Oud Rain

this parfum is a unique experience and a mass appealing fragrance i wish if renier start selling 200 ml bottle of this and lower his price (don't get me wrong this fragrance worth every penny and all the agridient smell very natural and real) but shit it's so addictive and 50 ml is not enough it's airy fruity kinda gourmandise fresh and clean oud if you wanna get tired of people complimenting your smell buy this and in this same time you wanna a perfume that's really cozy and make you relax (i swear to god it give me the vibe like i'm Tropical forest eating mango with an arabic bakhoor next to me) ==> for that price i was expecting a beast mode fragrance unfortunately this is not the case you can easily go with 10 spray 100% love for me do i consider buy a second bottle ; nope due to it performance after 1:30 it goes into a skin scent the good side that it stay on your skin for more than 12 hours *an update : after 4 wears i take back what i said about the weak performance still not a beast but it's an above average in my first wear i kept sniffing my hand because it's so addictive until i did go nose blind without realising

For me, oud rain has a wow-factor. Opens with a beautyful symphony of tropical fruits, in particularly mango. Its transparent and fresh, and not thick and sweet. Shortly after the initial journey to an exotic beach, the travel goes on into the jungle. The woods surrounding us making the journey more interesting and mysterious. However, even if the woods become present, the tropical fruits are still there, now hanging in the tree tops. I love when parfumes do what Oud Rain does, namely being pleasant and interesting at the same time. This is a compliment getter, it is unique and it is unisex. It can be worn all year around, either if you like a tropical blast in the dark winther or if you want to boozt up the happy vibes in the summer! 9/10 PS! As a side note I also want to emphasize great customer service at Renier website. Fast reply and extraordinary friendly responses. Recommended.

I will start by saying that the presentation of the perfume I love, it is not a generic perfume bottle and to sell, no, the box, the bottle and the presentation of the perfume together with an inspiration transformed into a frame makes the perfume have a soul. The aroma is very special, I would surely notice that it is only for people who enjoy the oud, although of course it is a oud very well integrated in the aromas. I really enjoy the outflow of tropical fruit aromas, for my nose that mango is a real delight, over time the perfume evolves and the wood of oud makes presence, giving it character and elegance.

First of all let me say this. Each of the four Renier's fragrances are amazing quality, and could easily be priced way higher. But this one is something special. I have very little experience with oud, but here it is a perfect match for the succulent fruits, and the tiny bit of medicinality in the beginning works really well with the composition. Very natural fruitiness and woods, with a light sprinkling of spice on top. Addictive, wearable and affordable. The accompanying painting actually matches the scent almost perfectly in my opinion. For me, the sky would be bordering on twilight though. Love.

It is a measure of how natural the ingredients are that the mango triggered my mango allergy. However, it is so good I wore it anyway! A beautiful natural scent with just a hint of soft oud in the background. Possibly a tad feminine leaning but I enjoy having an oud fragrance that I can wear on a summer evening. The box presentation is gorgeous. I saw CJCity saying this was so strong you only need one spray on the back of the neck. That isn't my experience (and I am interested to see others below say much the same). This needs quite a few sprays to create a decent sillage

Tropical oud. Perfect for hot weather, but also suitable for all four seasons. Mango and oud are the dominant notes in this fragrance. It is unique and could be a perfect signature scent. Longevity and sillage are decent, but a little bit of overspraying might make it perform better. Longevity: 7.5/10 Sillage: 7/10 Scent: 8/10 Price: 6.5/10 Total: 7.25/10

@braindead83 Narciso Rodriguez for Him is one of my favourites, , I can understand your point, the mix of fruits reminds a little to the violet leafs, specially after half hour when the oud gives to it a dark vibe, as you feel this is way more brighter and it's no earthy kind like the Narciso one, but it was a great point to had noticed it :)

*To me this is the most delicious Oud base fragrance that I own. Got it as a birthday gift and OMG I felt in love. *Opens really juicy, fruity, extremely delicious I almost "taste" the Mango lol has a sweet-spicy touch and it drys down to a dark rich YET PLEASANT Oud. Strong sillage & very long lasting on my skin!

So happy to see this in person at The Scent Room in Dallas. This is fantastic and deserves the 4.35 out of 5 it has. the latest reviews are not reflective of this hreat fragrance. Got mine for a masculine summer scent. Fantastic all around.

a warning : never wear this fragrances in winter the sweet mouth watery mango tend to transform into a sour urine note with cold weather i got many compliment during summer wearing this frag but on winter it's a different story

So the opening of Oud rain is very nice.. a rich fruity oud.. but that dry down though!!! That’s when it turns into fruity gold. And the performance is insane. I need a bottle of this - stat! 😂❤️

I love how tropical it feels! So joyous, passionate, summery. Never smelled an oud fragrance like this before! One of my top favourite ouds :) A true homage to Cuba..

This. Stuff. Is. Great. Beautiful melange of fruits that play off the oud saffron and labdanum. Great performance and longevity. Summertime in a bottle.

Wow. This stuff is magic. The fruits smell ripe and vibrant and the oud balances it amazingly! If you're looking for something different, try this.

Very interesting how chemistry and perception varies our thought about the product. never heard of the company before, but stumble upon them one day, and decided to check it out, went on to website and got a sample(companies that offer samples have my respect for not breaking our bank). it took 2 weeks to get to me and here is how i see it: First thing first - it takes quite a bit of product (3 full sprays) to have this juice going. Starts a little weird, slightly rough, bitter, unnatural... but then it mellows down, and very realistic mango comes out. i haven't met mango yet, so i was very pleasantly surprised. i like this phase. Not sweet, nothing sugary/fruity here, realistic mango. up to 5 mins for the 1st stage. After this rest of notes emerge, which i cant quite break down on their own, rather they create an accord - reminiscent of lipstick scent. its very mellow, very calming beautifully smelling cloud. i personally enjoy lipstick accords quite a bit. Oud as well starts to show its baby face. that is something i can tell for sure, but its not oud that people might know of, not skanky, barnyard or dense, or dark. its barely there, very airy but noticeable. And that how it goes to the end. Silage is not big, 30 cm from skin. Longevity, on my forever hungry skin is around 4 hrs....thats pretty low. what i noticed though, and that is something that i don't like very much, is how it smells on clothes once all the good stuff is gone. it smells like pure chemicals. harsh, throat burning. that is something i definitely didn't expect from it. even if oud is natural, as described somewhere, then some other notes are not, and thats a shame. not a buy for me, but might suite others :)

The sprayer on the sample is one of the best I've seen. One sprey to the chest and another to my inner arm. What a good spryer, just great. I was hesitant at first if it has some synthetics in it but no this is pretty much natural smelling. Fortunately, I didn't get any pineapple or plum but nice tangerine and a bit of papaya. Mom and dad got in my car 10 min later and they didn't say a word. Then we met my wife. and had dinner together. No one recognized that I wear a perfume. I assume the projection is low. Oud is western kind of oud, and just as fruity notes it is not over the top. It is OK but t didn't wow me plus it is feminine to my nose, and too light for cold, even chilled temperature.

Oud Poison. This stuff is strong ☢️ and layers well with linen scents. I wouldn’t wear this on its own. A bit flamboyant for a man. But moreover, the oud accord is overwhelmingly leathery; reminds me of ADP Colonia Leather. The flowers and fruit have fermented into the oud to create an even more potent blend. Suffocating.

Incredibly disappointed with this fragrance, considering I've been chasing it down for close to 3 years and finally got my hands on it. I had a very specific scent profile in mind. Juicy tropical fruity mango sitting on a bed of light, airy, wearable oud Basically Brioni Intense EDP with mango instead of green apple. What I got was .. not that in the slightest. 1. The oud is much heavier and more animalic than I anticipated 2. The fruit note is not at all what I had in mind, with it being more a green unripe sour mango mixed with tangerine rather than a juicy fruity one 3. What papaya/pineapple/plum? That's a big joke 4. Nutmeg is waaay more prominent than I thought. Very upset with this purchase, was expecting something else entirely.

More wearable version of Roja Qatar with touch of fruitiness . If you are an admirer of Roja dove Qatar but been putt off By Roja price is quite expensive give OR A go Can’t tell about the performance I have blind nose at the moment .get a sample explore yourself Enjoy !

Oud Rain by Renier opens with a delightful burst of fruity notes, offering a tantalizing and exotic allure. However, as it dries down, the synthetic nature becomes more pronounced, leading to a nauseating sensation that detracts from its initial promise. While the fruity opening may lure you in, the disappointing dry down leaves much to be desired, making it hard to fully enjoy this fragrance experience. One reviewer said this smells similar to Qatar Auod by Roja Parfums. That is completely incorrect. Oud Rain doesn't even come close. I rate this 4/10.
