Love Rose

Forget all the notes listed, this smells amazing. If there was a single note that represents Love Rose, it would be Eucalyptus. I am a lover of Lampe Berger Eucalyptus Oil air purifier and Love Rose smells very identical. I am not a big fan of rose, and in my opinion LR smells nothing like real roses. The opening is a burst of eucalyptus freshness and it dries down to a humbling sweet floral bouquet. Very suitable for a casual day wear. I am a man, and I think this is unisex. Pastel linen, Cote d'Azur, sunshine and breeze in a bottle. -AB-

I've been intrigued by this one for a long time, then I had the occasion to buy it on a discounted sale. It's lovely, as the name suggests. It's a gorgeous mix of leather, white flowers and rose, with a musky undertone that makes it a very refined, sophisticated skinscent. Am I wrong if I say it could be compared to Alaia, the Edp in the black/golden bottle sadly discontinued (or about to be these days)? This one as well seems to me no longer sold at Sephora and similar. I got it online, on a parapharmacy e-shop.

I can’t agree with the reviewers who say that it lacks lasting power. I mean... I sprayed it at 10 a.m. and in 8-9 hrs still felt those leathery base notes with a hint of rose on my wrist. And I wash my hands like 6-7 times a day. So, go figure. Happy I bought this. On me it reminds Kenzo Le Elefant during the first hour or two and then gets into leathery sexy rose. Which is liked even by people who hate rose scents.

Why do the good ones always get discontinued? This is absolutely gorgeous!! I get the rose and iris in the opening and then the leather comes in and elevates the overall effect. I picture myself wearing this to the office in early Autumn with a crisp white shirt matched with a brown leather skirt and ditto knee-high boots. It's classy with a sexy undertone that is just my vibe.

A very nice Rose/Leather/Moss- mix. On my skin Love Rose is a bit skinclose but in a good way. Next person have to stand close or hug me to get a wiff. Leahternotes often turn a bit sweet on me and I like it a lot. A great fresh, kind, a bit skinclose scent for every-day-use. En trevlig mix av Ros/Läder/mossa. På mig är Love Rose ltie hudnära men på ett bra sätt. Nästa person får stå nära eller krama mig för att få en fläkt av doften. Lädernoter blir ofta lite söta på mig och det gillar jag. En härlig, fräsch, snäll & lite hudnära varje-dag-doft.

I really like this one! Not to strong rose, woody and natural with some leather but not skanky style, and nice hints of floral.

Bitter-sweet oakmoss...not much else!

Love Rose is beautiful, modern, unexpected, fresh, but also sweet. A beautiful fragrance to enjoy, it does not pretend to be the great work and it is not a simple-unforgettable one. It is simply a beautiful perfume that is enjoyed minute by minute at any time, it is like a good friend who always brings you good things... I don't know what it has if it is the mixture of the freshness of raw and young leather, to this if you add the rose that is not heavy or too dense, which also demonstrates its haste, modernity with elegance. A preciousness to which I have looked for the moss and I have not definitely found it, perhaps the green and somewhat wild that it presents at times as small beats could be a terribly beautiful mossy something. It is a smell that is wanted, that is sought after, that the nose tries to study like when we meet someone we like...it produces infatuation, the desire to live it and have it close... Very lightly powdered, the iris knocks on the door but does not enter, the rose is the owner...all of it lives in a young, tender and even somewhat virginal freshness. I am not a lover of roses but here as soon as I opened the perfume box I sighed when its smell came to my nose... It is used without fear, without thinking about the moment... you just feel the desire to use it. It is a scent that has components and intentions that others try and sometimes they end up with floor cleaners or dull sweets, but not here, they have played very well with the ingredients. Sweet and not boring, citric and not acidic, floral and not stuffy... A fresh fountain, the water coming out in very crystalline jets mixing with pieces of apricots, sweet lemons and tender roses and more squeezed roses. It is a spring, of which you remember... You go back to being a girl but smelling like a woman

This is EdP and it costs much more than average EdT by reminiscence. You expect a Greater lasting power, but it's not so. the scent is very very pleasant fresh cut rose with a peppery tone on first sniff. Romantic and springtime head fresh rose of a good quality. Jasmine is not so noticeable or maybe just very blended in. Then comes a strange type of powdery effect always entwined with the first rose. It's a gentle powder, nothing like talcum powder, very new kind. In the end it lacks depth and it lasts for 3 hours at most in its best form. then it goes on but weaker and more confused, but never sour on my skin. A nice scent. I would like to re-try.

Nothing special to me, not a rosy scent in my opinion. Sorry to put out short, unhappy review about this perufme, but didn't impress me in any way. Maybe i had high hopes for it.
