

the 2.5 songo bottle with black cap and asian symbols on it(the pics above) is the one to get- very long lasting and smells manly yey not dated. The newest version is garbage.
